As far as I know only caching can do this. Caching by plugins, server provided cache, browser cache maybe others.
The theme itself doesn’t have any caching, changes made will apply as soon as they are saved. Displaying them however will be affected by a cache, when one is used.
An admin should see the changes immediately, most caching plugins don’t serve cached content to logged in users. So if this happens for you, it could be browser cache maybe, or a server delay of some kind.
Try to force refresh the page when checking (should be Ctrl+Shift+R), also check with your hosting to see if there is a server side cache.

How strange! I have cleared cache and web browser and yet I still see it. Still, if I’m the only one it doesn’t matter. On another sidebar issue… the default bar I am trying to design to appear beside posts doesn’t show the author image or name. It just shows a blank photo and ‘Author name’. I am using the same TavDiv Author box as I put on my homepage side bar which works fine. What am I missing?
System Status only shows 2 lines in yellow:
1) Home URL != Site URL Home URL not equal to Site URL, this may indicate a problem with your WordPress configuration.
2) No caching plugin detected – for best performance we recommend using WP Super Cache
#1 Should not be a problem. We have always set WordPress in its own directory for tidiness purposes and have never had any problems.
#2 Should not be a problem either. I am working in a testing environment with no traffic.
I edit on theme panel and the site takes 10m or more until i can see the changes
The system status are ok, i cleaned cache and have no plugins but the recomended by tagvid
Strange thing, when I used “Purge all” from admin area, the cache for homepage wasn’t removed. I had to use “Purge this page” in the front end. Now it works, thanks!
If I see this problem again, before contacting you, I’ll disable completely any caching plugin.

In any page except the homepage the counter seems to work from what I can see. In ideal cases the social counter will synchronize every three hours, caching plugin may interfere with this process however.
Try to access the litespeed cache plugin settings you currently have installed, and clear the cache manually. That should refresh the data.
In case the counts don’t increase properly in the future, either clear the cache manually again, or set a lower cache expiration period if that plugin has such an option (most do).

This problem seems to come from your Facebook Like Button. Please disable it from Theme panel, clear all the caches and check the results.

I follow the guide ofc:
– Gzip comprension is on
– Leverage Browser Caching is optimiced
– Images are optimiced
– I use a cache plugin
– I use td-booster and remove css and jss on start
My website is ok, The problem is always with “ad managers plugins”, they are not compatible with td-booster.

I’ve said many times that I don’t mind paying for a premium plugin, but I need to know that it will work properly (that it won’t cause problems).
But you don’t tell me any either.
So, either help me solve the problem in the newspapper theme, or tell me which ad management plugins are compatible.
You will understand that I have paid for a premium theme, and I have paid 3/4 years for an extra support.
I don’t want you to do a custom job for me, I just want a solution to the problem.

I very recently purchased Newspaper 9, and installed and uninstalled a few of your demo themes (with data). But on the second installation of News Week the font sizes are incorrect. I’ve deleted the caches and re-tried installation via ‘Install Demos’ option a number of times, but still no luck. You can see here: https://www.reformingeducation.org/

Finally fixed the problem myself.
The trick was to purge the CDN cache and all the wp-super-cache cache. Sigh.
