VERY slow loads to website and WP. Wondering why it takes forever for site to load as well as for me to edit the site. Often getting 503 errors. I read that having both tagdiv composer and Visual Composer plugins installed could be the root cause and while I know I had tagdiv composer plugin installed, I don’t see any other composer. Need help troubleshooting please.

Hi, I need help with TD composer. I get the following error when I go to the homepage and click on “edit with td composer”:
” ‘mysiteaddress’ didn’t send any data.” (the rest of the page is blank).
I already checked the forums and did not find a solution, system is OK according to documentation.
I can give a temp admin account so you can have a look at it thanks!
We installed video news demo without content, however, the top band of dark background didn’t show up on the featured blocks in the home page. We tried changing the background color of row css in the td composer that didn’t work. Any inline CSS or other files/configs to be changed as well ? Please advise how to get the dark backgound on the top of home page as we see in the post pages.

I installed newspaper 8.8 and my website is gone immediately off line. I cancel all plugin e transfered again with ftp and the problem is the td-composer plugin.
I fallow the instraction on the webpage (https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/) but the site is gone off again and now I cannot find even the plugin folder in ftp.
I need a solution from an author but cannot find even the e-mail !
How to solve the problem? Web site cannot stay off line for that!

@Ozt The edit with composer option in the admin bar appears only for pages. If you want to use the composer on categories, use the cloud library plugin

Then you will be able to create/import category templates (not pages) using the composer. These templates can then be applied for the categories in the theme panel.
So the main problem you have is only with the homepage same as above? We could take a look, send us an email at stated above and provide all the details.

Then it must be something specific to that page. That could happen if for example you entered content in it that is not part of the composer, or various codes or shortcodes maybe. Edit the page in the backend and remove the codes if there are any.
If you did not enter anything like that, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login so we can inspect the page in question.

So the problem is with the post title. I have also made an example

Of course the columns will not be equal if the titles have shorter/longer lengths.
You can now choose and excerpt type in the theme panel

That would limit the length for longer titles, directly affecting the height of the module.
Each module/block has excerpt setting, fine tune them according to your case.
That would be the only way of having equal height across all modules. A height limit does not exist per column or per module in our composer. They will be affected by the title and excerpt lengths, this will result in various heights.
By limiting them the columns will be equal. The limit can be set per module type and block in the composer, so each type of module in a block can have it’s own limit.
Hi ! Please help me with the following:
i have chosen to not use the mobile theme and just go with the responsive one.
but the thing is that in my mobile version i am having issues with the hamburger loading. sometimes it takes a minute, specially on iphone, and sometimes it just gets stuck in the loading process (all the webpage loads, except the menu).
i have cleared cache, plus only left the tagdiv composer as only plugin and the problem still persists.

My homepage working fine, but i can’t edit it. When i try to edit the page with TD Composer, it got warning above says”Errors at elements: 1(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content”, if i see in normal edit, i dunno what the problem is.

Hi all. I am developing my new website. I do not have any problem by using TD composer in desktop version and make a clear layout. However, I was frustrated when the web is presented in mobile devices.
By using TD composer, my mobile version looks like this:

I have no idea why the layout is changed into codes and I cannot fix it. Does anyone have ideas to tackle it? Thanks very much.

The latest news section at your website is part of Pagebuilder+Latest Articles+Pagination, area which cannot be edited from TD Composer. Also, the Editor Pick is part of your Footer section which also, cannot be edited by the page builder. We recommend using a default template as the page template and for the Footer section, you should use a Footer Page functionality, a page which can customize it with TD Composer.

I can’t replicate the issue you describe using the latest theme version and WPBakery 5.5.1 provided in the theme package.

The sticky (or smart) sidebar setting is located in the theme panel
