I also noticed that I can regain access to the theme admin panel if I disable the td-cloud-templates plugin. The plugin is needed to render the website, so this issue should be solved. Any ideas?

In most of cases the pagination problem is made by an untested plugin, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also if you are using a cloud category template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer like this -> https://i.imgur.com/KYld5ZR.jpg and set on posts loop the sort order you want -> https://i.imgur.com/ubjECfO.jpg

If you want to use a custom page for register you can do it, you need to assign this page url to a button or if you want to set it on the login pop=up you need to set the url on these files:
For cloud header -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php -> https://i.imgur.com/b7aMNDu.png
For standard header -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php -> https://i.imgur.com/MQ6Sh9I.png
For mobile theme plugin -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/parts/register.php
But please note that the only td-login-modal.php can be set in child theme, the rest of files can not be set in a child theme, therefore will be lost when you’ll make a theme update.

Problem solved, Cloud Flare was the guilty.
1- Put CF in developper mode,
2- purge and turn off WP Super Cache,
3- update via FTP,
4- purge CF then turn dev mode off,
5- reactivate TagDiv composer, reactivate WP super Cache.

I’m using pre-designed templates from cloud library. I imported a block (block 83 – Fitness PRO) but I do not understand where i can find it. It is neither available on Cloud Templates nor on Add Element of tagDiv Composer.

Hi, when ever i click on any page or 404 Template – Default PRO from cloud template “Edit with TD Composer”, its always redirects to “Page not found 404 error”.

i ran the automatic upgrade 10.3.3 tonight and it has caused an issue with my website. I now have the error message below. Last time I ran an upgrade I had the same error and the fix was to make the image logo smaller than the theme recommends Upload your logo (272 x 90px) .png or .jpg
I have tried uploading a smaller logo again but it did not work. Please do not suggest I turn off all plugins or check recommended settings as I have wasted time doing this last time I had this issue and again tonight and its still broken and these suggestions did not resolve the problem.
Please can you help to fix this urgently, as it is a crucial time for news and I really need my website to look professional. Every time I upgrade your theme it breaks my website and its becoming a real problem.

Hello! I used TD composer to put an ad shortcode above the header on my home page (custom home page), and it worked. However, it doesn’t show up on an individual post page. (I’m using the post templates that came with v. 9 for the most part, and not cloud headers or page templates.)
So, I tried putting the shortcode in the Header Ad box in the theme panel. The ad showed up, but below the header and not above, and left-aligned and not centered.

I’ve been trying to use certain shortcodes in custom post type templates I created because they don’t take any of the post settings. For example, I’m trying to use the share single post shortcode like this:
echo do_shortcode('[tdb_single_post_share like_share_style="style2" content_align_horizontal="content-horiz-center" like="yes" tdc_css=""]');
So it works. It displays the sharing buttons but it shows all of them. How do I select the social networks I want to use within the shortcode? The posts work because I’m using it in a cloud template and it only display what I have set in post settings in the theme panel but in that case it shows ALL the networks.

I understand that there are templates for Posts, Category Page, Search Page, etc. I realised that Pages don’t use any templates. However, I want to keep my sidebar’s design consistent with that of the home page and posts. Using the widget’s sidebar means that the sidebar’s design will not be consistent with that of the post pages.
Are there other solutions to this?

Same here – Just bought the theme (again). I have this running on another site (same IP) and when updating it does the same. I’ve been using newspaper and newsmag for years (with other licences). What am I missing – I have checked the link provided above, I’m meeting all requirements (everything is also green on the system page). Site works. It wanted to update “out of the box” when I downloaded the theme from Envato, which I thought was strange…? Currently showing running 10.3.3. I will attempt to manually update.
Also – I have used a homepage style from the tagDiv cloud (Romania News Pro) that seems to be broken in Edge (who uses Edge I suppose?) – it looks all broken..

I want to use a very wide image in a footer for it to extend off screen to both sides. With ‘Global template’ footer I can add image and it looks nice, but logo and text “About Us” remains even if I have the field empty. I could upload transparent png for logo not to show up, but not sure what to do with the text.
I tried downloading empty footer template from Cloud library and add the image, but this way it does not extend over the width of the content tag.
Any advice?
