@Bogdna B. thanks for your answer.
It’s not an error. I checked in the console and it’s all fine. I will do some tests but can you please tell me how this background works? I just need to know what happens in the javascript so I can debug it.
I assume there is some code that checks if it is desktop and changes the class after load or something like that.
Can you point me in the right direction so I can keep browser cache working with CDN and also have the original background effect?
Thank you.
Uninstall w3, install wp super cache, install tagdiv speed booster 🙂 you can get fast load times.
Btw, there are many factors involving website speed and GTmetrix isnt GOD. Example If your page size its 2MB, and you are conected wifi over 10mb ADSL conection you can reach a máximum of 700kb/s . 2MB = 2048kb , 2048kb/700kb= 2.92. 🙂 and you need another 1 or 3 seconds to render the page = 5 to 6 seconds to preview the page content.
Hello SonjaTod,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and the Visual Composer (7.12.1), clear all your caches and check the results. Also, after you have translate your Trending Now from Translations section, please make sure that you have pressed the Save Settings.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Is that same for the growing effect (the embossing effect of images) when you mouse-hover over the images on ‘Big grids’? Everything is okay with the lazy-loading of the other images when you scroll down.
The problem is only with the big grids. The effect works only sometimes!
Let me try deactivating plugins and clearing the cache.
Hello,
This effect is added from the loading animation here: http://screencast.com/t/4mZvHf4RxW Please change these settings for different results. The animation itself can be affected by plugins as it uses javascript that will break on a plugin conflict. Try this without any plugins. Disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
Thank you!
Hello deelv,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the theme plugins to rule out any conflicting. If your problem persists, you should make a new clean install from scratch, clear all your caches and check the results.
If it not will be useful, you should send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.

My website (https://goo.gl/KDTa52) is alone on VPS and deployed on LEMP. I have used fastcgi for page cache and browser cache.
And for other cache type, I used W3 Total Cache plugin.
Page Cache – Disk Enhanced
Minify – None
Database Cache – Memcache
Object Cache – Memcache
Browser Cache – Disabled
CDN: AWS Cloudfront
Even after all this optimization site load time is more than 5 sec (gtmetrix). What else shall I do to improve site speed?

Getting tired of always have to be working on my theme ..Instead of delivering news for my readers..This is my URL Ghpage.com
Hello,
The image problem can be fixed by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/ The og image is added by yoast not the theme.
I tried sharing multiple posts on your site but it seems to work as expected: http://screencast.com/t/w1Uj6LZl
http://screencast.com/t/7y2Fy4E0RV – http://screencast.com/t/ITJqKV8jAXvU
Maybe you had a strong cache in place and it since then cleared.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This could be a simple plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This is most likely a plugin conflict. Also if you use a child theme switch to the main theme to rule out any custom code that can affect the main theme.
Thank you!
Hello cesarapodaca,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, make sure that you use only the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. If you are using the lazy load effect you should turn of it, clear all your caches and check the results. -> http://screencast.com/t/Q2HIfuAGb9

Hello,
If you checked every section of the fonts settings in the theme panel and all are the same fonts, it;s safe to assume it’s a plugin that does this. Our theme does not change anything automatically. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again to see if the fonts are mixed again. If all the settings in the fonts section are left on default they should all be open sans or roboto, both sans serif fonts.
Thank you!
Hello,
This is the most common javascript error we have encountered. It is in most cases created by plugin conflicts or javascript optimization or minify tools. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then test again. Also check for any js minify/optimization as these tools can also create js errors.
Also child themes can also affect this if you have any custom code in there that is not added properly or simply because the child theme was not updated.
Thank you!
Hello kenview,
Please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer, so I can investigate your logo section and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. After this, you should try to change your permalinks from General Settings to another permalink structure, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/0R3adEb4erBc
Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all your caches and check the results.
Hope this helps!

Hello,
That is not a normal functionality of the theme. The view counter should not reset.Please check for any plugins that might affect the counter. Disable all of them except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. I have tested this on my end but the counter does not reset on updating a post.
Thank you!

Hello,
Please make sure you do not have any errors in your custom css box. Make sure the above css is closed properly and make sure you clear cache and reset cdn files after you add the code. If the codes till does not work, provide a link to your site and provide an example of what menu item you are referring to so I can test the code on your site directly. You can try it to using chrome’s ‘live css editor’ extension.
Thank you!
Absolutely sure 🙂 I try wp rocket, comet cache (my favorite), and other plugin but only whit wp super cache works fine ?
Hi, I did some digging in the forum and found this issue:
Apparently there is a conflict between SEO Yoast an Mobile theme plugin.
Should I try the same temporary solution as mentioned in the link above, which is to install a different version of mobile plugin?
thank you.
The problem its because W3 isnt compatible, you need to use Wp super cache
Hi Amit. i already did that. i cleared all cache , uninstalled the demo and installed it again but the same scenario happened twice. i am not even using child theme just to rule out any issue specific to child theme.
purge all the cache, if you using any plugin or a CDN
Hello all,
I have a problem with my backgrond not appearing in desktop for any post. Example:
http://soutaoboa.com/maes-filhas-vinculo-cura-vinculo-fere/
The image is in the post:
<div class="backstretch"><img src="http://soutaoboa.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/10/maes-filhas-vinculo-cura-vinculo-fere.jpg" /></div>
But the original styles are still being applied:
.td-backstretch {
max-width: none;
opacity: 0;
transition: opacity 2s;
display: block;
}
Since opacity is 0 it’s normal that it won’t appear any image. I assume that there is some javascript that is creating this element and change it if it’s desktop, mobile, and so on… but i didn’t find any information about that in the documentation.
One important things is that this behaviour seems to have appeared after we activated cloudflare and browser cache activated also on cloudflare. It is probably related to it but I need to have browser cache activated…
Can someone please help me here?
Thanks in advance.
Hello Bogdan,
Thanks for the quick response!
Actually what you told me feels like a dagger in my chest 🙂 I have had serious problems with WP-Super-Cache and W3-Total-Cache (not theme related. They were just not caching) with load average reaching 30 when I had more than 1000 connected users. WP-Rocket solved my caching issues but apparently created this one. Is there nothing else I can do? Disabling the plugin does not seem like an option right now, unless I resolve my WP-Super-Cache issues.
Thanks,
Andreas
Hi,
I’ve noticed, my theme is creating problem that happens automatically. It shows the mobile version on desktop. Sometimes it shows the mobile version on homepage ‘tycoonzfitness.com’ and sometimes this thing applies on individual post. However, I didn’t make any change. But as I login to wp admin of my website. The problem looks solved but after 3 to 4 hours problem raised again. I’m really worried about it. My theme is updated. I’m using w3 total cache plugin.
