Thank you for the response. We are using the Newspaper Theme with the Standard Plugin Active and we are using the Cloud Header for our pages. With that said, want to double check. If we need to add some custom PHP to the header we should be using the header.php file located in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php. Is this correct?
Also, with the above mentioned. Are we able to copy the header.php file to our child theme? Will the header.php file in our child theme work as required?
Please advise.
Hello,
If you have standard, then you need to have the tagDiv Standard Pack activate, to have the options from Theme Panel -> Theme fonts => https://i.imgur.com/b0mzwsz.png
Also, now is a conflict between tagDiv Composer/tagDiv Cloud Template and WP Bakery which is why I recommend you to shift from WPBakery to tagDiv Composer because WPBakery is an old builder plugin.
Please check our guide to know how to shift from WPBakery to Composer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/
tagDiv Composer contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Also, on category, I saw you have a template that you can edit with tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/4VSSC0k.jpg
Thank you!
Hello!
You need to assign those templates to your pages from your website.
For example, check our video tutorial about how to import and assign cloud library templates: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6m8-EebnfM0
Thank you!
Hi,
If you have a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, then you need to edit the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jHatJGC1qRf, select the Single Post Views => https://www.screencast.com/t/NhUGCRfI and with right-click, you can delete it.
If you have a standard template, then you can disable the post views from Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Post and Custom Post Types => https://www.screencast.com/t/LAv90B5eZ (please make sure you have tagDiv Standard Pack activate for standard template)
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use a header template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
If you have a standard header style then you can enable the top bar from Theme Panel -> Header -> Top Bar => https://www.screencast.com/t/UzNU38uSE (please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack activate, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates)
but if you have a header from Cloud Library , then you need to add a row on the top => https://www.screencast.com/t/YfHuH8AZOX and design it with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please import a cloud/PRO prebuilt website(demo) in order to be able to edit the page with TagDiv Composer and customize the template. A guide here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ezaaE2VP7V8
Thank you!
Hello!
Please check this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/fGV2uwNO2I
You can assign and import from Website Manager which footer template you need.
If you have a cloud/PRO template, but you can’t edit the footer, then edit your homepage with TagDiv Composer, scroll till footer, click on footer zone and you can edit/delete the elements there.(see the video)
Thank you!
Hello,
The cloud templates are custom post types, and these can be an index or not, therefore you can use Yoast SEO to control the SEO for cloud templates, for example https://i.imgur.com/6BRLmIs.png after that you need to reindex your website on Google (or you can reindex only that link).
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use a cloud template and the fonts are not applied, please edit the page with TagDiv Composer and check if that element has set up its own font and not a default one.
If the problem is still there, please provide more information about your issue, screenshots with the settings you applied and your website link in order to help you efficiently.
A solution for sending a screenshot is this:
Download, capture, send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link, paste it here.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know what prebuilt website do you have installed, if you have a Standard Prebuilt Website you can change the fonts from Theme Panel -> Theme Fonts => https://www.screencast.com/t/y4NljP3w2uao but if you have Pro Prebuilt Website, then you need to set the font with tagDiv Composer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQvA64uTLkI
Please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin updated and activate from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/6uPEwLE7u, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!

Hello!
For cloud templates, you should use the element called “Ad box” from TagDiv Composer and there you need to add the ads: https://www.screencast.com/t/DmSFbTW94Sx. Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, and add the “Ad box” element in your header and footer(scroll till footer when you edit the homepage) with drag & drop.
Thank you!

Hello!
I’m not sure I fully understand what you need to change, but if you use a cloud/PRO template, then you can edit the page with TagDiv Composer and change the color of the elements.

Hi,
Yes, that image can be set with css and is not need to convert the image, only assign it, like this -> https://i.imgur.com/tnmpKzr.jpg
body .td-header-header {
background-image: url(https://fiverr-res.cloudinary.com/image/upload/q_auto,f_auto/v1/secured-attachments/message/attachments/c699c076d17b614d371725035e912f47-1631860309946/Fight%20Nail%20Fungus%2002.jpg?__cld_token__=exp=1632121451~hmac=adcb0d38387dd7600ef18f3503812e5b2f81d0e9d4dfb0020670824ba8a78dd6);
}
Indeed the code need to be set in the theme panel> custom code> custom css.
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Here is a snapshot of available types of Cloud Templates being shown at my end https://photos.app.goo.gl/rJBT7W4vM1Dnmmk46
Hi,
I’m unable to set a Cloud Template for a Post Series page due to which, every time I try and load a series page it’s giving a 404 error. I tried updating Newspaper theme at my site as well to latest available version, but there was this issue when I did that : https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/unable-to-retain-appearance-settings-after-updating-theme/
Can you kindly help identify and resolve this issue?
Thanks,
Geet.
Do I need to convert this image into CSS code?
see this file:
Hello. I am not using a demo. I’m building pages by importing header / footers from the cloud. It is gazete.red. Right now, it randomly changes to the mobile site. On some lower res screens, it displays correctly and on other it opens up the mobile site.
The footer for my site bussidail.com doesn’t looks consistent across website which is designed using tagdiv cloud template.
It looks different for single posts and pages like about, contact, etc
Site URL: Bussidail.com
I’ve mentioned this several times before and found extremely laborious workarounds, but can anything be done about the variations in column length that Newspaper produces across different browsers?
Look at https://jazzjournal.co.uk/ in Chrome, then in Firefox. The same layout, not too bad in Chrome, produces ludicrously uneven column lengths at the bottom of the page in Firefox. This must be a problem for all Newspaper layouts, custom or cloud templates.
Thanks
MG
Hi,
I am using v.11.2. of the newspaper theme on the site https://www.mallorcalma.com. I do not know when or why this happened, but in the theme panel I am missing various options, like for example the category settings (template, post style, etc). All I can set now is a cloud template and the per category settings. And I am missing setting options, like the article display option in blog and post settings for example.
Also, the changes I am making in the backend seem not to be displayed on the life site. I see them when I am logged in, but when I visit the site on a different browser, I see the old version, even though I have cleared browser cache and cookies.
The H1 heading on posts has the wrong font family, there seems to be no way to change that.
Thank you very much for your help,
kind regards!
