You could try it in a testing/staging install first. A copy of the website can be created with the duplicator plugin for example, or by any other means. Then you can remove the Newsmag theme and its plugins, and install the Newspaper theme and its plugins.
Then it depends on how you want to proceed. One way would be to install a Newspaper demo, which will provide a new homepage and the templates. Or you can import demo parts, they are all available in the cloud library https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All
Besides sharing a few blocks from the composer, they are different themes after all.
In terms of risks, not sure what to say. Be sure to move your ad codes, analytics codes, also check the SEO, set the widget sidebars. If you use a child theme perhaps, that will have to be remade, in case it is still needed. If you have other pages, check those as well after switching the themes, they may have to be rebuilt or adjusted.

We have tried everything nothing works
1) OPCache enable/disable does not do anything.
2) Changing PHP max execution time does not work either
Enabling Cloud library plugin maxes out RAM and CPU, as soon as it is disabled, the website comes back.
We have already emailed you 4-5 days ago when you first asked, please ask someone to take a look.

I am currently renewing a site created with the NewsPaper theme version 12.6.2, originally built using NewsPaper8 series. The original site was developed using WPBakery, but I am now transitioning to the tagDiv Composer for this renewal.
I am using the default template with a sidebar, but I want to create the homepage (front-page) without using a sidebar. This means that while the template for a standard page (page.php) includes a sidebar, I intend for the homepage not to have one. I have prepared the homepage using the tagDiv Composer. However, after setting this page as the homepage (front-page) and trying to edit it, the following error message appears in the tagDiv Composer editing screen, preventing further editing:
“Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue.”
The homepage displays correctly without the sidebar, as desired. This error does not occur if the page is not set as the homepage, allowing for re-editing of the page.
This issue arises whether I use a template from the Cloud Library for the homepage or create it as a regular page using tagDiv Composer and then set it as the homepage. Other standard pages, aside from the homepage, are displayed as intended with sidebars.
I suspect the error may be due to the homepage using a different template than the standard page template. How can I resolve this issue? I am not using any original templates except for the header and footer. The homepage design is different from the pages created with WPBakery, so I do not believe this is an issue related to their compatibility.

When i try to access cloud library then it is showing Invalid reply from server endpoint.
Sorry, missed this one. we were on PHP version is 8.0.3, we tried to go back to PHP 7.4 and 7.3 and still the issue was there.
We just came to PHP version 8.2.13 and then tried to turn on the TagDiv Cloud Library plugin.
Site went down, resources went to 100%. Found these errors in log file:
AH01067: Failed to read FastCGI header, referer: https://www.gadgetbridge.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_plugins
(104)Connection reset by peer: AH01075: Error dispatching request to : , referer: https://www.gadgetbridge.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=td_theme_plugins
We tried rolling back to version 12.5.1 as well and same problem.
Further investigation we found this error in the log as soon as we turn on the TagDiv Coud Library plugin:

This error we got was when we rolled back the theme to 12.5.1

Hope you have had a good holidays.
We are facing a problem since today.
We have the latest NewsPaper theme 12.6.2 on http://www.GadgetBridge.com and today morning when were editing the front page by clicking on edit with TD composer green button on top a problem has started to occur.
We wanted to add a link in the footer menu.
However as soon as we clicked save. Every resource in our (RAM, DISK iO and CPU) dedicated server went to 100%. We have lot of RAM and CPU cores, yet this happened. The site would just not open or respond because of that.
Upon looking the error logs we found this error – AH01067: Failed to read FastCGI header, referer: https://www.gadgetbridge.com/
Upon searching, found out it has to do with a plugin problem.
So, we carefully 1 by 1 from the server end renamed each plugin to deactivate.
As soon as we deactivated the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin, this website came back.
We rebooted the server and all resources went back to normal below 20%.
We thought it could be a plugin mismatch, so –
1) We deactivated all plugins and then just activated TagDiv ones like mobile, composer and all resources were fine. As soon as we activated tagDiv Cloud Library, the website went down again and resources went to 100%. We deactivated and rebooted, the website came back.
2) We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling tagDiv Cloud Library, that does not work. (all other plugins were deactivated)
3) We have tried going back to Newspaper 12.6.1 and activated that tagDiv Cloud Library plugin again same problem. (all other plugins were deactivated).
4) We have deactivated the tagDiv Cloud Library, and reactivated all others so some part of the website is working, however because tagDiv Cloud Library is not active, menu and other systems are not working and there is a naked code on every desktop page in header and footer.
We cannot figure out what the issue is and how to make it work.
Please help, how to solve this problem.

The problem is caused by the fact that you have a standard template for the category and not a cloud template. If you already have a category template, please set it globally to apply to all categories-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/.

I recommend using cloud templates, flex blocks, and big grid flex because are more flexible.
Also, using a cloud template, you can change the design as you want.
The templates that you see in theme panel are for standard templates, and you need to activate the tagdiv Standard pack plugin.

after theme update the tagDiv cloud library plugin is automatically deactivated and on activation it shows an error that this version of plugin is not compatible with current version of theme.
The current version of tagDiv cloud library plugin is 3.1 and Newspaper theme version is 12.6.2.
How can i get the updated version of tagDiv cloud library plugin?
We have updated the theme a few times and the issues seem to be with the cloud library and losing the templates. I could just do with a few old versions to try updating in a few steps rather than a big jump.
If that doesn’t work I will have to rebuild the pages.

The tagDiv Composer is our page builder and it can be used for building pages and cloud templates, but not for creating posts. For this, you’ll need to use Gutenberg or a classic editor.
Using tagDiv Composer, you can build/edit the single post template (the layout of the posts).

When I try to up date my Newspaper theme 12.2 to 12.6.2 it deletes all the activated tag div plugins and says:-
Updating all tagDiv plugins…
tagDiv Composer – Not installed
tagDiv Cloud Library – Not installed
tagDiv Standard Pack – Not installed
When I look at my plugins page there are tag div plugins.
I have 3 other identical (theme and plugins) sites and they have all updated ok.
Plugins are identical to my other websites.
I am using newspaper theme and current version of theme is 12.6.2 whenever i try to edit any css files in order to reduce unused css & Js. the ‘td cloud library’ plugin deactivate automatically and and on activation it shows an error that this plugin is not compatible with current version of newspaper theme. and after this my site shows error on header and footer. how can i solve this issue, please provide me a proper solution.

I started with Classic demo theme without media. I want to create post without sidebar but I couldn’t find a way to remove it completely. There’s a block in sidebar column that cannot be removed. So I implemented pre-design template from cloud library, https://cloud.tagdiv.com/spa-and-wellness-resorts-are-amazing-for-your-health/. In editor mode, I can see pictures in envira gallery block but when preview or publish it-there’s no content but it did show up when use original template.
Will EchoVerse and UrbanObserver elements be added to the Template Cloud Library?
