Hi, if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, the on of files that need to be edited is -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single/tdb_single_author.php unfortunately I do not know what code need to be use to store the name or editor, I take a look and you can duplicate these lines -> https://i.imgur.com/HFKiZpH.png -> https://i.imgur.com/YUyB9ts.png -> https://i.imgur.com/e55W5ot.jpg but you still need to get some how the editor of post name and store it in database to can display it.

For the moment you can use maxim 3 inline ads if you are using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library , these templates can be edited using tagDiv Composer.

You can choose to display the primary category from here -> https://i.imgur.com/Xm0DcuE.png but this will be apply only on blocks/modules, inside the article the categories will be display in alphabetical order (if the post is set o a subcategory it will be display the parent category too) , using a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library there are only two sorts -> https://i.imgur.com/IME8Wk7.png

The footer cloud template can be edited, but it must be set on a page or cloud template in order to be able to edit it, this was the way made by our developers, normal we all think that it should work as a normal template, but is look that the footer template has some elements that can be edited only when it is assigned on a page or cloud. This is the only way that it can be edited after you download it from cloud library.
Also now all cloud templates can be edited and assigned using the frontend and using this method is more ease to use the method for editing the footer template.

Unfortunately you cannot remove only the authors posts. Once disabled the option will remove all the block.
You can achieve this by using a Cloud library post template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/ Please note that all cloud library templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer. That depend on what exactly do you want to achieve. If you want to add the same audio file, then you can set the audio file in a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library.

Or if you want to add the audio format inside the article you can use the elements form Gutenberg editor -> https://i.imgur.com/5t5Lugs.png

On Dektop it works fine for me to hide a row that should only display on mobile. But the other way round it does not! A raw that should only display on desktop also displays on mobile and tablet. (In backend it looks fine but the actual output on frontend is wrong)

For those of you who are interested, i have found a temporary workaround for this problem.
1. Create footer as page with TD-Composer
2. Load any Footer Cloud Template
3. Replace the code of the Footer Cloud Template with the code of the footer page
4. At the beginning of the code change [tdc_zone] to [tdc_zone type=”tdc_footer”]
5. Now you can assign the changed footer cloud template to any page, e.g. Home (via TD Composer -> Website Manager)

Yes, the Footer is a cloud template but why is it not editable with td composer? To create a footer as a page and edit it with td composer makes only limited sense because only cloud templates can be added to different pages as footers via td composer website manager. There is no way to add pages there.

I’ve followed the steps below to add the social share buttons to my Single Post Template, but the Instagram sharing button is missing:
STEPS FOLLOWED:

2. You will have to remove that using tagDiv Composer ( all the pro demos and cloud library templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer) : https://www.screencast.com/t/l2L0bxfOx Simply right click and delete.
3. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

I have discovered an issue with a plugin I use ‘WpDevArt Facebook Comments’ plugin with Newspaper theme.
This plugin allows users who are logged into Facebook to post comments right away. Hwoever, the issue is that comments are loading for all category pages which should not be the case. It’s an issue as the FB comments are slowing the site down and they should not be loaded on category pages.
You have the plugin set to only show on posts but unfortunately, not only, is this not the case but it’s a known issue: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fb-comments-on-category-pages/ The person in that thread uses the same theme as me and the plugin developer has asked them to reach out to TagDiv who created the theme.
The template I am using for Categories is a Cloud Template called Category 9 Template. I have not manually added the FB Comments which means the plugin is injecting its code into these category pages, regardless that you have told the plugin only to run on Posts.
Can anyone help me with this?

I am currently re-building my whole site with td composer and cloud library. I am running in some trouble with the background color of my sticky column. Every time I scroll down the content the column is sticky but the bg color is gone. I think I just misconfigured something in td composer.
Second I reused a cloud template. Within the hero image is a button that links to a row of the same page. After clicking on the button the page should scroll slowly to the position. Right now it jumps directly to it. How can I manage that?
Would be nice if you could give me a hint.
Unfortunately I can’t share a link as the custom template is not live yet.

1. By editing the template using tagDiv composer you are able to set your Column to be sticky as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/pxwvt1PY
2. Also in order to use widgets you can create your widgets in Appearance – Widgets and by using the Widget element you can import them into your template as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/OH75aCGedm9
3. Unfortunately you will have to import a cloud library template. Please make sure you imported the right one, i have just tested and they are the same.
4. You can achieve that by using the image box element from tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/VtL2qqdeBqQG
5. At the moment only the blocks and elements can be saved, you cannot save an entire row / column.

Hi we’re using a child theme with newspaper x cloud templates and have custom Advanced Custom Fields on certain posts with values we are trying to add to a cloud template post and have been able to use the base ‘the_content’ hook to do it. Just want to confirm we’ll be able to automatically upgrade the theme and it will still be compatible moving forward.
