I am currently experiencing an issue with the Newspaper theme regarding fonts.
In the tagDiv Composer editor (backend editor), the correct fonts (default theme fonts) are displayed properly.
However, on the frontend (live site), the fonts are not applied and are replaced by fallback/system fonts.
This happens across all browsers, even in incognito mode.
I have already tried:
Resetting and reapplying fonts via Theme Panel → Fonts.
Clearing all caches (Autoptimize, WP Super Cache, browser cache).
Adjusting Autoptimize Google Fonts settings (keep in head, keep combined, etc.).
Unfortunately, none of these attempts solved the problem.
Additionally, in the browser console I see repeated 404 errors for missing resources (e.g., /mode-less.js, /snippets/text.js).
I am not sure if these missing files are related to the font issue, but they are consistently appearing.
My main concern is that the default fonts included in the Newspaper demo/theme are not being loaded on the live site, even though they display correctly inside the editor.
Could you please check if this is a known bug or provide guidance on how to restore the proper font loading?

Maybe there is a margin or padding on the row, or the column that contains the revolution slider element, in the composer. If you check in the CSS tab of the row and column https://prnt.sc/ds3Rm_FgcFKe and there are values set there, please remove them.
If I could see the issue on the website I could inspect it and see what exactly is creating the space. The website is in maintenance mode however. If you want you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login for the website, so I can log in and check the issue directly.

Maybe the homepage can be restored. Are there revisions available? They should appear in the page edit screen like so https://prnt.sc/M75Cy7VMgDj4 These will allow you to restore older versions of the page, it the page worked before. The other solution would be to import a new homepage from the cloud library and use only the composer to customize it.
As Chris mentioned, it is indeed generally not advisable to edit pages with two builders, the result is usually that the page can’t be edited with neither of them anymore. But please check if you have revisions available and restore the page to working order.

There is a setting that could have this effect in some cases, it depends on the caching configuration.
In the composer if you click on the header menu on desktop, is this option active? https://prnt.sc/G7wrnliJdZt7 If it is, please disable it and clear the cache.
Normally that should not cause a problem. But for example if the cache is not created separately for desktop and mobile, and the mobile version is cached first, the visitors will see the desktop header without the menu. It can be random, depending on which version is accessed first after the cache is cleared. What caching are you using for the website?

I am using the Newspaper theme and I would like to add my own personal/custom ads instead of using Google AdSense. Could you please guide me on:
How to upload my custom ad images (e.g., banners, squares, etc.).
What image sizes/dimensions are recommended for different ad placements (header, sidebar, in-article, footer, etc.).
How to insert these custom ads in the theme (e.g., through tagDiv Composer, widgets, or shortcodes).
If there are any specific settings I need to adjust in the theme panel.
I want to make sure the ads are responsive and display properly across devices.

I also tried deleting all the plugins and reinstalling them, as well as the theme, but the same thing happens. When I activate Composer, the page disappears, and when I activate it together with the Claud library, the following message appears:
“There has been a critical error on this website.

I also did not want to use 2 Builders but TD Composer is not as feature-rich and easy to use as Elementor, and I found it difficult to control as I wanted and did not have many additional add-ons, so I had to use both. I used it on a few of my previous websites and it was fine until I used it on my latest website. It worked fine at first but after importing some interfaces from TD Composer Cloud, it had problems.
Hi, when I am trying to edit any page with Tag Div Composer, I am getting 404 error page not found. I purchased this theme to work for my domain https://thesenegambiaobserver.com/. But now unknowingly I might have assigned the theme to other domain which might be causing the issue.
Can you please fix it urgently, I need to launch this site asap.
I ran another test and uninstalled the theme plugins and installed them one by one. It seems that the ones causing the conflict are:
tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library.
When I activate tagDiv Composer, the page disappears, and when I activate tagDiv Cloud Library, the error appears. However, if I activate only tagDiv Cloud Library, the page is visible, but obviously it says that tagDiv Composer needs to be activated for it to work… I don’t know what other tests to do, and what worries me most is that I have several licenses for this same theme and I don’t want them to start failing.
When adding a new event, a fatal error appears.

I use Elementor to build the homepage interface, at first everything was fine, however after I finished the homepage interface and switched to using Newpaper templates for blog interfaces, the homepage can no longer be edited with Elementor in the Elementor Full Width template. The content created by Elementor is completely hidden. I can only switch to the Elementor Canvas template to edit.
When I turn off TD Composer, it works normally again, so I think that TD Composer caused some error during the process of importing interfaces from the cloud, which hindered Elementor editing in the Elementor Full Width template.

Some parts of the tagDiv Composer (and certain plugin scripts) rely on eval() for dynamic JS execution, which can trigger strict Content Security Policy (CSP) errors. Unfortunately, eval() is required by some of the builder’s features, so completely removing it isn’t fully supported out of the box.
Here is what you can try:
– Relax your CSP for development or trusted scripts: (allow unsafe-eval in your Content-Security-Policy for trusted scripts), or
– Limit Composer usage to pages/templates where live editing is needed.

What you need to do is to use tagDiv Composer to adjust the mobile version, for this edit the page/template with tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/0dty0jO.png select any element and select the mobile version https://i.imgur.com/Ec8uoqZ.png https://i.imgur.com/jV6rREj.png and adjust the elements that needs to be adjusted.

I totally get where you’re coming from if you’re used to builders like Divi, it can feel a bit limiting at first. Our tagDiv Composer is super powerful, but it was designed from the ground up specifically for pages and templates. This includes templates for posts, categories, tags, shops, and custom post types, and it even lets you create your own modules.
So while it doesn’t directly edit single posts or CPTs the way some other builders do, it still gives a lot of flexibility through templates and custom modules.

My server applies a strict Content Security Policy, and in the console I get this error:
Content Security Policy of your site blocks the use of “eval” in JavaScript
It seems that tagDiv Composer or related plugins are trying to use eval().
How can I configure my site or theme to work without requiring unsafe-eval?

That banner can be edited using the tagDiv Composer edit the page/template were it is displayed and select the mobile version https://i.imgur.com/Ap8IE4W.png select the banner, this should be hold by an ad box element, then check the image tab – https://i.imgur.com/1VflI0t.png and remove or replace the image from mobile.
The mentioned plugins not official tested with our theme, but we saw many clients using it, therefore it should be working with the theme, if you can provide some more details about the problem, maybe some screenshots or a vide I will do my best to help you.

Yes this can be done using a special css, like this one:

The css can be set global in theme panel > custom code> custom css, or locally in single post template, edit it with tagDiv Composer and drag a raw css element and set the css in it.
Ok, so effectively no support for tagDiv’s own playlist element on CPTs or posts. Only for generic playlists that are predefined in YouTube. This is less than ideal but thanks. I have an idea for a workaround but I’ll see how it goes.
It’s bunkers that there is no setting to expose the Composer to users’ choice of posttypes. Such an unnecessary limitation.

Could you please remove all domains from my Newspaper theme license and only keep it active for thesenegambiaobserver.com?
After your confirmation, I reassigned the license to thesenegambiaobserver.com successfully. However, I am unable to edit any page with “Edit with TagDiv Composer”. Each time I try, it only shows a 404 page.
Please help me reset the license domains and advise how to fix the TagDiv Composer 404 issue so I can edit my pages normally again.

To add the undo, redo button, you need to activate the theme from the Manager panel – https://i.imgur.com/5um4NOE.jpeg – https://i.imgur.com/aT7mAeh.png, enable the settings, and save the settings.
Also, the undo/redo can be used only as long as you are on tagDiv Composer on that page or template, if you exit and open again the page/template, the undo redo will not work until a new history is created.
