Hello padom,
I have inspected your website and I saw that all of these articles ads are working as expected. If you are using some untested plugins which might cause some of the issues regarding this case, please remove all of these, clear all the caches and check again the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Tibbar,
Sorry, but please notice that I have checked your website on my mobile device and the hamburger menu seems to works as expected. Try to clear all the caches and check again the results.

I cant install other plugins because the homepage disable itself after a while…and become blank (the header and menu does not disapear). The newspaper theme cant work with no other plugin?
Now i have only askimet, WP Super Cache and Yoast Premium active (tagDiv plugins are active..except speed booster)….and the folowing plugins are not compatible
Compress JPEG & PNG images – disables the homepage after a while
Contact form – disables the site too
GDPR Cookie Consent – disables the homepage too
Jetpack – cant install….ERROR…and the whole website crashes
NextScripts: Social Networks Auto-Poster – disables the website homepage
WP User Avatar – disables the homepage
I must check my website every hour to see if my website is still alive. Sometimes the website disables after an hour…somethimes after a day or two!
the website is from scratch with 9.1 theme…so is not an upgrade isue.
What am i doing wrong? Why i cant install other plugins?

Hello Tagdiv team,
I have an issue with your Tagdiv Instagram widget. Some pictures don’t load, screwing up the entire layout !
I updated the theme (current version V 9.1), updated TD COMPOSER plugin, cleared all cache, tried deactivating all cache plugins, I tried setting up a new instagram widget, no fix found.
Do you know what could be wrong?
Website is live here : https://bit.ly/2bN6H2Y (instagram widget is in the footer area)
Thank you!
Hello, the problem was in the enabled option:
JAVASCRIPT DATE
Enable this if you use a cache plugin, it displays the local data.
When I turn this off, it works.
Thank you!
Good to know, but in my case, no Rocket Loader. I’m not even caching the site yet (I use WP Fastest Cache). The tagdiv composer works fine until I edit the plugin then it stops working.
pavel since you got it to work, I will try again and see if I can get it to work properly. Big fingers = possible typing mistakes.
catalin, updates soon? Then I’ll know if it’s my editor or my typing causing the problem. (I use BBEdit on the Mac)
Best,
Kim
Hi Catalin,
Thanks for the reply! I looked at the screenshot and tried to do the same. Then I cleared my cache but I’m still getting a 404 page not found error. It’s probably something very simple but I can’t figure it out. Can I email you?
Thanks!
Hi,
The Thumbnails – Fix strange looking images on blocks will help you fix the strange looking thumbnails from your pages.
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Also try to re-save your permalinks from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vgnRc53y, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hello delcata,
I suppose that you are referring to the appearance of a flash/time loading when you enter on your website, right? This behavior appears when you have additional customization through custom CSS code. Please notice that the CSS is working in cascade and the first time will take the code from style.css that is set it by default and then the theme will take the custom code that you have changed from Theme panel and practically this flash is generated by this cause. As a workaround, you have to check your style.css and try to add directly to this file your desired custom code. So, if your problem is still there, please try to revert the theme to the default settings, without any customizations and let us know how it goes. Also, you can try to make a new install with the latest version of the theme and check the results. Also, please make sure every time you cleared caches. Noticed that the only files where you will have to edit are style.css. Also, please update the theme to the latest version of it.
If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
Hope this helps!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello RitaLorraine,
First of all, try to re-save your permalinks from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vgnRc53y, clear all the caches and check the results.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks.
Hello AG3,
Please notice that we do not recommend to use both plugins in the same way because might appears some conflicts between the page builders, sorry! Try to disable the Visual Composer and leave to active only the TD Composer, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello spu,
Also, please notice that the W3 Total Cache plugin has not bee tested with our theme and it seems to be a problematic plugin and also, we do not recommend using it, sorry! Also, I have checked your website on a mobile device and it seems to work as expected. Please provide some useful screenshots with the error so I will be able to provide a more accurate response and also, so I can identify the problem.
Thanks.
I can not find anything about conflict with WPSC and PHP7 on that page. I will use another cache plugin. Apparently WP super cache dont work with PHP7
Hi, my desktop seems to work fine, but the iphone & ipad version does not. I’ve tried everything, but it will not load properly on the ios. I’ve tried deleting cache etc….for example on the desktop the photo/video on some of the blog postings don’t appear on iphone (just blank spaces) and I have removed all reference to Instagram through the control panel and it still comes up at the bottom of the iphone/ipad. Would be grateful for some help please.
many thanks, Nick
Hi,
Please try the suggestion for wp super cache plugin from here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-super-cache/
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
Please deactivate the plugins for cache and clear the cache, is possible to have some plugins that interfere with theme.
Also you can try this:
https://www.screencast.com/t/W7vwU2zWHV
But don’t forget to clear all cache.
Thank you for your understanding.
We removed the plugins and installed w3 total cache, that seemed to have solved the problem to an extent, but am facing a new problem now.
This is a listicle we have made – https://www.gadgetbridge.com/mobiles/top-15-smartphones-that-were-launched-in-india-this-month/3877/
In the dekstop version of the site the listlcle starts on its own from the last side and when we click next for the next slide it starts in the correct order from 1-2-3-4… so on.
In the mobile version, the mobile website many times keeps reverting to the desktop version.
Also in the same above post, when we visit from the mobile version and we click the next button on the first slide, the whole article opens as normal list and not like slide. Please help!

Hi,
Please make sure that you have enough wp_memory_limit ( recommendation 256 ) and all Requirements for Newspaper are good.
Please clear all cache and activate again after you do the above check.
Please check the files errorlog.
Please provide some more details about the problem you have, because this plugin was tested and work just fine.
Let us know the results.
Thank you.
Why do you recommend WP Super Cache?
I upgraded from PHP5.6 to PHP7 and my site http://www.alltomtrav.info crashed.
Uninstalled WP Super Cache and the site works perfect.
Hello FNBRLeaks,
Please check your system status parameters to be increased according to our requirements guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ Most likely, your WP Memory has exhausted and that’s why you cannot save anything. Increase it, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello sebascalde,
Check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, please try the below solution ->
Set up the below code in .htaccess!
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
Please do not use this setting in Seo by Yoast:
https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh Also, if you are using the WP Super Cache plugin, please ensure that has been right setup according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
