Hello!
This is an element called “Header live search”. You need to edit the page with TagDiv Composer and add this element in your header.
Please note that you need to have a cloud template in order to modify it.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can check the home page with tagDiv Composer and in Manager (Website Manager) and see what header is set.
The Global Template is the one set in Theme Panel and has the menu which is set also, from Theme Panel => https://www.screencast.com/t/wrk2Q3z9 to change the menu on the homepage select a header which you want and set your menu on cloud header => https://www.screencast.com/t/4rIvzc4Km
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Hello!
It is possible to change/edit any parts of a cloud template using TagDiv Composer plugin, read more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Also, you can change headers and footers by accessing Website Manager. There you can also make them global.
So, then you only have to modify them once and the changes will appear on the whole website.
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes, for cloud templates is more easy. You can simply use the single post featured image element which automatically displays a featured video if you have one.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use cloud template, then you can edit the page with TagDiv Composer, select the featured image element and choose the biggest image size from element’s settings.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
I have
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Social Counter
tagDiv Standard Pack
Is there something missing ? If so where can I find it ?
Hello, Vlad! Thank you for answering!
About the forms labels:
The register.php went ok.
But you forgot to address the TD Newsletter plugin issue; the “input” (<div class=”tdn-input-wrap”><input type=”email” name=”EMAIL” placeholder=”seu endereço de e-mail”></div>) form is not labelled as well. Can you point me to the location of this file?
About the search button issue:
It seems that your files are different of mine. I could not find the line 1740 on wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_search.php..
Here is a screenshot of my tdb_header_search.php file: https://paste.pics/BEU1V
About the links names issue:
Half-assed code of yours, but I’ll try to fix that in my site.
About the background contrast issue:
Although you chose to ignore this issue I pointed, I already found a fix (the color was set to none, but if you choose #FFFFFF (white) it resolves the issue.
Hello !
In order to provide the proper solution we need to know what templates are you using. The Cloud library templates don’t have php files, we will have to see what shortcodes can we insert it in.
If you are using multiple templates we need a list.
Thank you !
Hi,
I would like to change an existing template to fit my custom needs. Is it possible to change/edit any parts of a template? Even the logos are not taken from the TD panel, but instead use the default template’s logos, and I have to change them at each page.
So how can I customize an existing downloaded cloud template?
Thanks
Hello !
Yes, we know about the messages that lighthouse provide when you test an website with our theme, and our developers have this in work. I think that in the coming updates it should be implemented. As a tip to fix the problem, for the links it need to set the aria-label=”” attribute and for label need to be use the for=”” attribute. For example on search, you need to go in wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_search.php and on line 1740 add the aria-label attribute like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/iyvML1u00 also for elements with no accessibility (from login/register) you need to go in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/register.php and add the for=”” attribute on line 50 like this https://www.screencast.com/t/w15eWCFCv
This is the quick fix that our developers want to implement it for the coming updates.
Hope this will help you in the meanwhile!
Let us know the result !
Thank you!
Hi,
The Article inline ads from Theme Panel apply on Standard Prebuilt Website if you use the cloud template you can add the article inline ads on the post with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/9fr0IrYQ7zZM
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
When creating my website, I used the default Cloud Templates to customize my pages, such as article layouts, author pages, etc. Now, when I go to Cloud Templates, they have all disappeared. I did not delete them and the other people who have access to them have also not deleted them. My website still works as it used to, but if I wanted to update a page, I cannot do that without having to build a whole new template. Any suggestions on recovering these?
Hello.
Is it possible to use a translated version of a Cloud Template for the Header for example?
I have created a template on cloud template to be used as header for all pages, and I also created its translated version in another language, however I can’t set a Cloud Template to be used as header in the translated language. And when I edit the translated version of the Header Cloud Template it also edits the original one.
Is there any way to solve this?
Hi Bettina,
Thank you for your reply.
Do u mean that I have to code the files found in td-standard-pack/Newspaper/parts/single?
Is it possible that I design using one of the custom cloud templates then modify to include the featured video feature instead? Would it be easier?
Thank you,
Jasmine
Actually using both. I use some of the templates from the Standard Pack, and then have added a few cloud templates as well.
I’m very comfortable editing code. Just don’t want to have to hunt around for what to edit. 🙂
Hi,
I think you had a mobile page template assigned on single post template for the mobile version, and this was deleted from cloud templates but was still assigned to the single post template.
To fix this you need to create a new mobile page template the set it on the no templates. => https://www.screencast.com/t/qeMBSUw7c
This is a topic with similar problem => https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-template-loads-on-desktop/
Thank you!
Hello!
Once a demo is loaded the entire demo-style.css file corresponding to that demo will be loaded. If you remove the loading of this file, the demo will no longer receive the specific style. If you do not need to load css, you can simply use the cloud library and import the demo homepage and not use a demo at all on your install.
If you still want to remove the loading of the demo file, you can not do it from the child theme. You have to modify the main theme file:
td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_wp_booster_functions.php [line 414]
Hope that helps you somehow!
Thank you!
Hello!
This issue has been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/unable-to-import-demo-template-from-cloud-tempaltes/
Please try and let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use a cloud/PRO template for your page, then please edit that page with TagDiv Composer plugin and check in the settings of element if there is set up the font correctly.
If this problem persist, please provide me more information about your issue and also a screenshot to understand better where this issue appears and help you efficiently.
Thank you!
Hello !
Please let us know what post template are you using in order to guide you. Is it a Cloud Library Template or a standard template ?
Thank you !
Oh, believe me: it’s very normal for you guys to leave costumers websites with issues… I have two open topics that I asked for a fix and did not receive it (the “fix” proposed to me was to wait for the developers to fix it..)
For that reason I am not willing to fix the slide element bug for now, as I’ll wait for an upcoming update to try this element again… I am not in the mood to engage in a conversation trying to solve an issue, to, one week later, receive an answer like that: “I have passed this topic to our developers and they will take a look at improving the theme in the next updates.” or “I have checked and this seems to be on our developers to do list.“, as seen here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/avoid-non-composited-animations/
And, trying to receive an answer for the question I asked, I’ll reformulate it:
I am willing to put a slider in my homepage, but I don’t know where to begin… What are my options to achieve that, either via TD Composer blocks, TD Cloud elements, or external plugins?
Thank you!
Hello!
I checked your website and it seems you have a default template and also you inserted the element in the header.
If you want to change the post content also with TagDiv Composer, then you need to create/import a cloud template.
So, the “Page title” element it is working on a post only with cloud/PRO posts template.
Thank you!
Great.
We noticed Article inline ads is not showing cloud template; how do we resolve this??

Hello,
For increase speed, you can use the mobile theme plugin. you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of the theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in the mobile editor and this content will be display on the mobile theme, also the mobile theme will not display any sidebar)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png
When you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages on mobile will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout.
Also, we have the option mobile page -> https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ this option is to can create mobile pages using tagDiv Composer, also now this option is availed to create cloud templates for the mobile theme too, to can set the layout you want to a mobile website.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
