In order to edit a page/post with TagDiv Composer you need to use a PRO/cloud template and not a default one.

Please make sure you have the latest update and try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.

If the template looks fine in the editor of tagDiv composer, but after it is assigned to a post it appears without a sidebar most likely it is a problem caused by the WPbakery plugin.
Please notice that we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).

If you want to use a custom font like SutonnyMJ, then you need to upload it with .woff format in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/yRaKiHy.png after that change it in theme panel fonts -> https://i.imgur.com/JvCtb5k.png also note that if you are using a pro prebuilt website the fonts need to be edited with tagDiv Composer then select the elements and check the style tab -> https://i.imgur.com/jL31rEc.jpg
Also to change the background image from footer scroll to that section, select the row from footer and in css tab you’ll find the background css ->https://i.imgur.com/Yq06HV5.png

I’m using the latest Newspaper 11 version. In Single Post Page / Blog Post Page, Everything under the top nav menu takes the whole row as their width. The sidebar comes down under the post content.
When I’m using tagDiv composer it displays properly but not on the live site.
I tried many things like clearing cache, re-login, disabling other plugins, using different browsers, changing rows, columns, margin, padding, width, height, etc. but nothing works.
Please help asap.
Is it possible to take a clone of a TagDiv Composer website and install it into a WP Bakery website, switching WP Bakery over to TagDive?

I’m not sure what happened, but I updated some plugins today, and deactivated others (Elementor and WordPressBakery). Now my home page only shows the following message instead of the content that was on there before:

without wordpress debug enabled, I just get the message:

This message appears when td-composer plugin and WordPress debug are activated, removing the plugin the message disappears.
I’m already on the latest version of WordPress, I’ve reinstalled WordPress, I’ve disabled all plugins, leaving only the theme and only the td-composer plugin and the problem still happens.
Theme requirements are being met, but even so, it’s not working.
Could you tell me what I need to do to fix this problem?

If you add a row in the header, then all pages which has assign that header will have that row.
If you want to add a row in the header only for a specific page, then you should duplicate the header and then you can make some changes and the changes will appear only on that specific page. Check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ ; Here I explained how to duplicate a header correctly and do some changes.
I recommend you to use “column text” or “text with title” elements from TagDiv Composer and insert some texts there in the WP Editor. These elements have a button called “edit content” and if you click on that button, the WP Editor will open and you can add some texts.

Hi Anamaria, I am having similar issues with page speed since a few weeks.
My website http://www.pressure-magazine.de is very slow and has a very bad page speed ranking at the moment. I have installed with the latest TagDiv newspaper version. Over the last weeks I stepped up to the fastest managed server product at my server hoster. I had 2 IT consultants, plus the full troubleshooting service team at my server hoster working on the page performance, without success.
During our investigations on the page, we discovered, that tagDiv (The pagebuilder) generates lots of database calls, which are slowing the page down up from the very first call of the HOME page.
Example: Home page:
Total calls of the DB: 1.237 calls | Total time: 2,1272
Calls of the DB from the Pluigin td-composer: 1183 | Time: 2,0234
___
Which is also mostly the reason for the 500 (Server Error), because the pagebuilder sometimes makes very slow queries and then very fast opens over 300 open connections to MySQL and my hosting provider (webgo) allows max 300 connections. (normally websites should open ONE connection)

– .httaccess slightly adjusted and modified.
– gzip delivery, 301 redirect to https: //
– reduction of banner ads
– compression and optimization of all images (around 13k)
– severall caching options via recommented WP plugin
– removed jetpack to avoid additional loading time

In the last update, v11, the implementation of the boxed option has been fixed, if you set a background image/color this boxed option had applied only to content, now it also applies to the header and footer.
So, if you want to make the layout full width and change the website width, you need to make sure that you don’t have set a background color/image in the Theme Panel because this makes your website boxed. Make sure this option is disabled => https://www.screencast.com/t/ejiNPCBF

To remove the social share, you need to go in Theme Panel -> Post Settings -> Sharing => https://www.screencast.com/t/PBVYIpgZ6j -> https://www.screencast.com/t/9srHOnohO and disable the social networks that you don’t want to have in Single Post Share.
Also, if you want to remove the social share from Single Post Template, edit with tagDiv Composer and with right-click you can delete => https://www.screencast.com/t/O09yL9NuA77u, or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page

Hi,
Normally, the content of shortcodes doesn’t display on Composer, this can be view only in the frontend (on the web page).
If you set the code in column text and text with title and it not displayed, please try to add the shortcode in the post’s content and see if it is dipalyed.
