There is a very big difference from v8 to v10, I can say that is like a new theme.
1. If you are using standard post styles, then you need to know that these files were moved in tagDiv Standard Pack -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/single also you need to use the child theme from the package v10 and make sure that you set the files as in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
2. In most cases this problem can be solved by regenerating the thumbs, this can be done using our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
3. The header file need to be set in the child theme from package v10 and make sure that is set as in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

1.All the templates and pro demos are fully editable with tagDiv Composer. So you will have to use tagDiv Composer in order to make a change.
2. Please provide a link to your amp post so we can have a look at it.
3. Loop ads are not coming from Newspaper Theme. This option is not available at the moment.
4. In a post you can have a normal post content and smartlists. Therefore you will be able to set your ads for each one individually.
5. That seems to be a plugin conflict: please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

We’ve encountered several problems after updating the Newspaper theme from version 8 to 10 on the site http://www.biokurier.pl. Here they are:
1) Post template – in the ‘Default’ template (which we used to use previously) the social sharing icons (both in the beginning and in the end of the article) are not visible; they are visible e.g. in the Style 1, but this Style seems to be defined in another file than the previous ‘Default’ one (i.e. single-loop.php); we used to be adding some of our own code to the single-loop.php file (in the child folder); now we want to do the same (or to apply it to Style 1) but no changes introduced to a single-loop.pho file placed in the child folder seem to work; please help
2) Category view
previously articles on a category list (e.g.: https://biokurier.pl/jedzenie/) all had thumbnail images scaled to the same size; now we cannot achieve this by using any of the options available in the Theme’s panel; please advise how to do it?

Usually this is happen as @sloslo describe when is a plugin conflict, than the popup message instead to appear as first element it is set as second or third.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I am trying to create a MegaMenu using this theme. I have created one Over-arching category called ‘Products’. Under this Parent Category, I want sub-categories (I made these sub-categories the children of Products) under them. Then under these sub-categories, I want the link to certain posts.
I have created up to the sub-categories, but they are not showing up. What should I do here?

As you already know until now, we recommend to this this problem only with theme plugins, to make sure that the problem is from theme, until for us the search is working normal without problems, therefore the problems can be made by untested plugin, some extra code or changes in theme files or child theme.
If all these re checked and the problem still persist, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We’ll investigate this situation and fix the problem.

Please note that cloud templates can not be set in child theme, these are from tagDiv Cloud library and are saved in database.

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
For the problem with infinite loading, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also for the moment the sticky sidebar can be use only for first article in infinite loading.
If there are still some problems, please provide some more details with some screenshots and a link where I can check these problems.
