Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Hello, I’m having a lot of problems with saving in the composer. After making changes on the page I try to save and then It never finishes saving. The button keeps spinning and never saves. I end up needing to refresh the page. I lose all changes and I need to do everything again. Its frustrating.

Hi Calin,
I’m not sure you have understood the issue! Even when I set a bigger height using the css settings, although the height gets bigger in the td composer, they are not accurately reflected on the live mobile page – my screenshots show this. In the TD composer, the height is more than on the live mobile page. For some reason the height I set in the td composer is not matched when I view the webpage.

I am trying to make a recipe site with a few key functions but cannot get to grips at all with tagdiv composer. (I just don’t find it user friendly)
It’s a pizza recipe website so I want to create a home page with big category boxes displaying pizza types and the. Just a few options below to show features recipes and maybe popular ones.
Essentially the home page is what it’s all about and then when you go into each category you get all the grouped recipes.
I also need a good recipe widget which allows for all the custom taxonomies such as ingredients method, equipment used.
Finally it would be nice to have an option to submit recipes and have a user dashboard where users can manage their own, each recipe goes to pending and admin approve…. I’m guessing this is not possible as theme not built to accommodate this. I imagine the custom taxonomy is the same and would require 3rd party plugins.
It might be that what I’m looking for is outside of the realms of this theme. Essentially I’m looking for something like the Ranna theme in Themeforest but with the category home page I mentioned. It might be easier to buy their theme and integrate that as it is Elementor compatible and has all the other features built in… but it has a terrible mobile/tablet experience 🙁
Hi Acuicultor, if I understand correctly, before in v* you made the website using bakery, if is so, then after theme update please let enable only tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Standard Pack and disable tagDiv Cloud Library -> https://i.imgur.com/tUgu8Yl.png also it will be recommend to check the website only with theme plugins to see if the problem persists and make sure that you use the bakery version from current package that you have installed the theme.
If there is still a problem, please provide some more details and some screenshots.

When you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 13(models) : 9(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

Unfortunately there is no option in our theme for that, sorry. Those changes can be made only in theme plugins and will affect all blocks from entire website not only from a specific place. Maybe the problem is that we all have different perspective on how our theme should work. In this way both perspective can be true, for some users can be our perspective, for others can be yours, but not for all of all users.
We go with the WordPress roles -> https://i.imgur.com/kSxdt6R.png according to this cms the author can publish and manage his own posts -> https://i.imgur.com/0wfq9Gt.png -> https://wordpress.org/support/article/roles-and-capabilities/ therefore this is not a bug, is WordPress roles and implementation, not ours, only use them roles.
I do not think that others theme from WordPress have different roles, those are standards.
Now that you have a policy of your own, that do not mean that the WordPress roles are not correctly.

Hi,
I created a top menu bar, generated through a shortcode which works perfectly fine in mobile.
When I create a new mobile page for the homepage it happens that:
You can see it in the tag divi composer like here, and also in the browser like here
BUT if I connect to the website through my android device it is not visible anymore in the homepage like you can see here
I tried to clean cache in the cellphone but still same problem, and If I switch to “No mobile page” it’s visible again.
Any clue about what’s going on?

For about 24 hours now, I have not been able to open my pages in WordPress. It has a message that there has been a “critical error” on my website. WP is not able to tell me what it is, but seems fairly sure it is to do the Newspaper theme and the tagDiv composer plugin. I have (I believe) updated to the latest version, 10.3.8. Simion from tagDiv has given great support on issues as I have been building the site in the past (and has access to the site and its admin), but has not got back to me on this and it is urgent. Simion also seemed to get on and check other issues within the 24 hours when I could not get to the pages. There seems to be some serious incompatibility somewhere that only you can work out. This is a serious issue and I need help as soon as possible please.
Today I updated version 10.3.7 to 10.3.8. I throw the error in the plugin tagDiv-Composer (Ajax error) I followed the help steps and nothing. It remains the same with the error.

We have a WordPress website running a Newspaper theme with TagDiv composer installed. We have successfully implemented some sidebar ads with TD composer and placed the codes with TD Adbox on the website. They run as they should.
Now we want to place side surround ads, but we can’t insert the code via TagDiv composer. We tried via Theme panel with Custom ads and inserted our code there, but it’s not showing up. It doesn’t even show up in the source code of the website.
Which part of the website do we have to edit to get the codes/ads to show up? The codes should be in the <body> section.

I’ve created a blog page using tagDiv composer, the fonts reflected when it logged in to the WP-admin but it will not be reflected if it logout from the WP-admin. See the screenshots below:

I haven’t used the TagDiv Composer for a while now, today I wanted to make some changes, but it won’t save.
I switched from Safari to Chrome, it saved one time and since then it’s also didn’t save anymore in Chrome.
Is this a bug, or what could be the issue? Best

A mobile page can be edited with TagDiv Composer and for removing a logo text or tagline you can easily do this by selecting the header logo element and emptying the following fields: https://www.screencast.com/t/TZlnXkj8efC
