I have a problem with a very slow image load – Website: wiadomosci.com
My Serwer: Dedicated Instance on Amazon AWS LightSail
32 GB RAM, 8 vCPUs, 640 GB SSD
My database Server: Dedicated Instance on Amazon AWS LightSail
4 GB RAM, 2 vCPUs, 120 GB SSD – MySQL database (8.0.23)
Cache Plugin: W3TotalCache + Cloudflare PRO

yes, the mobile page is set only to homepage, have problem in doing that?
i allready removed the images it was assigned in theme panel and im gonna do all the tests.
doing this small changes improve the speed, but is not greater yet.
one question i can use WP Rocket with WP Super Cache together?
the tool does not work at all. I click on the buttons – “Genmerate critical CSS” or “Remove unused CSS” and nothing happens. I’ve disabled wp-super cache plugin and everything else except tagdiv doesn’t help

Thanks for your time checking my post and providing your feedback.
Well now the homepage is working perfect on mobile, it seems it took some time for clearing the cache and getting the new homepage. And frankly I don’t know which change i made that did the trick 🙂
However now the posts is still using the old theme, how I can set the posts to show the new theme.

This issue seems to be from a cache problem. Please deactivate the cache plugin that you use, and try again in an incognito tab. Make sure you do not use some extra plugins which are not tested with our theme.

Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

all right, thank you it works.
But right now im using WP super Cache and my notes in google page speed decreased so much. I have litespeed serve, so before i was using litespeed cache as my caching plugin, and my notes it was high. After i change to WP Super Cache, my notes is red, this only happens in the mobile version, the desktop version maintain with good notes, green notes.
whats this problem can be, i followed a tutorial of tagdiv and i did the due recommendations to use WP Super Cache https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ but im not receiving good note in the mobile version of my website, so what this can be?

In order to see the console while you work in the TagDiv Composer, you need to press CTRL + right-click. Check if there are some errors in the console of your browser.
Also, if you use some plugins which are not tested with our theme or if you use a cache plugin, please uninstall them from Dashboard -> Plugins and see the results.

a tried a lot things with my website. from first days of migartion to new template, we had a lot CPU load. i tried a lot method and plugins. Before this template i used 2017 version of Newspaper theme with WP super cache + for mobile WPtouch which worked very fast and not loaded CPU (lower than 10%). After migration to new template a got 100% CPU load and website almost stopped working all the time. After i found after a lot testing, what worked for me a lot
1) Use cloudflare . i started using it for few years, it’s very usefull and free
2) Hosging company helped me to cache queries of website in my VPS server. It worked a lot.
3) Now i use WP Rocket for caching but can’t say i see a lot difference with free WP Super Cache
I would like continue to optimize my Newspaper theme. please go ahead, suggest your versions, we will try them.

We have just updated the Newspaper theme to 11.4.3 and found out that the editor within the Text with Title/Column text widgets in TagDiv is not working anymore. We have some errors in console, but I don’t quite really know what is wrong.

Hi Bettina, I have tried all these steps, deactivated all the plugins and reuploaded images with a different name in the media library, removed cache but still its not working. Images are not displaying on the sidebar ad.

I hope you are well.
I am using Adobe Typekit fonts and I embedded the code through the Theme Panel as per your instructions (that part is working fine on different browsers)
The issue is that the embedded code is visible at the very end of the page underneath the browser (please see attached images below)… I think this is a glitch… I have cleared all caches available (WP Cache, Chrome Cache and my server’s Kinsta Cache), and the code shows up in Brave, Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc…

I have added a block to show the most popular posts on the post detail template’s sidebar:

The same block is also on the homepage and other pages.
I immediately started noticing a very high CPU server usage, and it got confirmation that the cause is the query blocks, mainly the popular posts.

We are currently running:
– Object cache (Redis)
– Database cache (Memcached)
– Page cache
– Cloudflare
Server:
VPS with 8GB of ram and 4 cores
The issue is every time a non-cached page gets served, the CPU usage increases immensely.
Is there any issue with this block? If not, is there any way to make it use fewer resources?

This page isn’t working.
themaleformbycp.com sent an invalid response.
ERR_INVALID_REDIRECT
From what I can tell, I reboot the server, doesn’t resolve. Clear cache and cookies, doesn’t resolve. But if I duplicate the homepage and republish it fixes the issue.
Any idea what would cause that?
I use siteground optimizer for caching. Some times I need to purge cache. Caching is important for us. What should I do instead of disabling the plugin?

If the problem is related to the theme panel when you click on save button there is an infinite loading icon, then most probably something it is blocking the admin-ajax request, this can be checked using the console.

In case that you checked all those and the problem persist, please contact us via email (contact@tagdiv.com). Make a full backup for your website and provide wp-admin and cPanel access via email and provide as many details as you can about the problem.
