Hi,
You can find that background in the pages named Newsletter Modal – Reel News PRO, please edit it with tagdiv composer and changed it https://i.imgur.com/mnI8ItX.png
Thank you!
Hello @gixteam !
Edit your homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on the magnifying glass and add your taxonomies here: https://prnt.sc/V7L5Epke64RD
Thank you!
Hello,
I think that I know what the problem is, please edit the cloud template with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/j8YvKks.png click on the block and remove the offset -> https://i.imgur.com/dJ0iFQu.png let that field empty.
To sort the block for Popular (24h,48h and 7days) you need to have added the element SINGLE POST VIEWS => https://i.imgur.com/pLWuoSS.png -> https://i.imgur.com/BbrBmL0.png, also, for Popular you need to have this option enable https://i.imgur.com/grI3bti.png
The sort option will be displayed popular posts of the last 48 hours, those can be older posts.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. You can edit them with tagdiv Composer and set your categories titles after you can apply a filter for each block, with what category you want to display -> https://i.imgur.com/Ap2LH3b.png
2. This sounds like a caching issue. More specifically, a caching that affects the backend, like object cache. But that would affect the whole theme panel, not just specific settings.
It could also happen due to a firewall or security setting, but if that were the case, none of the settings would.
Thank you!
Upon clicking on the link it keeps come up as as hosting time out…
Could you fix this for me please?
Currently if you view the source of the site there are 14 “min.js” files.
view-source:https://www.bjpenn.com/
4 min.js from td-composer
4 min.js from td-cloud-library
Hi,
Can you please provide some screenshots? Also please check if tagDiv Composer is enabled, this plugin can be installed from Newsmag > plugins.
Thank you!
After the plugin update we get the error –
“We’ve got some errors at loading API files. It could happen because of a disabled TagDiv plugin!”
Here is the backtrace —
wp_booster error:
Internal error: The system tried to use an att that does not exists! class_name: tds_button1 Att name: “button_tdicon” as “1-button_tdicon”
/nas/content/live/vineyardvisit/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_style.php
Not sure what went wrong. Any help to resolve this? Thanks in advance.
Hello @niktsal82 !
Try to re-upload the template and make it global. In the tagdiv composer, you can add an element “empty space” or add a padding up/down for the single post content element. For the article content, you need to add the space in Gutenberg or the classic editor.
Thank you!
Hi,
The single image shortcode under multipurpose shortcodes in tagDiv Composer does not show the image when it is fetched from a URL. The wordpress gives an option to insert the url for image but it is not showed in the front-end by tagDiv Composer.
Hello!
I can see that you use the Mobile theme plugin, so in your mobile version you do not have the same design. The mobile viewport can be seen in the TagDiv Composer. The mobile theme cannot be customized very much; you’ll find the settings in the theme panel -> Mobile theme.
Edit your single post cloud template, and you can change the color of that additional text: https://prnt.sc/Nd-bnUrGDYuC
Thank you!
The allocated memory is 256M. I also got this error on the home page when I clicked the edit css button

When I reloaded, I got this error

Hello,
You can create a new page, where you can have no header and no footer -> https://i.imgur.com/yzFsQdv.png
You can delete elements from the page with right-click, or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://i.imgur.com/vkQVCjn.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/SSxLy2j.png
Also, if you want to add HTML code, you can use the element Raw HTML -> https://i.imgur.com/0nrj4FI.png
Thank you!

Hi,
If you want to delete a row, you can delete a row with the empty column using the right click on the row icon -> http://prntscr.com/owlyuw -> http://prntscr.com/owlynq or using the drag and drop -> http://prntscr.com/owlz2r or you can simply click on the row and press the delete button from your keyboard -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Mai7iyEG
For the sidebar, you can add a new block there and design it as you want with tagDiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
Thank you!
Your help on the new TagDiv builder has a link to a guide for transitioning away from WP Bakery visual designer, but the link doesn’t work. It points here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ . Can I please get the correct URL, or the guide? I updated our theme, but if I turn off WP Bakery some pages crash and if I leave it on, your designer doesn’t work right… Thanks! Jason
I am seeing various errors in the error log

These all errors are related to Newspaper theme
It’s been a while. I am suffering from the following problem.
1. Install your favorite cloud template (2 columns)
↓
2. The editing screen of the tag composer is normally 2 columns.
↓
3. I only make simple changes like fonts and colors.
↓
Four. However, when displayed in a browser, it turns into one column for some reason.
* This is exactly the same phenomenon repeated in another two-column template.
* In other words, the sidebar that should be on the right side has moved directly below the post content. why?
I want 2 columns and choose the 2 columns template.
What could be causing this?
Hello!
This issue with the error from Composer has also been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-elements-5/
Please make sure you did all the steps which I mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/errors-at-columns-1models-0dom-the-model-does-not-match-the-content-curr/
Thank you!
Hi dimitrisv, there is an option on tagdiv composer for this, but it is apply on each cloud template in part, so you need to check each cloud template you have -> https://prnt.sc/eIkXvl-y-m2R
Moreover, what does the black and blue rectangles means in the tagdiv composer? https://imgur.com/a/y2ZKq6g
Hi again Anamaria, sorry it’s taking so long 🙂 I’m not using cloud library, but building custom pages with the tagDiv composer. If I set the column width to 75%, it stays 75% even when I resize the window. Is this normal?
Hi,
Please edit also, the searcg template and check the offset on the block.
You can hide the title with custom code css.
You can edit the post with tagDiv Composer and select the element from the sidebar and with right-click, you can delete it.
Thank you!
