For our website https://www.tickettipper.nl/ that is based around ticket deals, we created a custom ‘Deal Alert’ function for people to sign up on. We developed this with a combination of Mailchimp and Advanced Custom Fields. We were able to make it work on our Single Page template (can be seen here in the sidebar: https://www.tickettipper.nl/azie/thailand/thailand-royal-jordanian-sale/). The value of the form ID is loaded from our taxonomy (category) page in WordPress and placed in the template with this PHP code: https://www.advancedcustomfields.com/resources/adding-fields-taxonomy-term/
We would also want to display it on our Category Page template (for example; https://www.tickettipper.nl/azie/thailand/), but for some reason the code will not show / work. My best bet is that the $term = get_queried_object(); cannot be defined, but after many different changes, I still can’t get it to work.
Is this a known problem? And could you help us with finding a resolve?

Please note that we do not recommend using 2 page builders on the same page. Also by working with WP bakery on cloud templates may cause issues and conflicts.

That can be achieved by creating Category Pages using the Cloud Library category pages and editing them using the tagDiv Composer.
Import or create one or more category pages, edit the using the tagdiv composer ( you can add text with title or column text element in order to write your introduction ) and after that set the category template to the category page.

When I’m trying to add new cloud template it’s showing an error “Invalid reply from server endpoint.” Now the current PHP version is 7.2.22 and WP Memory Limit is 512 Mb. Please help to fix this error.

I have tried importing different headers from the cloud and nothing wants to save the way I put things. I just need to know what I can input into CSS to force the header ad to display below the logo and menu bar on mobile.
We have Header Style 1 implemented sitewide. The ad currently moves above the logo and menu on mobile and thats bad for earnings.
I imported one from the cloud and almost had this but it would not save after I made the changes. I would click save, it would say it saved but when I went to exit it would say that there were unsaved changes. And sure enough the centering I kept doing to the ad would never save.
So what can I do to Header Style 1 to force this on mobile only.

The fonts can be edited by going into Theme panel – Theme Fonts.

So I’m creating a new header in cloud template from scratch(blank header). We are using WPML for multilanguage.
My question is, do I have to create 2 headers for each main page to display? Because, we are placing URL for the header logo but have 2 main pages obviously which ends with .com and the other is .com/en/

I have recently installed the newspaper theme and created a new header from the blank cloud-template.
But I cant find a way to reduce the height of the header. How can i do it?
The boxes for the pictures/logos seems to big.

When I try to regenerate thumbnails, I get this error for all of the video created featured images: ERROR: Unable to load the metadata for this attachment. I also don’t see an image thumbnail in the media library.
Any ideas?
What are the files has H1 as a tag ??
I am not using any cloud header so I am not getting option to disable H1 tag in td composer.

I am trying to build a sitewide header that uses the Element “big grid” to display fixed content. Is that possible? If so, i need to edit the big grid design (e.g. remove header and author) – where would I do that? Also, I do not understand the two header related things:
A) Do I need to use a cloud template to make a custom header? Could find no way of doing it without!
B) Howe does the settings under “BLOCK HEADER TEMPLATE” influence the header design if I am using a cloud template that I edited? I am confused here!

Anyone has any update on this? I modified the code in file logo-h1 and changed the h1 tags to h5 (As mentioned by Calin) but still my website https://riansclub.com is showing td_logo as the H1.
I am using default Multipurpose Header-3. I am not in mood to install any cloud library header and need the working solution for this issue,

The problem is that I don’t want to use Single post bg featured image, I just want to use Featured Image and the audio, but if you use an audio, featured image disappear instead audio.
The fact is that I need to show featured image with caption and audio in the same post.
I tried that code, and it worked with theme templates, but I use customized custom cloud library. How can I do it?
