Hi,
I just recently bought the theme and have tried creating new pages on the theme.
When I click “Add new page” there is no button that allows me to edit with “Tagdiv Composer”.
I can only access the default WordPress builder from this end. It just asks me for Title.
The only way I can edit with Tagdiv composer is if I publish the page and click on it from the frontend.
Let me know how I can fix this.
P.S – My hosting service is siteground and I do not have any plugins besides the theme required ones.

After installing the theme and its plugins, When we click anywhere in the WordPress dashboard, We redirect to an error called Critical error Debugging in WordPress.
I Installed plugins one by one. Error coming from these plugins tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Social Counter, tagDiv Standard Pack.
I am frustrated with this error. Please help me with this. I am attaching a link.

Other odd things are that none of my post images appear either in the post or on the main page but they do appear if I try to edit through tagdiv composer

Thank you. I’m using Cloud templates. I checked each single section of the homepage (where GTMetrix tell me that I also have the Roboto font: https://imgur.com/a/ilRtOqD). In some sections I specified Open Sans font, in the others I have “Def” as default font. So, what is used as Def font? Where is it specified?
Anyway, as Footer section I’m using the “Footer – COV-19 Italy Report PRO” but I can’t edit it with Tagdiv Composer, so I can’t check which fonts it’s using. Take a look: https://imgur.com/a/ilRtOqD

Hello,
Having some trouble on a multisite.
When I hit the “Edit content” button of a “Text with title” the wheel turns forever and won’t open on a subsite of a multisite.
Also: I sometimes cannot access the login page of the mainsite, it shows a “page not found” error. When I wait a few minutes it works again.
I have lots of errors when I activate the wp-debug (not sure if this is the same problem)
For example:

I have a problem with the TagDiv Composer and TagDiv Mobile Theme plugins. These plugins disable themselves every day.
I activate them and the next day they deactivate themselves again.
I’m going crazy
I should add that the site works fine. WP back end works fine I can change and edit plugins and all other aspects no problem. This 502 error only happens when I click edit page or Edit with TD Composer.

After updating to the latest Newspaper theme, my website https://blondeintheair.com has become distorted in size and there is code and other things written on the bottom of my page:

When I open my home page in the TagDiv Composer, it says:
“Error at zones: 6(models) : 5(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)”.
What should I do?

I’m having the same issue. I disabled all plugins and switched my theme to 2020. My admin loading times went from 30 seconds to 2 seconds. After I switched back to newsmag and only enabled Tagdiv composer, load times on pages jumped back up to 10-15 seconds.
If you don’t have a fix for this i’m going to have to find a new theme.

Hi Vuong Nguyen, tagdiv composer is a page and cloud builder, it can be use only for pages and cloud templates, therefore you can use it on a single post template from tagdiv cloud library to adjust the layout, but not to wright the post content, for this you need to use the WordPress editor.

Hi, this is because the gadgets pro is using an overlay header and all the pages, post should have first set an image and over it will be set the header menu.
Another solution is to change the header menu or change it from overlay using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/QAXbOyT.png and set the header template 62 -> https://i.imgur.com/LOtVjms.png.

I just inspected the mobile version and now the ad is no longer there, if is there it means that I miss it, please provide a screen to can identify it.
Also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict to have problems with tagdiv Composer, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi today when I check my web I found my cloud templates can’t be edit using Tagdiv composer.
I can use Tagdiv composer to edit Pages without problems, but couldn’t use it for Cloud templates.
When I opened my cloud templates using Tagdiv composer, I couldn’t insert any text or block.

Hello, I’m experiencing the following problem: when I select a template from the cloud library and edit it and save and then disable standard pack, the template isn’t really using cloud library but the standard pack still as when I deactivated standard pack, the design isn’t used and I see a lot of text instead of the design.
Is it possible to somehow identify elements from cloud library only when using the composer to avoid this, or do I need to have standard pack disabled when using a cloud template to avoid this problem?

First start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
