Hello !

For that you have the Title over images element in tagDiv Composer. And if you want to apply the template above into post pages you can that by importing it from Cloud Library as you can see it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

I hope this was helpful !

Thank you !

I’m attempting to add new template elements to my theme and when I click on the Cloud button and then click to “Import Section” the pop-up window won’t disappear so that I can confirm to load the Section. If I continue to click Import I can see the addition of dialogue boxes being loaded under the main Import window get loaded, but I can’t click on them. When I click the close button on the “Import Section” window the confirmation windows underneath disappear. I have tried, Safari, Chrome and Firefox. Same on all browsers. Please help.

Hi,

I’m using the Fitness PRO theme, and I want to customize blog pages with the title over the image, like this one (https://cloud.tagdiv.com/cardi-b-deletes-instagram-after-social-media-backlash-over-her-historic-grammys-win/).
It turns out that I can do this in any way. I’ve tried to insert a row and then an inner row, but I’ve not been able to position elements accordingly.
Am I doing something wrong?

WP = 5.3
Newspaper X

Thank you!

Hi,

Since I moved to the Cloud Template Tech News, Google shows a date next to my homepage in the SERP: https://ibb.co/xM1cHBz (the website is https://www.coupdepoker.com/)

I double checked in Yoast and the settings are fine.
I looked into Theme Panel and couldn’t find anything wrong.

Any idea where it might come from and how to disable this date?

Thanks

Actually, im not using any cloud template, and this “related article” layout is for a single post and not for the homepage. Im using default single page template and im not able to edit, it’s asking me to select a template from cloud library.

Hi,

I use the cloud template Tech News Pro on https://www.coupdepoker.com/
On this screenshot https://ibb.co/SncfCwx, is there a way to make sure all the blocks have the same height?

Thanks

Hello !

As mentioned on e-mail ! That option does not exist ! There is no bug.

If you want tagDiv Composer on posts you will have to add a cloud library template for posts. Follow this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Hello !

By taking a look into Cloud Library – Single you will see all the templates available. You can use the Column Text element in order to insert a plugin shortcode if you want. The shortcode must be inserted in the Text tab of the column text element as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/zJDUVBGK

Hello !

Please note that in a page there can be multiple rows so make sure to check all of them for background color. Also if we’re talking about post pages you will have to edit only one template and that will apply on all of your posts. Find out how to here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

All the demo pages available in the theme have been fully built using the tagDiv Composer.

I hope this was helpful !

Hello !

Cloud Templates are fully editable using the tagDiv Composer and you can edit the fonts from the Style tab in tagDiv Composer as you can see it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/P4UcpE62x

Hi,

This can be achieve only if you do not use the mobile theme plugin and responsive version of the theme, you’ll need to set on that post a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, and do not set any ads on that single cloud template.

Hope this will help you!

Hi,

So the code from “step 1” need to be set where you want to display the content that will be provide from that code, this can be set in sidebar widgets, usually this type of code need to be set in a text element in text area -> http://prntscr.com/pzxlh8 or you can set it with tagDiv Composer on pages or cloud templates in column text element or text with title element in text area -> https://i.imgur.com/6p4lODa.png

Hi,

Please replay only in your topic or in topics that have a similar problem with your problem, also notice that we take in order of time ( time when was post the question ) to answer the question, and if you post/replay again in your topic the time will change and will be move to recent question, therefore the answer will be delay.

The best way to have on each language an cloud templates is to make one for each language, you can check this similar topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/translate-cloud-templates-header/

Hi!

Which Cloud library template corresponds to the default single post used by default when the Newspaper theme is used with the demo “Gadget” including demo content?

I want to insert custom code just below the main content before the social media icons, so I can display a couple of custom fields. This was achieved in the “twentytwenty” theme by modifying content.php in template-parts folder.

Is there a way to inject custom code just below main content without using a child-theme in version 10.1?

Thank you!

So then how are the default fonts set site-wide? Won’t certain Cloud Templates affect site-wide settings?

Vlad S

Hello !

In order to change post pages you can use a Cloud Library template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

What you want to achieve via child theme ? Maybe there is no need for child theme since I can see that you’re using the 10.1 Version.

!Update!

I imported pro cloud template. Edited it, trying to add translation via WPML, it shows duplicate design in the td composer as in the image. https://pasteboard.co/IHyOnqD.png

I can not select template based on language from the theme panel. so it is either turkish or english.

Hello !

That can be set sitewide from Post Settings, please read our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Hello !

We don’t really recommend plugins, what we normally do and suggest to users. First of all make sure that you are using a good host, that is the most important thing, Use a cloudflare, make sure you upload photos not to large not to small but preferably compressed, keep content easy, don’t fill your pages with unwanted plugins, pop-ups and etc.

You can easily see and test your website using GTMetrix and there you will see what can be improved.

Also make sure that Theme requirements are met and also take a look at our page speed tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/

I hope this is helpful !

Thank you !

Hello!

Indeed there is an issue and we have fixed it. All you have to do is to remove and re-install the tagDiv Cloud Library and everything will be fixed. Also, the plugin can be downloaded from here: http://cdn.tagdiv.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/td-cloud-library.zip

Thank you for your understanding!

Also, I’m trying to use cloud pro templates as I’m going to update to version 10 in the next months.

I’ve imported pro footer template and editing it. I’m filling up some custom contents like texts etc but I don’t know how to translate them. Probably string tanslation is not an option in this case. Should I duplicate the footer template and create it with secondary language? But after how do I set the multilanguage footers to dedicated pages?

It is becoming more confusing using the cloud templates

Hello

I built my website wit TD composer. After installing your newest update, I am facing some issues. The website is not being displayed correctly. Even if I install the standard pack plugin. My question is, does it help when I create the whole website using your Cloud Templates. I mean when I rebuild the whole pages, category, single post and some custom pages.. Will my website be displayed correctly after updating the theme to Newspaper 10?

Best

Hi,

I tested the tag cloud library and all my posts had a single template.
Now I have disabled the cloud library and put the standard pack back. In the theme panel, I selected the default template for single post and I selected the default header.

The post himself looks ok, but the header is still corrupt. It keeps showing me the code for the cloud library header template, see: https://snipboard.io/8G6EOd.jpg

How can I get the header back from the theme panel. I have already cleared my cache.

Regards, Arno
