When i hit edit with tagdiv composer on the homepage, it just loads forever.

Please fix it asap. I can provide login details. What type of paid support is this? A forum?
TD Composer Plugin is crashing my site. When I disable it through file manager via Cpanel the site comes. But again crashes site after some time when I re-enable it.

I am able to resolve the “disappearance” and lack of access to tagDiv Composer while I’m customising my Newspaper theme.
I have followed the forum advice on server requirements, php settings/parameters and updated all via my host.
I have today also updated to the latest version of Newspaper including the tagDiv plug-ins (successfully activated).
It appears that despite updating the WP Memory-Limit to 256M (via my host, checked/double-checked) the changes are not being recognised in my System Status report — this remains as an “amber” box and defaulted to 40M. All other settings have updated to “green” boxes ok.
What else can I try? What am I missing?
FYI I am using WP 5.5.3, PHP 7.2.34, Apache/Nginx

My ad network requires me to insert scripts to the header, but the header scripts are different for each post template. We can’t load both scripts from the theme panel, because that will conflict with their ad servers. We use 2 tagdiv composer post templates and I noticed they both have some kind of template id in the body class, for example: tdb_template_17454. Is it possible to get the template id with the function get_page_template()? If this would work, the next question would be to what header.php file I should add the function? As mentioned we use the tagdiv composer so the header.php file in the theme folder doens’t work.

This happened while I was still on version 10.3.7. I updated afterwards to 10.3.8 because I though that might be the problem. But nothing, still the same.

Hi, footer are the only templates that cannot be edited using tagDiv for some reason, when I see any imported footer template or even a blank one, the option “edit with tagDiv composer” doesn’t show up.
The only way that works for me is importing a new footer template via Cloud Templates and edit before posting, after that there is no option to edit the footer again using tagDiv composer.
If I edit the footer using the “Home” page with tagDiv, some changes do not apply like changing the logo for another one.
And, there is no other options for footer on “Theme Panel”, just choosing template and nothing more.

I’m unable to edit the mobile menu for the Pulses PRO demo. Perhaps I’m doing something wrong. If I open the Website Manager in tagDiv Composer, click Website Manager, then Mobile menu from the Pulses PRO header template, nothing happens.

I would like to append my experience. Yes, your TDC really generates HUGE wp_postmeta entries. I imported and customized some cloud templates – that means a lot of steps in TD Composer, and my wp_postmeta was above 200 MB! Main problem was that table was so big that it broke down whole WP, because in some operation with DB it exhausted 256 MB limit.
So this is really bad bug and I suggest you to repair it as soon as possible too. At least add Clear history button/option as well as add this feature to “Newspaper system status” – show size of TDC backup records with warning above some limit.
Finally I tried method Sandman mentioned and deleted ‘tdc_history‘ rows manually in phpMyAdmin. So far it looks problem is solved and WP works OK.

I think that you are referring to infinite loading, you’ll need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and disable the infinite loading.

I’ve had a look through the theme settings I can’t find an option to change the colors of a button created in a post.
It gives you the option within the post itself to change the color but lacks option for the hover state.
I thought there would be a global option in the theme for this?
In the composer I noticed if I change the link color option it affects the button text also.

The other issues we are facing is with the menu and footer. We have set up a different menu for the mobile version, but it keeps changing back by itself almost every day and is highly annoying. As it does not matter what we do, it goes back to the previous menu by itself.

Please edit the category with TagDiv Composer, then select the Posts Loop element and find the offset posts setting. Clear any value that it has and save the page.

When I deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, I can see the second page in the categories.
I have deleted the plugin and reinstalled it. But the problem remains the same.

2. If you are using a PRO demo all you have to do is simply open composer on any page and scroll to the bottom. You will see them to be editable.

Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
