Hello,
I checked your website and now the social icons are displayed, it may have taken longer to appear due to the cache plugin => https://www.screencast.com/t/IyV0Wc5yZB

Hello!
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
If this problem is not solved after that, then we need to take a look and see what happened there.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello !
As you can see here this seems to be working: https://www.screencast.com/t/h7sFYoHrIZ9
I have tested this on AMP too and everything works. Please make sure to clear your cache.
Thank you !
Hello,
Please select the the permalinks from WordPress-> Settings-> Permalinks, on Plain => https://www.screencast.com/t/aQVuDCyS
and please make a test using only tagDiv plugins, to make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict.
Also, you can try to double the values that we recommend, after that save the changes, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi snovosel, if you are using the Newsmag theme, the options to edit the date format can be found here -> https://i.imgur.com/6m6qNHL.png if you are using cache plugin, enable the option for JavaScript date to not cache the date (also it can by use the general option from WordPress -> https://i.imgur.com/C5PR1XV.png).
Thank you!
Hello !
Unfortunately I don’t see how this is a Newspaper Theme caching issue, from what I could have found this is something that your host might be more helpful on it: https://wpmudev.com/forums/topic/clear-cache-on-multisite-subsite-mapped-to-different-domain/
My suggestion is to contact them and let them know about your issue. maybe they are offering caching solution that you are not aware of, this happens quite often.
Thank you !
I’ve tried multiple cache plugins. I don’t believe that it is an issue on their end.
Perhaps that helps:

Hi, I think I have solved the problem. Analyzing calmly I have come to the conclusion that the problem could be the cache memory of the hosting.
I have installed a specific plugin for my hosting and I have managed to update the information on the mobile.
It’s been a tough few days. Thank you very much for the help.

I got 25 on mobile and 83 on desktop speed, when testing in PageSpeed Insights (Fitness Blog). That’s extremly slow. Pingodmtools shows same discouraging results. I’m using Litespeed cache, because I’m on Litespeed server. I’ve tried your preferred WP Super Cache, it’s even slower. Your so called lightweight themes are not so lightweight. What to do?

Hello,
According to the message, you need to delete the file that was created by the Litespeed Cache and this way the new plugin for the cache can create the new file with the new settings.
Thank you!

Hi Anamaria,
My YouTube counter is not working, I have already tried everything (clear cache, re-install tag div social counter plugin and added new YouTube API) but still not working. Could you please help me on this? Thank you!
Regards,
Kfanatics
I’ve got this error when using your preferred cache plugin. I do have deactivated my preferred cache plugin, Litespeed Cache. What to do?
Screen dump: https://spurt.no/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/WP-cache-error.jpg
I have a multisite network with several sites domain mapped. The domain mapped version of the site is not clearing the cache with WP Super Cache and, as a result, showing an old version of the website. I’ve tried other caching plugins. I can remove the mapped domain and it shows the updated version of the website.

Bettina,
Thank you for the quick response. I have uninstalled lite speed and installed WP Super Cache but did not see a difference in errors. Is there specific settings I need to set up?
