Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Unfortunately for the moment you can not use tagDiv Composer to design your shop pages, sorry!
Also if you want to add some effects on the products images you can do this using some custom code, this need to be set functions.php

I am sorry if that is the feeling you have.

You can use the revolution slider, slider elements on your homepage. But you cannot add them into a block / flex block. Those are independent elements which can be added using tagDiv Composer on your homepage.

On multisite personally I do not recommend using it since our developers have not tested it and there may be some inconveniences.

If you are using a standard header template, then you can do this from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/I7GDMQm.png but if is a cloud header, then you need to use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and use the right click on the top menu to remove it -> https://i.imgur.com/PKNpR1K.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/hKkvBDV.jpg

When this message appear “ Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

Is possible that the problem to be from WordPress version. If you are using the last WP version, then you need to use the last version of our theme, only this is compatible with the new elements from WordPress
Please make sure that you are using last theme version Newspaper v10.3.7 and you have set all the theme requirements as in our guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If there is still a problem, please disable tagDiv Composer, delete it and reinstall the plugin from Newspaper plugin, also make a test only with theme plugins.

We still provide the WPBakery plugin with our theme, but we do no longer use it for our demos, for example for pro demos these are made only with tagDiv Composer and cloud templates.

I just try this on my install and for me is working. What I can suggest is to try only with theme plugin to see if the problem persists. Another thing that it can help is to disable and delete tagDiv Composer then re-install it from Newspaper plugin.

Hi Jose,
Is possible that the problem the be from the code that you have set in mobile functions and theme functions. For example this code echo ‘<link rel=”preload” href=”https://soyungato.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/images/icons/mobile-theme.woff&#8221; as=”font”>’; should be set only in mobile functions.php is no need for it in theme functions.
Please check this and hope it will help you!

Newspaper Theme has no element with this function. You can edit the code in here: wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_block_big_grid_flex_1.php.

Please note that this is considered custom work which is not covered by the newspaper theme support.
