There is no error, I can see load in WHM goes above 7 and remains so till the time the theme is active. I am not sure, why is this happening.

The Standard Pack plugin is useful only if you are using the default templates. Otherwise, you can uninstall it.

So, that you case your suggestion of updating PHP version doesn’t work as we are already on 8.0
