Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also please make sure that you have the last version of theme, before to make the update please make sure that you make a full backup to your website.

The only option for achieving a full width single template is to use Cloud Library functionality. I have made a test on my localhost -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rt9WtWylq YOu need to customize your blank template as you wish, set up your fonts, sidebar section from the TD Composer. Unfortunately,e, the theme does not have any such an option that replicates the exaclty default post template. Hi,
we plan on using Newspaper for our magazine. As such it is very important for us that the style of the magazine matches the style of the rest of our site.
I really appreciate the flexibility provided by Newspaper especially with the addition of the new header builder. Unfortunately I am not as happy with the mobile menu and the transition animation. In my opinion doesn’t look as refined as the rest of a lot of the demo sites provided in the cloud library.
Is there a way to customize the mobile menu to look more like this https://www.urlaubsguru.de/ or this https://www.reisereporter.de/ (You’ll have to change the size of your browser window to see the mobile menu).
If it is not possible with the current version of newspaper, do you have plans to add more customization options in the near future?
I am using WP JOB MANAGER and using custom Theme from CLoud Library.. and it is showing me error while using that template https://prnt.sc/n0t31f. I am getting this error https://prnt.sc/n0nch2
When I change to default layout the theme works fine…

If a Cloud Template is used for site-wide single post display, right before the footer, the post content is displayed again (after the latest updates).
I have tried to build the template from the beginning, or use another one from the library, but it doesn’t seem to work. The content is output right where the proper template ends, just before the footer.

In order to have access to those demos you need to activate the tagDiv Cloud Library because those template are build with templates from cloud.

I am trying this. I got a single post template and had to delete most of it as I just spent a lot of time getting everything perfect with the default templates and don’t want most of what is on that template. So now even with that, the page does not look right. It has a new title which is not in the right spot, the sidebar no longer shows up, and all the font is different. There are many other issues with it as well. It’s just a completely different template and I don’t know how to re-do the whole thing.
Is there anyway to just get the actual default template from somewhere and then adjust the width on that one? It sure seems like it’d be a lot easier than going through this process which I cannot seem to get to work. Or is there a blank template from the cloud library?

If the customization that you made was not in theme files ( you made theme in them panel or with tagDiv Composer ), then those will remain, if those are made in theme files will be override.

I should add that I don’t have Cloud Library installed. The only theme-provided plug-in I’m using is the TagDiv Composer.

Flex blocks and grids are very different from default blocks. The default blocks are predefined and will always look the same, while a single flex block can be made to look in many ways.

Unfortunately, please notice that the only way for achieving the wide website is to edit your templates, using the TD Composer and stretch all of the ROWs when you are using some elements. Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such a general functionality or a simple button like (normal website or wide website). You need to edit each template and make it be wide if you want to achieve good results. Notice that’s not a hard task. For example, for your homepage, you have to edit it with TD Composer and stretch the rows and for your post pages, you need to import from Cloud Template a single post template, customize it as you wish with TD Composer and then, apply it for the whole of your posts. It’s not necessary to edit each post page. That’s the Cloud Library functionality.

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2

I’m pretty syre I found the problem, it’s memory. I made another post here about memory where I can reproduce the error 500 and the missing button depending on how much memory PHP is allocated.
There is an “Add” button in the menu where you show your screenshot, but it adds a wordpress template and does NOT open the Cloud Template library.

After you make the update please check if theme plugins are active, usually tagDiv Composer will activate automatic but it needs to be checked, also if you are using cloud template update the tagDiv cloud library and activate it.
