Mobile theme-Version is not visible/loading on Mobile Phone on HOMEPAGE (ONLY) there is a page visible with only the last articles. We have create a mobile version as you explain in documentation. All other plugins are disable, also cloudflare cache. We have try everything, AMP, Mobile+AMP, Disable AMP on homepage – everything!! Mobile version of the homepage theme is not showing on phone. This effect come from Cloudflare. Please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , and you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

One doubt about minifying HTML, that was the culprit of the issue: when I minify it, it brakes the connection with tagdiv servers, but it does not brake my live website functionality.
Is it ok to minify the HTML on my live site and unminify it only when I need to use the TD Composer and TD Cloud Library?

For anchor ads, you need to have a code from your provider.

If you use a Prebuilt Websites Pro you can set ads in the Ad Box from tagDiv Composer
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png save it and will appear on the post.

I probably know the answer but still wanted to make sure before implementing it. I have a default post template set for the entire site, but let’s say I want to create just a few post with a different template, then is it possible? Secondly, Can i use a cloud post template for just few or maybe just one post? Thirdly, I am using the mobile theme for my AMP singular posts, so I hope it won’t reflect or change the amp post layout as I would want the unique templates applied to the desktop version only? If you have cloud template, then you can edit the page with TagDiv Composer and drag & drop the element on that side. Otherwise, you can’t do that with default templates.

As @sabyp said, tagDiv composer is a page and cloud builder, it can be used only for pages and cloud templates, therefore you can use it on a single post template from tagDiv cloud library to adjust the layout, but not to write the post content, for this you need to use the WordPress editor.

This problem can appear when is a plugin conflict. Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/ , you need to disable the Rocket Loader.

Relate with the screenshot, I have another question. The screenshot is different from the screenshot found in tutorials of Template settings. In the screenshot found in tutorials, there are many options such as article display view, custom sidebar + position.
I guess you upgraded your theme so the screenshots found in tutorials is old version. However, if my site might have any problems, please let me know that.

I have a template for a category (from the Cloud Template). But for each individual category, I have specific IDs. How to make it so that when a certain category is loaded into the ajax filter, the necessary ids from this category are loaded, is it possible?
And another question – if there are several hundred articles in a category, how long will the ajax filter take to sort out the articles you need?
Hi, I am creating my first blog post and have downloaded a cloud template. The ‘single post content’ element within the template does not let me update the text or images within tagDiv? Do I have to go out of tagDiv into WordPress to edit the text and images? The instructions are not to mix editing in tagDiv and wordpress? Please advise.
I really like the Style 3 template (in default site post template) but I would want to enable infinite scrolling. Is there a way to get style 3, make a copy of it and use my own template. The issue I am having is I want to start with what is Style 3 as the starting point? I don’t see them in the Cloud Templates.
I am wondering if there is any other follow-up to this final question about autoloaded data because I’ve run into the same situation.
My total db is about 1.3GB and td_011_settings accounts for about 0.8 GB of that.
If I could safely turn off the autoloaded data, it seems like the database might run faster.
My site is using Cloud Library. In the wp_options I see some larger items such as widget_td_block_21_widget and widget_td_block_7_widget. Those blocks are no longer used on the site. Do you think I could safely remove these from the database?
