I’ve migrated our site from dev to live (using Duplicator as the domain is slightly different) and I’m stuck with this error:
“Warning: getimagesize(…filename – logo…): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found in ……public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php on line 611”
but the file (image) is there and I can open the URL no problem.
The warning on top appears with or without DEBUG option turned on. Help appreciated – going LIVE soon

Please notice that only the pages and cloud templates can be edited using tagDiv Composer, the standard post style/templates -> https://i.imgur.com/kheE1nz.png can’t be editable with the theme builder, you can edit the post using the edit post like this -> https://i.imgur.com/fitEVMJ.png or from WordPress -> https://i.imgur.com/NyAYkbR.png .

1. I think that you are using header style 6 or multipurpose style 3.
Now the css code that you have in Theme panel is not for the menu background, this is set from theme panel> theme colors -> https://www.screencast.com/t/FPN29npU also now you can use cloud headers from tagDiv Cloud library and you can edit them using the theme builder, tagDiv Composer.
2. So in order to have the grid stretch on full width you’ll need to use the tagDiv Composer, edit the page and set a Big Grid Full -> https://i.imgur.com/1wvFEnc.jpg

3. The Visual composer that you are using is an old version, now the update version is WPBakery, but we recommend to use it with our theme only if you do not use cloud templates ( using cloud templates with WPBakery can create conflicts).

You can do this by editing the single post template (from tagDiv Cloud Library) using tagDiv Composer, after that click and drag the related articles at the top of elements.

Unfortunately there is a problem with the new option add in theme panel for disable the schema article, this interfere with preview draft, in order to fix this problem you’ll need to make some changes in theme file or deactivate the schema articles from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0E3IucACC You will have to check that in order to deactivate the schema, this issue will be fixed in the next update.

Infinite scroll is available only with Cloud Library Post Template which can be added in post as you can see it here: https://tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-for-single-posts/
For homepage this option is not available and we have not tested any plugins so we cannot recommend any in this matter.

I’m not overly tech savy so I kinda need the step by step instructions to removing the dependencies.

I used the standard white default demo and as I read the article with very little documentation it eludes to the fact I need to rebuild all pages. I don’t see in the cloud library the HOME PAGE Default Pro…only see as a footer.

If the logo is inline with the menu, it is clear it will have a preset size. If you need a bigger logo please choose another header style that can provide a bigger container for the logo to fit in. Please choose header styles 9, 10 or 11 which will show the logo in the exact size you upload it in.

I tried importing pre-designed single page templates from the Tagdiv cloud library and set it as my default single page template as well as I tried using it on a single post only. However, the posts with the custom single page template are showing a blank white page below the header with literally no information.

In order to have different templates depending on the language you use simply create 2 identical Category templates and set them depending on the language you use: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Here is an example: Select english and set the english template: https://prnt.sc/qnxc84 ; After that select French and set the category template for french: https://prnt.sc/qnxcg6
You will have to use adbox elements from TagDiv Composer.

Hi! Thank you a lot for the help!
What was causing the issues I have mentioned was a pointless JQuery library I was loading using the Newspaper Theme Panel. I deleted this line of code and now everything appears as they should!
The only thing that is bothering me now is that when I use the custom header from the cloud library, the navbar menu links and the header’s background image load using a lazyload effect fade transition, even if I set the option to not apply the Newspaper’s lazyload effect to the site.
This causes the navbar’s links and header’s background take a little longer to load than the rest of the page. When using the default headers (so, not using the cloud library headers) these elements loads instantly (as I want the custom header to). What could be causing it?

I’m having problems when I add a header template from the cloud library. The site crashes until you remove the plugin. My website won’t open until you remove the plugin. This happened after the wordpress update.

The header image size depend on the style ore cloud header you are using, if you are using a standard header style -> https://i.imgur.com/xD83vwM.png only on style 9-10-11 you’ll have the full size, if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud library , you can edit it using tagDiv Composer.
For the problem with widgets please provide some more details and a link were i can inspect them.

If you are using PRO demos ( cloud templates) then the settings from theme panel will not apply on these, you’ll need to edit theme using tagDiv Composer .
