Hi Calin,
I have updated theme, deactivated TagDiv Cloud Library and reactivated it but not “deleted the TagDiv library”. Please elaborate.
Do I deactivate and totally delete the TagDiv Cloud Library plugin?
In that case what happens to the Cloud templates that I have customised?
Please elaborate more on this.

This is precisely the problem we are talking about here. We have to rebuild our sites to get the speed improvements from v10.
There should have been a automated way to migrate from using the v9 templates and the standard pack plugin to using the new v10 cloud templates designed into the upgrade process.
The burden of moving away from the slow v9 code has been transferred onto your customers. It would have been better if the slow code from v9 was fixed instead of being shoved into a plugin and forgotten.
TagDiv has posted the migration process in this blog post for those interested to read it. It clearly shows the elements affected and describes the labor intensive process to migrate from a site that relies on the standard pack.

I have assembled the entire website with Cloud Template, categories, pages, homepage, blocks, search, 404. everything!
When I deactivate Standard Pack Plugin, everything changes.
I don’t see code, no. But the blocks move, change color, the text is over the photos. On mobile it is a disaster.
I have followed the instructions correctly. Has anyone had the same?

How do you get the TagDiv element “search form” to center align?
In tagdiv, when clicking on any of the Horizontal Alignment buttons, the search form does not move from left align. I want to center it.

Hello i use the latest theme version without tagDiv Standard Pack
I create a Cloud Templates for footer
when i add first row all is ok .. when add another Inner row or Row save and refresh i see this error and i can’t edit anything
Errors at columns elements: 1(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
this happen and when i import footer from cloud library .. when save the template and i refresh to edit i see the same error

I think that this is a miss understanding, the standard pack from Newspaper X is for standard style/templates, using standard plugin all the style from the theme will be loading in your website, if you rebuild your website only with cloud templates then you can deactivate the standard package, then you should be able to see an improvement, the cloud templates will load only the necessary style. Please make a test on a staging website, get the Newspaper 10.3 from your themeforest account install a PRO demo and deactivate the standard package check the results and after that try with a standard templates with standard pack enable.

If you are using a cloud header, you’ll need to edit it with tagDiv Composer, click on the menu -> https://i.imgur.com/8ls7NbH.jpg check the css tab and add a background color -> https://i.imgur.com/EM4scco.png if you want to set the color on the whole width, select the row or inner row and set the color -> https://i.imgur.com/d0L2BRL.jpg
The mobile menu can be edit like the desktop version, only change the port view from tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/SowoXwb.png

I use single post cloud Romania News how ever through tag div composer in css tab i hide comments div for all screen now don’t know how to get it back but when i try to add new comment block everything is messed up any suggestion what to do?

Hi, abhin_03, please notice that tagDiv Composer is a page builder, this can be use on pages and cloud templates, it can’t be use on posts.

Our theme have an option for displaying author at the bottom of the posts for the standard posts templates -> https://i.imgur.com/J5aFg7P.png also if you have set a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and add the element -> https://i.imgur.com/90ugocv.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/j4nojIj.png

You guys brought a fine feature but single post template bulk update do not apply. I did not even try the bulk category template feature..which I believe is also not working. ( Update: I need to go to each post, in the end of the post, you need to select, post template, FROM PANEL. Than it applies. But again, we have to go each single post. simply the feature do not work.)
Also, the issue with -WPML string translation resetting itself after changing the theme panel language- still continues. Here’s Simion’s last reply..

I have recreated the issue on my end. For example I have translated the header template and the footer page fields – https://prnt.sc/qtc1hn – https://prnt.sc/qtchl8 – https://prnt.sc/qtchqp And then I did what you mentioned, changed the language in the theme panel and saved. The strings disappeared – https://prnt.sc/qtcicr If I changed the language back, and set the header template and footer page again, they reappeared – https://prnt.sc/qtcito and the translations were still valid, just that the strings disappeared.
I can’t say if this is supposed to happen however (most likely not), or if it happened up to this point, or if it started happening after the recent updates. I will make a note of it and pass it along to the developer team, they will investigate. Thank you for bringing this to our attention and sorry for any inconvenience. Let me know if you notice anything else, or if you have more questions.
This is not related to the cloud library issue mentioned in the topic, that was a different issue. That issue caused cloud library templates to not import correctly or at all when WPML was active, which is now fixed.

Hi,
The child theme is a second option for the customers how want to make change in theme core, but this can be use only for standard templates not for cloud templates.

This is a plugin conflict with WPBakery. The problem is that you are using both tagDiv Cloud Library and WPBakery plugins, we recommend to use only one of them, because the tagDiv Cloud Library will not work correctly with WPBakery, you’ll need to choose the one that you want to use and deactivate the other one.

Unfortunately there is a problem with the new option add in theme panel for disable the schema article, this interfere with preview draft, in order to fix this problem you’ll need to make some changes in theme file or deactivate the schema articles from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/0E3IucACC You will have to check that in order to deactivate the schema, this issue will be fixed in the next update.

All cloud templates are fully editable using the tagDiv Composer.

Hi folks, I’m not able to edit the template of single posts as the composer is throwing this error: ‘Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content’
Tried importing templates from Cloud Library, but it’s getting stuck at around 50%.
Also, the post preview feature isn’t working properly as well.

I’m trying to install a Cloud template for the home page with a new theme. It will import up to 80% and then it freezes saying it could not import an image.
I am not able to begin working on the Home page until I have the template installed properly,

I have a question for you or for anyone else who knows: when the documentation says to use the cloud templates instead of the built-in ones, are we still not dependent on tagdiv in the future? In other words, if we use the v9 templates or the v10 cloud templates, aren’t we will going to just see shortcodes if we move to another theme?
I’ve become more and more leery of “shortcode hell” from changing themes, plugins, and so on. Some of it can’t be helped; I understand that. But, with a site with over 2,000 posts and publishing 10-20 new articles a day, going back and fixing shortcodes is not on my short list of Fun Things to Do.

I updated Newspaper today to the latest version. Unfortunately, I’m having a lot of problems with editing a page or Cloud Template with the composer. I can create a template but as soon as I go back to it I get error messages like: “Error at rows: 4(models) : 12(dom). The model does not match the content” or “Error at zones: 5(models) : 6(dom)”.
I’ve tried deactivating all non-tagDiv plugins, I’ve switched to the default theme instead of my child theme, I’ve cleared all cache and it still doesn’t work.
I’ve had many problems with the composer previously, and have often had to deactivate all WPML plugins before for it to work, but now I don’t know what else to do.
I meet all the requirements.
Do you have any idea how I can solve this?
