Usually the “Invalid reply from server endpoint error” is caused by insufficient WP_Memory_limit, I’ve set it to 256M, now it should work -> https://i.imgur.com/Hjpd1Qk.png

a few questions.
A big claim of the new pro templates is loading speed. When I test most new pro templates in gtmetrix I get loading times over 8 seconds. Only the “DEFAULT NEWSPAPER PRO” seems to load fast. So my questions are:
– Why are most of the new pro templates so slow if you claim the speed improved a lot?
– In the cloud library I only see “DEFAULT DEMO” and not “DEFAULT DEMO PRO”, should I assume this is the pro version?

when i go to the cloud templates and i try to edit the header template i see this http://prnt.sc/qbnbsf like the menu is not selected. so i choose the menu i want to have in the header and i click on save, but is not really saving it in the end. if I go back to the editor after saving I still see this http://prnt.sc/qbnbsf

The templates for post are call single post templates, these can be found in tagDiv Cloud Library and can be edit with tagDiv Composer, also for pages, these can be all customize with tagDiv Composer, but the only templates are these -> https://i.imgur.com/IXLjUSm.png

Please note that if you had your Newspaper Theme running on cloud library before too you will not see any difference because simply deactivating the plugin will not affect anything.

By dependencies we mean everything that is by default. Basically you will have to replace the default templates from theme panel with Cloud library ones. We would suggest having a local host or a test site and deactivate standard pack, replace all the needed elements with the new ones from composer ( flex blocks )

Unfortunately the only why you can customize a demo is to install it, also you can import elements from tagDiv Cloud Library. You can make a new install on sub-domain or localhost and install there the demo.

I am using Ad Inserter plugin, and it works correctly if not using the Cloud Templates. If using Default templates all works ok, but I can’t personalize the templates.
When I enable the Cloud Templates, all the Ad Inserter blocks get duplicated and I have found no way to fix this .. can you please help me?

Is there any method to remove the login element.
Let’s say I just use the default header setting and already disable login in theme panel.
But there is still a LOGIN MODAL…<- how to remove these?

not to the bottom part of my ticket/question, no biggie the theme doesn’t work with the elementor.
I am curious about the first part, I tried some templates from tagdiv’s cloud template area for single post templates, like single post template 40, or 49 where they have wide images and the text is supposed to be skinnier in the middle.. like, container is 1200px or 1400px for images and text is 800 or 1000 wide so i ages POP and text is still great size.
I saved the templates, I applied no changes to them… I tried a post using them, and in both, text was just as wide as container, it was not indented. Is that literally what you do for the text? Manually indent the text?

I checked the system requirements and all are green except for the caching plugin since my host already. Would I also need to add WP Super Cache?
I’ve been working with WP Engine support and they’re saying its a memory issue with the td composer and cloud library. I’ll try to add WP Super Cache and see if that does anything.

They are causing these phpfatal errors every time we test the site. It looks like it is in fact memory related. Your memory is set to it maximum and the error is still occurring. At this point, I would suggest reaching out to the plugin developer to see if they can optimize the plugin to utilize less memory

In that regard, Can you please look at the stage setup, we are having some concerns that the theme is not performing properly.
We have had multiple issues wherein the theme Cloud Template imports had failed and we are facing a really slow stage setup.
We have worked on other themes and you can also install and play around as much as you want to run some health checks and other details, the server is fairly equipped.( Attached Screenshot of Server Config)
I have purchased a new theme and license as the previous on had expired as the purchase was way long back.

I am unsure why my custom post template when selected is just leaving my posts blank. Please explain a walk-thru of how to get the cloud template to transfer over to the posts. I already created on in the cloud and selected it in the post but it just stays blank with no blocks or anything.
