If you want to change the width of post templates, you’ll need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it using the tagDiv Composer and stretch the row to the dimension you need.

In order to delete you will have to change the footer style located in Theme Panel – Footer: https://www.screencast.com/t/VsahmAsk Unfortunately those 3 columns cannot be edited. If you want to have columns that can be edited you will have to create a cloud template footer: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ and edit them using the tagDiv Composer !

Depends, if you are using a predefined category template the settings for theme are in the theme panel for each category or globally – https://forum.tagdiv.com/default-category-settings/
You can choose the type of top grid or turn it off, the type of module in which posts are displayed, pagination method etc.
On the other hand if you use a cloud category template, these can be edited with the tagDiv composer – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/ and customized there.

When i try to make a new template or customize one, its block by the fire wall. It maybe our firewall that is causing the issue. Could you send me the IP address for the Cloud template so I can white list it on the firewall.

The designs do not match because you are using the mobile theme. The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme. Cloud templates are included. They do no work while having mobile theme.
Also i’ve taken a look into your menu but everything seemed to work fine. Make sure you don’t have a plugin conflict. Disable all non-theme related plugins and try to see if the issue appears.

This is not a support request, just a suggestion to what I would like to see added into this very solid theme.
I would like to have pagination customization because I notice that using a template page from Cloud Template pagination plugins seems to be overwritten by theme pagination itself. I think it could be a game changer to be able to include that because it will simplify the use of pagination for both site builders and users, also increasing the page views or the time on pages.
For example, customization could be:
– Pagination mode
Regular (blocks with previous/next)
Dropdown list
– Pagination style
Numbers (1, 2, 3…)
Letters (A, B, C…)
Roman numerals (I, II, III…)
Heading (select which heading to be used -H2, H3 or H4…)

Unfortunately not. Cloud templates can be added either on one post, either as a general settings. That mean you can add that template to all of the posts. Only this 2 options are available

There are a few that aren’t available, ones that use a general background image. Most others should be available or possible to do.
2. Cloud post templates can be applied like the default post templates. Either specifically per post or set to use the general template from the theme panel

1) is there in the post cloud library any post template as much as possible similar to common post template in Newspaper, so I can just put my special box and it will look the same as other posts? Or can I somehow create new template from common post template?
2) where I can assign such a new template for specific category?

Are there may posts for which you want to remove the featured image? I see you use a cloud post template for that post. You could duplicate it and remove the featured image element from the duplicated template – http://prntscr.com/odmp86
Then apply that template for the posts where you don’t want to display a featured image.
Or for those posts select a predefined post template, one that doesn’t display the featured image, like templates 5 and 12 – http://prntscr.com/odmqjj
It could be done with CSS as well, but all the post IDs would have to be entered in the code.

It’s a sigh of relief to know that tagDiv team knows what I am talking about and what’s exactly happening. And please note that I am also using Free cloudflare CDN. And I wonder if this can be the root of issue. Have you people teated it with Cloudflare caching which serves a different purpose than caching plugins?
Please let me know the optimum settings for cloudflare if you tested your mobile plugin with it.
Because as of now, I have uninstalled the wp-rocket and I am not using any caching plugin but only cloudflare. And the problem is still there. So I think cloudflare could be the cause but I can’t disable it entirely since it’d affect my page speed. So, please let me know your suggestions.

The easyiest way for you to have ads on some posts and to hide on other posts you will have to do the following:
1. Create 2 single post templates from the Cloud library. In one add custom ad boxes for your ads. Find out here how to install single post template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

After you have created your 2 templates. You can use the one with adboxes for the posts you want to have ads in and the one who doesn’t have adboxes in posts you do not want posts in.

Even the “Single post Page template” edited with cloud templates for the french version display also in the Single post page of the english version. But we’ve also created a “Single post Page template” for the english version…
We created pages in both languages. Even in cloud templates. We don’t use WPML. We use Polylang. When you say that “cloud templates can’t be applied per language at the moment”, I understand that maybe it’s because of that. Please could you look at that on our web site ? In the theme package there are 2 page builders, the tagDiv composer and the WPBakery builder. Quite a while back the theme provided only WPBakery, but we developed the tagDiv composer as our own builder. Now the composer is considered the main builder of the theme, and it has to be active at all times. It is also the only composer that can be used with the cloud library plugin

We recommend to use the tagDiv composer, but you can activate and use WPBakery as well if needed. Just remember to not edit pages built with the composer, with WPBakery, or the other way around.
