WPBakery Page Builder has indeed some extra style that our builder do not has and vice versa.
The core theme is inside the tagDiv Composer plugin, if this plugin is disable you’ll gent a standard theme as twenty nineteen.
Also there can be some problems between tagDiv Cloud library and WPBakery, we recommend to use only one of them with tagDiv Composer, in this way the problems will be reduce.

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can delete tagDiv Composer and cloud library and install theme again from here -> https://i.imgur.com/2qumIqU.png

i received the following email regarding tagdiv cloud error :
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, tagDiv Cloud Library.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.

i contacted my host and they said all they could do is deactivate the theme. they said to contact the theme creator..
when i go to my site on mobile it is showing a previously made FREE wordpress.com site instead of the newspaper-created one (which is what i see on my PC). PLEASE HELP – thank you

I’d like to know if there’s a way to use a Custom Cloud Library Post Template to replace the Default Post Template or any of the 13 templates?
I found all the 13 Post Templates in the plugin directory but can’t find the templates created in the the Cloud Library.
Maybe by using the child theme? I’m asking because it’s not possible to do it with the tagDiv Composer.

It says that it only applies to “default post templates and does not affect cloud library templates”. Is there any way to make it apply to cloud library templates?

All pro demos are using cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, these can be edited only with tagDiv Composer, so you are using a single post templates this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and you can adjust it as you want -> https://i.imgur.com/eMV43pi.png use the right click to remove elements -> https://i.imgur.com/MVBO1sm.png after you remove all the elements from sidebar set the set row from 2 in 1 -> https://i.imgur.com/ofpISOQ.png

If you are using header template 5 from cloud library, then you need to edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/wQcqI52.png select the search icon and set the icon padding 2 -> https://i.imgur.com/8W2lgFD.png after that click on menu and in style tab set the line height 40px -> https://i.imgur.com/IUh2LEi.jpg
