Hi,
With the predefined post templates it will indeed display just the image. With cloud post templates using the single post featured image element the audio will be shown, has a few settings as well – http://prntscr.com/ogn3xx – http://prntscr.com/ogn46i
In flex blocks or loops there is a player, it can be customized or turned off in the element settings – http://prntscr.com/ognaev
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks

Hi,
I would like to display my site’s footer as in your City News Demo: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_city_news/.
I tried to replicate the Footer Settings in the Theme Panel as per your demo installation but in vain! One of my developer seems to have made the change, and now neither he seems to know how to revert the footer the way its in the Newspaper City News Demo.
I know how to make the change with CSS; but just wanted to know if the same is possible by making some changes in the Theme Panel instead.
Here’s the a link to my dev site: http://wordpress-238021-851975.cloudwaysapps.com/?lang=en.
Thanks!
Dear,
I am currently testing the new update and wanted to create an audio post. Unfortunately it does not work for me somehow. Possibly. am I doing something wrong. I enter the link from soundcloud in Featured Audio and set Post format to Audio and Template as well, I tried all of the theme. He gets the photo from the audio, but there is no audio to play. Thanks nice evening, Rick
I already solved it was because of cloudflare
Hi.
We’re needing to remove the post count and comment count from the ‘Author Box’. I looked for a cloud template authors box, but there’s not one.
Is there CSS we could use to cause these 2 fields to not display?
Thanks.
Bob
Hello !
You need to be more specific. What photos, what is your website. Usually the suspect images may be coming from the tagDiv Composer or Cloud Library.
Please make a screenshot and show us what photos are there suspicious !
Thank you !
Hello !
You have to go into Theme Panel – Template settings and set eah cloud library template on each page. https://www.screencast.com/t/QtNPbZ81wbe Also you can create a new page and create it from scratch using the tagDiv Composer as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !
I have read the manuals and searched the theme settings. But I do not find where to upload the design for the main page that I created in Cloud Templates.
Thus, the design to be displayed on the maine page, for example. http://www.myhomepage.com I find where to upload 404 page, header etc.
Is it another setting for the main page?
Thanks in advance for the help!
Thanks for the help!
Hello !
Indeed, the cloud template is there for contribuitors too but they cannot do any changes to them. Cannot delete, cannot load more. They can only view them.
Thank you !
Hello !
Please make sure that you are uploading your logo at full size in the media as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/wMItdaYR This should do the trick.
Yes, you can have another logo on your footer only if you have a cloud library footer or cloud library header or both. Those can be edited using the tagDiv Composer and you can add one logo into the footer and another logo into the header.
Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Hello !
Yes ! Everything that is found in the Cloud Library can be edited using the tagDiv Composer.
Thank you !
Hello !
In order to insert this option into a post you will have to add or edit a Single post template from the cloud library and after that you can insert the pricing in it.
Find out how to make a single post template from the cloud library here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
Thank you !
Hello,
If you register as a guest blogger on our site (top left) you will be signed in as a default ‘Contributor’ – https://www.agentdrive.com
The problem is ‘Contributors’ seem to have access to the ‘Cloud Templates’ which I don’t think they should. If they then click on edit template, the page just keeps on loading and nothing happens.
I just want to check there are no security issues and no one can break anything.
Thanks again.
Are all of the Cloud Library Templates TD Composer ready?
Hi Simion,
Thanks for your response. We installed Newspaper on a Multisite instance, but we are unable to install the required plugins. Every time we try to do so, we get an error that the plugins have failed to install. Any thoughts on what could be going on?
Here are the plugins that we cannot install.
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Social Counter
I can confirm that plugins like Contact Form 7 do install fine on our Multisite instance.
Hi,
The demos are using default headers that can not be edit, sorry! if you want to edit the header you’ll need to use the header manager.
Also the Latest Articles section is from page template -> Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zKIG7wwDv
Also if you do not want to use cloud template, you can try using custom css, but this can be quit difficulty, because the css code can brake the layout.
If you need help with css I can try to help you, please provide me a link to your website and some details about the width you want to achieve.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello !
Unfortunately you cannot do any changes on that footer information. You can either change the footer style from Theme Panel – Footer or you can add a footer template from the cloud library and then edit it. Find out more about the footer templates here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Hi,
The default blocks and grids are predefined, meaning that their layout cannot be changed.
However flex blocks and grids have such options, for example flex block 1 has the 16:9 format in the pre-made style presetss – http://prntscr.com/ofmsdj
But you can also use the image settings to set custom sizes if needed
– http://prntscr.com/ofmsu0
So flex blocks and grids have many more design and layout options than the predefined ones. You could experiment with them.
Also check the designs created by us here – https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks
These can be imported with the cloud library plugin – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Please let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
The featured image can’t do that unfortunately. You could remove the featured image from the post page, then the second image will be at the top.
Or make it appear below that smaller image. Since I see you are using a cloud post template, you can easily drag and drop the post content element to appear above the featured image element – http://prntscr.com/ofm8i4
That image in the post content is quite small from what I can see, despite being larger in reality. Is that a thumbnail of the image? From what I can see it is a small thumbnail, not the full image or larger thumbnail – http://prntscr.com/ofm9ln
Thank you very much for the kind words, let me know if you have more questions.
Hi,
1. In order to make the author’s image round, you can try this custom css
.td_block_authors img, .author-box-wrap img{
border-radius: 50%;
}
Set it in the Theme panel>Custom code>Custom css
Also here are some elements that can be edit using the tagDiv Composer, one of theme is the author box -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JIWgxcYB2y
2. This can be achieve using the Header manager, using this part of tagDiv Composer builder you can build your own header, or change the ones from the tagDiv Cloud Library.
Thank you!
Hello !
In order to achieve that look you will have to edit your page using the tagdiv composer and modify the Row so the layout will offer you a sidebar like here: https://www.screencast.com/t/l7AtnRxj1puI After that you can simply add the elements you want in order to finish the looks of your page
In order to edit this you will have to add a single post cloud template from Cloud library. All the steps needed to do this are found here:https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
I hope this was helpfull !
Thank you !
Hey Vlad,
Only the following plugins are active:
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Newsletter
tagDiv Social Counter
And, I cleared the Server cache. It’s same for me.
As this is just the beginning, I’m not using Cache or any other plugin.
I was using Yoast SEO plugin. I deactived that to test as you said.
Please assist further..
Hello !
In order to move the Newsletter element into the footer you will need to have a Cloud template footer wich can also be edited using the tagdiv Composer. Find out more about it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
After you have set up your footer template you will be able to drag the newsletter into the footer.
Thank you !
