I have optimized my theme and I thought everything was working great. Today I learned that my search bar is not clickable. My question is, did I forget a JS file in the exclusion list? Please advice. Thanks in advance!
Current exclusion list is:

When I upgraded to 12.6.4
I saw the following error and my site became completely unresponsive. I used a backup from a couple of days ago and that allowed the site to come back up.

tagDiv Cloud Library

Hi, I ran into a similar problem to https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/create-a-not-public-articles-homepage/
The problem is that TD block elements cannot handle the “private” post status.
I am preparing a new page using cloud template and Tagdiv Composer. And I need to have posts in it, but at this moment they should not be seen publicly. But as soon as I set these posts as “private”, i.e. only logged in users should see them, the Tagdiv filters won’t show them at all – even if I’m logged in as admin. If I look directly at the post using the URL, WP behaves correctly, i.e. I see him logged in and not as a regular visitor.
I would say that this is a bug and it would be good to fix it. So that the filters in Tagdiv composer behave correctly and respect the standard WP setting “private”.
Hello!
Assign the same cloud header for your homepage. Check in the Website Manager: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/
Thank you!
Hi Calin,
I resorted to installing the plugins manually (tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library) by downloading the new version of the theme from themeforest and then uploading the two plugins via ftp.
The problem is that the moment I try to activate them, the entire server becomes unusable due to excessive CPU load.
By the way, a week ago the same thing happened with the woocommerce plugin and I downgraded it.
The problem with this update with the Newspyper theme is that the moment the two plugins start to be updated, the whole server goes out of control and I have to restart it. The site can’t work and can’t be fixed unless I delete all the files and install the backup files.
Here are the server configuration details
Apache version 2.4.57
MariaDB version 10.11.4
Unfortunately, I’m using the free version of Virtualmin – Open Source Web Hosting Control Panel – on my personal server and I don’t have the option to create additional users and passwords for my hosting accounts.
That’s why I can’t give you access to the file folder.
I hope one of the other users will give you the access you need and the problem will be resolved soon.
Until we figure out exactly what the problem is, I’m sticking with the old version of the theme, with which everything works as it should.
Please keep us posted here in the forum thread so we know how things are going.
I wish you to quickly resolve the situation that has arisen.
Good luck!
I have this issue that it takes too long for pages to show (2 secs +) since a few days.
Can you tell me how I can determine what is causing this (diagnostic tool)?
Pls refer to https://cloudzeeland.nl
I am running php 8.2.15 and can send you an overview of php_info on request.
Perhaps the upcoming release update might solve the issue?
Thanks.
Hi
The mobile menu isn’t loading see the screenshot https://share.icloud.com/photos/0977AncQThFth7IKzeshsSf4A
We are on version 12.6.3
This is the image in mention, it’s nowhere to be found to be replaced and even when deleted from the server, still cannot fix the backround:
201910207ebf09b8-6056-a133-d834-acdb8b403f27.jpg
The cloud header is “Header Template 50 – Romania News PRO”.
So I imported a cloud header, tried to set up a bacgkround image, but it wont show. I even deleted the picture that was from the import, but now it just stays blank.
I’ve played with width and height and whatnot and lost a lot of time trying to fix it!
Where can I actually comunicate easier being able to upload pictures and share urls but not being public, there’s private and sensitive information.
Thank you!
HI!I’m very sorry, but I didn’t understand you. I have two articles in one article I want the main picture to be shown, and in the other article I want the picture not to be shown. I have two cloud template styles. in one it is set to show the main picture in the other no. How can I connect a style to only one specific article or category of articles?
how to assign different cloud template styles to articles or category!?
THANK YOU!
Hi,
Please check if the tagdiv plugins are installed and activated, like the cloud library, and standard pack .
Thank you!
Hello @bryanflowers!
If you use a global cloud template, then you should make the changes once.
Thank you!
Hi,
To add the reading time, you need to have a single post template and add it from tagdiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you!
Hi dear users,
If you are experience problems with the theme update and you agree to let us investigate the problem, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin and cPanel access to the website, also make sure that you have a full backup for the website. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Hello globalonehr, I checked your website and this look’s that the theme plugins are not installed. Please go to Newspaper > plugins and install from there the theme plugins that were before the theme update (this process can also be made manually by updating the them plugin using the versions downloaded from the themeforest package of 12.6.4).
Hi Ned Donev, according to this:
tagDiv Composer
Ajax error
tagDiv Cloud Library
Ajax error
There are some extra modules that are preventing the theme plugins to be automatically installed from our cloud, so in this can the theme plugin can be only manually updated.
Also, there is possible to be something specific like php version or extra plugin that caused problems. We have the update running on more websites from a week and there are no problems – https://i.imgur.com/AYF7gM3.png if you want we can take a closer look to your situation, if you agree, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, make a full backup for the website and provide temporary wp-admin and cPanel access. We’ll check the problem asap.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Unfortunately, this can be done only for cloud templates.
Thank you!
I tried to manually update the tagDiv Composer plugin, but my server started running at very high CPU levels. Also my site wouldn’t load any pages.
Just trying to manually update the two plugins – tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library – my site doesn’t work!
I downgraded the theme and now everything is OK!
Current version of the theme that has no problem is Version: 12.6.3
WordPress version: 6.4.3
Please test the updates before offering them for upgrade!!!
When I tried to update the theme to Newspaper theme to 12.6.4, my site did not work.
In the admin panel I see DagDiv Composer Ajax error!
I use WordPress version: 6.4.3
Updating all tagDiv plugins…
tagDiv Composer
Ajax error
tagDiv Cloud Library
Ajax error
An error occurred and we could not finish the process.
Please manually update the plugins.
Oh I am sorry to hear that.
It would be great to have this feature, like a sidebar template for the cloud library.
Thanks for the reply.
Hi,
Unfortunately, this template can’t be done with cloud templates.
Thank you!
Hello Maddie!
It’s this page from the demo’s homepage: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_downtown_pro/latest-articles-downtown-pro/.
Did you install a section of this page from the Cloud Library?
All the cloud templates can be found in Dashboard > Cloud Templates.
Check out this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/sample-templates-appearing-in-searches-and-causing-404/
Thank you!
Hello @bryanflowers!
We have a membership plugin called Opt-in builder and the element called “Ad box” in the tagdiv Composer. Check our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-opt-in-builder/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
The documentation about the cloud templates is here:

Thank you!
Hi,
In default Style 1 for Newspaper theme, the featured image is displayed inline with post content, and the content wraps around it. If I want to instead use the cloud templates to design a single post layout, I see no way to make the featured image display as in Style 1 — to the left side with post content wrapped around it. The system wants to force the image to be full width either above or below the post content. Is there any way to fix this?
Thanks.
