The options you show in your second screenshot do not activate or deactivate the sticky menu only for the composer. Not for the website. it is an editor only option.

The templates from tagDiv Cloud Library can be use only with tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library activate, so if the website were you want to transfer those templates is a Newspaper theme then you can do this in this way:
First you need to copy the content of that template -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YyMO23usakqE -> https://www.screencast.com/t/UBI5xV0V8 now on the website were you want to set this template you’ll need to add a blank template ( in my example I copy a single post template so the blank template must be single ) -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gnfkaiCz after you import that template edit it in backed, it will look something like this ->https://www.screencast.com/t/JZYR2U135, now delete all that content and set the one that you copy -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RKzg5HXe after that you can update the template and set it on posts ( also you can change the name of template ).

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it at least to 256mb.
Also please check the php version to be 7-7.2

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Both way are good, but we recommend to be made via FTP because in this way you need to remove the old theme and set the new one (always make firs a backup to the theme first).

That may happen if both the tagDiv composer and the WPBakery page builders are active. They both have options to hide elements per device, and there will be somewhat of a conflict.
If you plan to use WPBakery to build pages consider deactivating the tagDiv composer, this would be the solution. Let me know if you have more questions.

The modified date is a new option in latest them version that allow you to display each date you want on blocks, you can use this option, or use the old one with publish date.

How are you integrating the plugin with the cloud template? From what I can see that plugin seems to use shortcodes, if you use a cloud post template built with the composer enter the plugin shortcodes in a column text – http://prntscr.com/n0xmex
The shortcodes should work well if you enter them like this in the composer.

The only option for achieving a full width single template is to use Cloud Library functionality. I have made a test on my localhost -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rt9WtWylq YOu need to customize your blank template as you wish, set up your fonts, sidebar section from the TD Composer. Unfortunately,e, the theme does not have any such an option that replicates the exaclty default post template.
