Hello!
If you want to add different image at the end of every post you can edit the post and insert an image block like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/Mbv2aLKYO
But if you want to add the same image at the end of every post you can use cloud library templates, then this is possible by editing with TagDiv Composer. For more information, check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Dear team,
I am writing to point out an issue that already occurred several times, and that seems to be related to core plugins (composer and cloud library). It seems that PHP fatal errors are triggered by slow queries caused by the mentioned plugins (see logs reported below).
We are on cloud hosting with optimal resources for the average traffick we have, and we accomplished all the system requirements/settings and opmitizations (Leverage Browser Caching, Gzip compression, Optimize images, CDN, several caching levels, etc.).
Today we experienced the outage apparently for a very small peak of traffick (50 sessions), that in terms of resources is considered not problematic for server capacities by the hosting technical assistance. In any case we upgraded memory limit to 512mb (from 256mb) to mitigate the issue for the future.
However, I would kindly ask you to check the logs below to understand the root cause of the issue.
Looking forward to receiving your feedback, I am available for any test or additional information.
Thank you,
regards
Pietro

Hi,
I understand from our developers that the problem was solved, but they forget to set it in the update. What you need to do is to disable and delete tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library after that re-install the plugins from Newspaper > plugins (in this way you’ll install the plugins versions from our server that includes the fix for the mobile page problem).
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi
I want to build a new Contacts page using ready templates from Cloud Library, but I can’t find Cloud Library on my Admin panel. I am also Newspaper theme user and I saw “download the theme” button in tagdiv composer section which enables to get ready templates. Could you please help me with that?
Thanks beforehand!
Hi r1kay,
Yes, you can do that, or you can use cloud templates, those cloud templates can be set individual per each post, or per category -> https://i.imgur.com/cGJ6iyS.png in this way you can make with tagdiv Composer, the cloud template for posts and assign an individual header, in this way the ads that you set on it will apply only on that template.
To use a php is more hard. Here are some example -> http://justintadlock.com/archives/2011/07/20/conditional-checks-for-custom-post-types
Thank you!
Hi valuewalk, please make a test, disable and delete tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud library, after that re-install the plugins from Newspaper > plugins and try again, it should set the canonical how you said.
Let me know the results!
Hello !
You will have to create templates from cloud library for all the places you want to add this option. https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/
In order to insert the sidebar follow our video guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fa7GenCHcBU&t=8s
Thank you !
Hello!
You can edit with TagDiv Composer the cloud library post templates which you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Also we have default post templates which you can not edit with TagDiv Composer, check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/
Thank you!
Hello !
If you are using standard posts you are able to change the background from Theme panel – Background : https://www.screencast.com/t/Pr42dZeFmlC
If you are using a cloud library template for the post you will have to use tagDiv Compsoer. In order to change the background color / image you will have to edit all the ROWS as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/QlYxvmdoUxea
Thank you !
Hello !
If you want you will be able to achieve this if you will be using a post template from the cloud library as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Simply copy the shortcode and insert it in the text area of the column text as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/UEMEsVKog
Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.
Thank you !
Hello !
You can use a post template but please note that the spacing is given by gutenberg or what post editor you are using. For post appearance you can use the post templates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you !
Hello !
You can achieve this using the new mobile templates as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-themes-cloud-library-v10-3-7-update/
Thank you !
Google Chrome developer console shows
API ERROR td-cloud-library/td_cloud_proxy Error – check for php warnings: {…} timeout timeout
I already disabled all plugins except tagDiv Cloud Library to check but no positive results.
I also updated the theme to the last version.
Everything in System Status is OK (green).
Thanks in advance.
Hi stevenbancarz,
Si you update the theme from version 4 to 10, this will be as you’ll have a new theme now.
Most of the time the problem that you describe is a plugin conflict, most probable between tagDiv Cloud Library and WP Bakery. We indicate to use only one of theme with our theme.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and a link where I can inspect the situation
Thank you!
Hi ImSehyeon, you can set svg logos on cloud headers from tagDiv Cloud Library using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/VcwrJ2s.jpg click on logo and remove the logo image and text if you want only the svg logo-> https://i.imgur.com/lJnTZZm.png then in SVG tab set your svg code -> https://i.imgur.com/qfuxAHH.png for mobile just select the viewport for mobile and set again the svg on logo -> https://i.imgur.com/nmvjM6x.png
Hope this will help you!
Hello !
I am sorry for misunderstanding your issue.
For this you will need to use a Cloud library template.
Thank you !
Hi,
TagDiv Cloud library is a custom post type and the cloud templates made with tagDiv Composer are saved in database. Now normal you should be able to check if is a specific template. For example the files for cloud header are on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header and the header.php file is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php (if you are not using the tagDiv Standard Pack).
Hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello !
The best way to see what options you have I recommend you to follow this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-themes-cloud-library-v10-3-7-update/
Thank you !
Dear, I have exactly the same issue. It was working with error few weeks ago and now I can’t access Cloud library or Newspaper – Theme panel at all.
If I remove the plugin all works fine.
I updated wordpress and the template to the last version. I deleted and reinstalled Cloud templates plugin. Finally, I put the required PHP configuration:
php.ini
max_input_vars = 5000
max_execution_time = 300
post_max_size = 50M
upload_max_filesize = 50M
Now all spots on System status are green but the critical error is still ON :((((
Please let us know if you find the solution.
Hi siva, I see that you have an error in console -> https://i.imgur.com/DF3dxsB.png Also I think that you have set the ads using tagDiv Composer in ad box from pages and cloud templates (because you are using cloud templates the ads set in theme panel will not be display if are now set in ad box element) -> https://i.imgur.com/VJESMRU.png -> https://i.imgur.com/akMRjTD.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/aR0a94T.jpg
100% same situation, likely a result of updates from 19 November? Tagdiv Composer, Cloud Library and Standard are so broken they’re causing a blank white screen on my site even when I switch to a different theme.

I have imported many different blocks/sections from the tagDiv editor on my main home page, deleted them, and then found all these blank spots at the bottom of my page that I cannot erase.
This happens every time I try to import a new section or block from the tag div cloud manager library.
Anyone have any experience with this or know how to get rid of the blank columns/rows?
Here is what it looks like at the bottom of my blog’s main page in editor: https://ibb.co/JQcgNM1
Hi salestaal,
You can install a demo without content -> https://i.imgur.com/hiAkwG1.jpg or you can get the templates you like directly from tagDiv Cloud Library and you can edit theme using tagDiv Composer.
Hope this will help you!
Hi Acuicultor, if I understand correctly, before in v* you made the website using bakery, if is so, then after theme update please let enable only tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack and disable tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://i.imgur.com/tUgu8Yl.png also it will be recommend to check the website only with theme plugins to see if the problem persists and make sure that you use the bakery version from current package that you have installed the theme.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
Thank you!
