You can use the column text element in order to render shortcodes or use HTML codes.

Column text is an element from tagDiv Composer.

Hi CostaVR, I think that you do not understand, the footer page can be access only from forntend, for example, in your screenshots you have the footer template set global and you can edit the homepage with tagDiv Composer and go down to footer and select the elements you want to change (there is no option for footer template like for the rest of cloud templates to edit it from backend).

We have a site in development with Newspaper and suddenly there’s an issue with TD Composer. The first hint was when the footer in the theme panel began displaying a blank page. After that, clicking “Edit with TD Composer” produces:
Errors at columns elements: 2(models) : 3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
We have also noticed that the footer template no longer offers “Edit Template” and if you choose “Edit”, it does not have a “TD Composer” button.
Please advise as to how we may resolve this.

So there is on the top a popular posts, towards the bottom there is latest articles.
How do I delete that whole section? Tagdiv composer seems not to be able to delete it. The top part (Popular posts), I managed to change it to latest articles. Now I have two latest articles.
I have used ‘Classic Blog’ Header template in My Website.. I have customized it a bit using tagdiv composer.. I have turned on sticky header in ‘Website Manager’ section.. But sticky header is not working.. Another thing is I have placed the Search button above the Header.. I tried in different ways to place the search button inside the Black Header Menu ,but it does not fit in the header menu … the design gets messed up if I try to do that.. Please give me detailed solution.. Thank You

I just deactivated UpdraftPlus again and the composer problem seems gone!
Damn, reinstalled and activated UpdraftPlus, and boom, the composer problem is back!!!!
Another problem that went hand in hand with the composer issue was UpdraftPlus backups stopped working. They just won’t finish. This somehow must be connected.
I had the backup plugin deactivated just until now, but trying it after composer works hasn’t changed the problem. I’ll reinstall this too and let you know!
Any idea from the tagDIV team what’s going? I haven’t updated anything or installed a plugin from everything working to nothing working anymore … 😉
Really good news from my side: Deactivating, deleting and reinstalling the composer solved the problem. As far as I can tell at this point all the page issues are gone and everything feels a lot faster!

I have a problem with the Tagdiv Composer. I am unable to save pages after making changes, it keeps on loading infinitely till I just close the window and redo the whole process.
I even have a worse issue, since yesterday every second time I save a page in the composer and exit, WordPress throws a major error, I can’t see any pages in the pages menu anymore!! The saved page is corrupted beyond repair and I have to take 5 different steps to get it back … I have lost data here! I will try Calins’ steps above, hope the help! @Calin: Thanks for the great support in the past, I’ll keep you posted what happens, OK?
I tried deactivating all plugins (except tagdiv ones), I had two browser tabs open, first one on the plugins page, the other in front (for the tagdiv composer).
I went on tab #1, activated the first plugin. Went to tab #2, tried deleting a element (trending). It worked, CTRL+Z. Went back to tab #2.
Repeat it with all the plugins. At end, it was ImageInject.
I just deactivated it then deleted it. I wasn’t using it much anyways.
Every other plugin, the tagdiv composer was working fine.
I cleaned out (deactivate and delete) a few other plugins that I wasn’t really using anyways.

If you are using WordPress v5.5 or v5.5.1 and Newspaper theme v10.3.6.1,
Please try the below steps:
1. Disable tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uzBdRB9.png
2. delete tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/xGGfYE7.png
3. Reinstall tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Ay0zJHn.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/ZMgV9at.png
4. Clear all cache from your website, host and browser ( for browser use force refresh Ctrl Shift R ).
If the problem still persists, please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can use the Enable jQuery Migrate Helper in some cases this can help you to make tagDiv Composer to work.

I used TD Composer to create all of the pages on my website. Now, when I click TD Composer and try to edit the page, I receive the error “Errors at columns: 4(models) : 5(dom). I contacted Bluehost and they said that I should contact you all here to get updated version which is compatible with the PHP version 7.4 and that the issue is with the TD Composer plugin.

I think that you can do something using custom css but this will not look very good, another solution is to use a cloud header, this can be edited using tagdiv Composer.

If I understand correctly you want to set with tagDiv Composer an image that can be somehow downloaded, for example when you set the single image element copy the url -> https://i.imgur.com/VJwDXQb.jpg and set that url, make sure that the link starts with “http” or “https” and has “www” too -> https://i.imgur.com/Nee9lMg.png then the link should be set o the image -> https://i.imgur.com/m6nnRkk.jpg

Maybe I do not understand correctly, but we do not have any free theme, we have two themes, one is Newsmag and the other one is Newspaper. Now the Newsmag this is a simple theme where you are limited and you can edit the website using theme panel settings and you can build pages using tagDiv Composer (also this theme do not have pro demos), now the Newspaper theme is a more complex theme that has a lot of options and include tagDiv Cloud templates, these can be edited using tagDiv Composer, therefor you can use pro demos (pro demos are made only with tagDiv Composer and cloud templates, theme panel settings will not affect them).
Now If you are using News mag then you are using only standard templates, therefore you can edit the text from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/7K4NxlL.png also the logo has a link to homepage as you say.
If there are still some problem, let me know, also provide some screenshots or a link where I can inspect the problem.

2. Usually on 404 pages is no need of banners, but if you want, you can set, for example if you are using a pro demo, you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and you can ad an ad box to display the banner -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/custom-ad-spots/
3. I just checked this option and indeed, is look that is not working properly, I will ask a developer about this.
