Please make sure the theme is activated.
Also, make sure that you are using SSL and you have a good band width, the one from our server is 1GB/s and the one that I use at home is 500MB/s, if you have a low band width, then you can access parts of cloud, this can be done from frontend, for example if you are on a post -> https://i.imgur.com/4G74M7F.jpg or from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/2F6MhfI.png

I also installed the theme again afresh. It does not install the default Cloud templates any more now.
so I installed the theme and when I go to the theme editor panel and change things like color or upload the logo.. it wont update at the front end… I have disabled cache and also disabled cloudfare. what could be the problem?
Nothing worked. I have tried everything and read all the links. It does not address the issue. Finally, I deleted everything again, reinstalled Default Home Pro Template. Now it does not install any Templates inthe Cloud templates any more as that shows no templates. On the Home Page I get this message as per image attached. If I create a Mobile page it also gives samemessage. I am just tired having spent 100 hours following your instructions. Can you please delete everything, install Default Pro Templates and just create a Mobile Page. I will setup the website again. I can share my login details. I have given up.

Is possible to have a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jHatJGC1qRf, select the Single Post Views => https://www.screencast.com/t/NhUGCRfI and with right-click, you can delete it.

Also, please try to go in Cloud Templates, select the template, edit it => https://i.imgur.com/DpvZKj5.png and try to revert a revision => https://i.imgur.com/jbmCnzm.png or revision on the page.

I started to use Newspaper theme again on my tech-news platform. I installed pre-build template and I can not change it. I am trying to edit the theme through TagDiv Composer. When I am adding somethings, there is only loading screen. Nothing is coming no matter how long I wait.
Also, if I check something from the cloud, there is Invalid reply from server endpoint error. I searched in the forum and increased the WP Memory Limit to 256M, nothing changes.

After upload theme and activated, my website usually appear a notice “There has been a critical error on this website”. Besides, I can not upload Cloud Template.
Have anyone here met this case yet?

Our theme is a frontend theme for most of the elements and changes, you’ll need to use the tagDiv Composer to edit the pages and posts.

Please make sure you use cloud templates and you can use the flex blocks settings.
For example: if you have a category template assigned on all the categories you have ( global template), then it is very useful to use a special filter category – current category in order to display the posts from the current category. In this mood you won’t have the same posts on each category page.
Or if you need specific articles in one category only, then make sure you have different template(or you can duplicate it) and use the post IDs filter: https://www.screencast.com/t/LssLUafW

Please do not edit the cloud templates from there, but access them in front end and push the green button ” Edit with TagDiv Composer “. It seems like there is a problem with that header. It is possible to be from a plugin conflict or from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme. Please check the point 5 from this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, you can use a revision to your homepage. Or you can import it again, make the changes and assign it to your homepage. Make sure you assign the new header.

else If you use cloud templates, then use the element “Ad box” and place it where you like.
If you have the same template for all your subpages and you’ll like to disable it from one subpage, then you should duplicate the template and make it different.

The latest update also messed up the cloud templates plugin. It doesn’t stay activated.

Nothing worked. I had to reinstall theme, ugrade it and setup the website once again. Home page is etup fine but now I am struggling to set up the Mobile Page. It says that fist setup a Mobile-Template from “Home Page Default Pro.
When I try to load Home Page Default Pro from “Cloud Templates”an error comes. See the image. I am not able to proceed further. Really strugling for over a week now.

The point is that most of the elements from tagDiv Standard Pack can be replaced so you can disable it to load a less css.

Unable to Create or Edit Pages with tagDiv Composer. Home Page will not display. The following errors are displayed in the top right corner of the Page which now only displays Cloud Header & Cloud Footer with no elements in between:
“Errors at columns: 3(models): 1(dom). The model does not match the content. Current state has involved an issue.”

From what theme version did you update the theme? Do you have a backup ?
Also did you updated all the theme plugins? For example if you used standard templates, then you’ll need to install tagDiv Standard Pack, for cloud templates you’ll need tagDiv Cloud Library. All those can be installed from Newspaper > plugins.
Also your homepage looks like is displaying the latest posts, so it is like is not set an homepage, so what you can do after install the theme plugins is to use a theme panel backup -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
