Hello!

Unfortunately due to the cache this is happening. The standard layout is responsive and if you use mobile theme plugin then the mobile theme will be displayed only on mobile devices. This is an older situation and after a lot of investigations our developers reached this conclusion.

I will look into making the change to WP Super Cache however it seems weird as I thought theme should be responsive regardless of cache, as this should be done with CSS media queries and not with a completely different version. Am I incorrect in my thinking?

Vlad S

Hello !

This happens due to cache. Please follow our guide and make sure that WP Super Cache has been installed properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Hi, I have a problem saving my theme options from the theme panel.
Here is what I tried so far:

1. Disabled all plugins, cleared browser cache.
2. Upgraded/degraded PHP versions and tried.
3. All theme requirements are already fulfilled including, memory limit.
4. Uninstalled and reinstalled the theme.

Unfortunately, nothing seems working for me. Please note that the theme is activated. I wonder what could be creating the problem. Any answers will highly be appreaciated.

Ok, i found the “issue”. If I disable the cache of mobile devices, all the images are loading.

Any advice to trace the grade back to the pagespeed test? 😀

Hi!

AMP validator swears at my pages.

Example:
https://www.apartments.news/dizaynerskie-shtuchki-i-krasivye-ukrasheniya-vashego-interera/amp/

https://validator.ampproject.org/#url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.apartments.news%2Fdizaynerskie-shtuchki-i-krasivye-ukrasheniya-vashego-interera%2F

I also noticed that the AMP page is somehow incorrectly displayed on the Desktop version of the site:

At the same time, in the mode of viewing from mobile devices, the page is displayed correctly:

Mobile + AMP — ON:

Without debug mode, PageSpeed sees the AMP page:

The latest version of the AMP plugin is installed.
I checked for a plugin conflict.
I disabled all plugins except AMP and Tagdiv.
I was cleaning the cache.

What to do? Help me please.
