Hello AWAY FROM LIFE,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can break the search functionality for mobile. Try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Caylean,
On my side, you Block 6 look like this -> http://screencast.com/t/1UomguCMgx which is correct. Clear all your caches and check the results. Where is the problem?
Thanks for the message!
Hello cityguide,
If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. The untested plugins can interact with the latest version of the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check again.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Please allow it a bit of time as it will not be instant and it is affected by cache. Please clear all caching on your site and ask the host to disable any hosting side cache that might be in place.
Thank you!
Hello allrems,
I have inspected your website and I saw that your background image for your homepage is not right setup and the image URL is no valid. This type of issues happens due to your untested plugins which you are using on your website, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/7nAxG0Yo Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello lovegiabbit,
I have checked your website on mobile mode, and I did not saw any problems. It seems to work as accurately. Also, I have noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme files and cause a lot of unknown issues. If the problem will reappear, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet nad rule out any conflicting plugins.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
i noticed that the new video added to the list is using https, the rest of them are using http. I deleted the element, removed all the videos in a different order still the problem remains.
If if add only new videos the error is not showing. Looks like there is a cache somewhere, i don’t have any plugin installed for this, I cleared the browser cache.
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer and revolution slider, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Then test again with only the 2 plugins active. I tested the theme with both pluginhs but could not see any conflict.
Here is an example on my end: http://screencast.com/t/p2UCwsu4FU
post settings work as expected: http://screencast.com/t/c2IAeI3b
rev slider works as expected: http://screencast.com/t/6B6G3RUy
Thank you!
Hello posonty,
Please ensure that you have updated your theme via FTP method because this is the surest way in this regard. Try to increase the system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ Also, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello antisemitism,
It is not enough to update only the theme. You should update all your required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Remove the old version of Visual Composer and Social Counter and install the version for these plugins which come bundled with the latest version of theme, clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello mrmobile,
Please notice that the Rev. Slider was tested with the latest version of the theme and seems to work as properly. Please ensure that you have right installed your theme and Rev. Slider according to our documentation. Also, if the problem is still there, you should provide your website URL so we can further inspect your setup page. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!

Hello,
Please use this guide to properly set the social counter: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Also clear all caching afterwards as the facebook counter is no live and is affected by cache.
Thank you!
As an update, if I deactivate visual composer, I get more content loading but its still screwy. If I deactivate everything else, activate VC and clear cache, I get that same error noted above.
I am using a custom font for my website.It was working well. Unfortunately, since yesterday the website is displayed with another font in my laptop, not with installed custom font. For others (at least two or three whom I have asked) it works correctly. I have formatted my system, reinstalled browser, used other browsers, deleted cache using Web Super cache etc. But nothing has helped. Will you be able to support to recognize the problem and to sole it?
Q – Check their support forums for tips on getting plugins to work with each other when there might be some oddball conflict.
A – Well I’m just going to get bounced around like that. Both plugins are standard in the theme and I doubt they would be there if there was a conflict so more relevant to get assistance here.
Q – i also find clearing cache, resaving permalinks, and clearing transients with wp-optimize helps
A – Yep, done that
Q – oh, and not using child themes!
A – Why? I did think of that and the problem exists whether main theme is activated or child is.
Q – Also note some stuff does not seem to work very well in multi-user setups, which is fault of the plugins most often.
A – Once again, both plugins are part and parcel of the theme. If it was a non-related plugin, I would be talking to the plugin creator first or simply delete it.
Thanks for taking the time to make some suggestions, but I’m no closer to having the problem resolved.

Have you checked with the two plugin companies to see about conflicts ?

I spoke too soon. I tried this on both the production server and a dev server, but the main menu search bar still pulls in search results.
I then followed the instructions here, editing another file: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/search-issue-error-508-resource-limit-is-reached/
Still, the search bar works as before, querying the massive db as the visitor types. Cache was cleared. Is there another file, which needs altering?
Again, I’m only trying to disable the live search function, because of the size of our website. The search function as-is has caused severe performance issues at times, even though we’re running on a dedicated server with lots of resources.
Hello,
A new update was just released so please update your version of the theme and visual composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
Then test this without any other plugins. disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks
I tried to upload image foe back ground in the theme panel, but this did not show on the website. Any help please. I have disabled cache plugin but the problem remain unsolved.
Hello tmaghrebt,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual cOmpsoer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Purge all the CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
I made some tests but everything seems to be in order – http://screencast.com/t/qnP8be2yB after refreshing the page – http://screencast.com/t/v28o39iF This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thanks
Hello,
1. This could be because of your customization. Please restore the plugin and theme to it’s default code and test again. Try to disable all plugins except visual composer and buddypress, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. I cannot se this issue on my end so it is caused by something on your end.
2. The colors are added by the plugins and our theme has no option to change these colors. You can use this css code to change the black colors:
.bbp-search-form input[type=submit]{
background-color:red;
}
#bbpress-forums li.bbp-header{
background: none red;
}
#buddypress div.item-list-tabs ul li.selected a{
background-color:red;
}
.td-page-content .item-list-tabs .feed a{
background-color:red!important;
}
These colors do not have settings for them so they can only be altered with css. You will have to identify the ones you want to change and use the browser inspector to alter their color. If the plugin does not add any options for changing the colors, the theme cannot do it instead.
Thank you!
Hello lucentitsolutions,
I have checked your website on mobile mode and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin and the featured images are not showing as properly. Also, I notice that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Purge all the CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results. If the problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch via FTP method because this is the surest and safe mode in this regard.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
