Hi, I’m following the instructions on adding a new page for my reviews outline in your instruction https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/ but whenever I try to go to Cloud Templates > Add new this error message appears – https://imgur.com/msYdpVL
Is there any way I can import new cloud templates? I tried making a new page and loading the template from there but I couldn’t find the reviews page that I like that I saw from https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Single

The footer templates from Cloud Library do not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
The footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF

In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models): 2(dom).The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

Also, this page was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?
Sometimes this problem can also be due to a conflict the plugins, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Unfortunately at the moment Custom Post Types do not work with Cloud Library templates. This is somethin that our developers are working to bring in Newspaper Theme in the future.

Since we updated to version 10.4 and updated all the plugins, our cloud template pages, we cannot add or modify anything.
when activating the debug we see that when editing the page with
tagDiv Composer gets the error Undefined index: social_rel in /var/www/vhosts/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_social_sharing.php on line 954, any change is impossible the editor crashes.
We have increased the resources for the correct operation as specified in the version update
ok as there is no support i will explain my solution to other people:
i switched to a different cloud-header and now the sticky menu is working – but, there is no sticky logo – just the menu!
Now i have to figure out how i can inject the logo to the sticky menu bar…
this theme/compser is a nightmare if you worked with bakery, elementor or other pagebuilders…

I am working with cloud templates for header, footer and posts. But not for Pages. I use e.g. block 14 on pages. Do i have Change all Block Elements to Flex-Modules if i want to deaktivate the Standard-Pak.?
Can I just disable the plugin and see? Will the settings be saved so I can just reactivate the plugin after testing? I do not want to deactivate the plugin and later rebuild my whole site again 😉

Standard Pack is used only for default templates and not for cloud/PRO templates. Also, when you install this plugin, you can see in the theme panel the settings for default templates(header/footer/post).
For example, block 1-25 are removed, these blocks are created by default and you can not change/customize their design with tagDiv Composer. If you will need more options to customize your templates, we recommend using a cloud/PRO template.

I am using the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin for my posts.
Unfortunately the posts are not as customizable as I would like (e.g. header & footer).

So far everything fits. The page looks good and I reduced the elements a lot, so there are only a few elements.
But the Pagespeed Insights result is very very bad. Have a look at the lab data:

I have adjusted the posts so that they are exactly identical in content. Only the footer is different. And then such a big difference? 🙁

I have selected Montserrat fonts on all sections from the theme panel, but seems like they’re not being applied.
I had also changed the HEEBO font from the Homepage and change it to DEFAULT (assuming now the default font is Montserrat).
Please guide accordingly.

From what I can see your level of modification exceeds the Support team coverage, and for what you are looking to modify you cannot use the Cloud Library or tagDiv Composer.
You can use Newspaper Theme with Standard pack and you will be able to edit the standard template files. Is similar as using a child theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Please let us know what modifications you are looking to achieve, maybe this can be done using tagDiv Composer and you will not need such many modifications and coding.

Done. max_execution_time and WP Memory Limit are now green. I tried increasing max_input_vars but it still remains yellow after following the steps to increase it in your article (I use Bluehost).
I did a search on the forum and found this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cloud-templates-dont-allow-jetpack-comments/ . Is this bug resolved? It does seem to me that the cloud post template is causing the issue, and I was hoping you could have a look at it and see what the issue in it might be.

If you mean this template from Cloud Library: https://prnt.sc/117cdfg ; then this one use the font: Poppins which you can use in TagDiv Composer in any page. And that design was built only for this template.

Hi Bettina, thank you for your reply. I was able to fix it by removing the amp auto ads tag in the amp section of the mobile theme.
I so far have only two problems right now. I hope you can help point me to the right direction on how to fix them –
1. Social media icons before and after the articles in any post page doesn’t appear in mobile devices. It does appear but as invisible. You can click on them but you don’t see them.

2. The other problem I have still got to do with the header and the footer going garbled. It seems to appear erratic and sometimes it appears well so I don’t know why as the category page is only connected to one cloud template. As usual I have cleared all cache.
Appreciate it if you can point me to how I can fix both the problems. And as always, thank you for your support.
Menu icons are missing on page (front page and other page) preview, while single post preview all icons are showing. There is no problem on the composer. I have re-import header from cloud templates but the problem persist

Please make sure you use the same demo with the old captions.
Unfortunately, AMP is faster and works better only with Mobile Theme, and is not working because it is not compatible with cloud templates.

Please provide a screenshot where exactly did you paste the codes in order to help you.
If you use a cloud template, then you can add the ads in the element called “Ad box”.
Otherwise, you need to add the ads in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Ads.

Everything is green in system status with the exception of max_execution_time (currently 30), max_input_vars (currently 1000) and WP Memory Limit (currently 40 MB/request).
I reinstalled the Cloud library plugin but that didn’t work unfortunately.

I really like the look and feel of the “Single Post Template 15”.
However, it seems that no other blocks/elements in the Cloud Library have the same style/font.
Is it this and “isolated” element or are there other elments/blocks that have the same design?

I took the video as an example. I have 9 posts with the tag of donki, and it returned only 5 of those posts. The issue is not limited to this donki keyword.

Yes, you can duplicate the headers, so in this case you will have different headers on every page. Edit every page with TagDiv Composer and you can add the ads using the element called “Ad box”. Please note that you need to use a cloud/PRO template in order to achieve this.

Hi, I haven’t been able to access the Cloud templates for about 5-6 hours.
I always get this error (with console error):

I tried from the Cloud templates – add new page, or even by clicking on “” cloud “in a page edit.
I also tried putting this in the .htaccess:
