Usually the theme panel are for standard templates/demos, the ads set with tagDiv Composer is for pages and cloud template /pro demos.
You can use each one you want, the results should be the same. But if you are using a cloud template for posts, on this will not apply the ads from theme panel.

The post view count for standard post templates is set in -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/ExOqrPs.png and this is set in post template in loop-single for for example for single post template 1 is set in -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/single/loop-single-1.php -> https://i.imgur.com/86NRIFc.png the classic blocks can be found on this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes
For cloud post template the view count is set in this file -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_post_views.php and the shortcode from this file is set on cloud template with tagDiv Composer.

We didn’t tested Ad Manager with cloud templates, therefore we ca n not say if this will work or not.
If you want to add ads on a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and click on post content and check the ads section -> https://i.imgur.com/pOZPhGl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/8mOOLfU.jpg

Make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme, cache plugin or CDN, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also if you are using a PRO demo or cloud templates, that is why the theme panel settings are not apply. Using cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you’ll need to edit the cloud template using tagDiv Composer and set on the elements the color and style you want.

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).

Make sure that the posts that are assigned to this category are translated for the second language.
If you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library, then yes, the featured category will be display, this will no longer be hidden, but it can be hide like before with a custom css.

Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

If the sidebar is not apply on your posts, that is because you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library, this can be edited using tagDiv Composer. What you can do to keep the template layout and to have a sidebar selected by you is to edit it like this -> https://i.imgur.com/jK8VGvX.png and use the right click to remove the elements you do not want, also if you have an sidebar made from widgets and you want to display it for posts, you can drag the element from composer and select the sidebar -> https://i.imgur.com/MkCuCRg.png -> https://i.imgur.com/S5hgJ9u.png or if you want to be able to set individual sidebars, then you need to use a standard post style -> https://i.imgur.com/L5q9aUK.png

You can set inline ads inside the article, but these will not repeat, for classic templates you can use the settings from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/rClNrvs.png and for cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/fxWiSVF.jpg using cloud templates, you can set 3 inline ads inside the article.

We can provide a css to hide that but that can also be removed or edited either by changing the footer template from Theme Panel – Footer ; or you can use the tagDiv Composer, import a footer from the cloud library and that will be fully editable with tagDIv Composer. I think that you are using a pro demo, if is so then the ads fro theme panel will not reflect on website, because pro demos are using cloud templates and these can be edited with tagDiv Composer, you can check our documentation from here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=biTpVVlr8j8 to add ads.

Usually the h1 is set on logo, if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can have a different H1 per page/posts, another way is to using the Page Builder + Page Title on page template, this should set your page title as h1 and remove the h1 from logo.
