Hello,
The support hours are posted at the top of the page. We do not work on weekends.
If you need a separator between modules, you can add it with a bit of custom css.
Here is an example for a block 11:
.td_block_11 .td_module_10{
border-top:1px solid lightgrey;
padding:15px;
}
.td_block_11 .td_module_10 .td-module-thumb{
top: 15px;
}
You can add the code in the theme panel-> custom css box
result: https://www.screencast.com/t/1mYxkfkTgIG8
Thank you!
This issue is solved with the css code
.td-next-prev-wrap a {
color:white;
background-color: #d01317;
border-radius: 100px;
}
Hi there.
I own the newspaper-theme and i would like to start my project with one of the included “demo-styles” like “lifestyle magazine” or “say what?”. But i want to modity the styles to fit my needs and rename the “demo” to my very own name and remove all references to the name “demo”. When i just install the demo within the theme-backend i will always find lines like “what/demo_style.css?ver=8.X’ in my sites sourcecode. Bit i want to remove the word “demo” and change the name of the style.
Any ideas? Best, Dan
Hello!
How can I change the color of visited post title only? Tried couple of css-codes, but they all changed something else too 🙂
https://www.screencast.com/t/BkIH0Yy0
Would not want to the visited link color to change on the top section, where the title is on top of the picture. But everywhere else.
Thank you!

Ok, thank you , then any suggestion for .js , .css minification/optimization ?
I would like to change the background color and arrow color of Next Previous Ajax arrow button, in order to make itmore visible.
I could change the color of ‘Load more button’ using the CSS code from support forum.
So would you please provide the CSS code to change the background color and arrow color of Next Previous Ajax arrow button?
Sorry wrong screenshot, I initially thought of a different method. It would be best to enter both codes in the default custom CSS field
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GL3OVgunvF
This way the codes will apply better, for example the first code will remove the table for all smaller devices (phones) while entered like this.
From what I can see the table displays better starting from tablet widths so you could keep it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6Bkag4U193
Maybe you have some other idea however, this may not be what you want.
Hello,
I would like to do a horizontal border below the top header, but I don’t know the code for Style 2 – Multipurpose. I can’t find it in style.css. I would like to do something like this, but for the multipurpose one.
.td-header-style-2 .td-header-top-menu{
border-bottom: 1px solid lightgrey;
}
Dear team,
I added my own custom icons through icomoon to the newsletter files (as you suggested in other forum posts) and updated the td-composer icon list (.php) and the font-newspaper.css with my custom icons as well. I can see and select them from the composer drop-down list, but when inserted they do not display. Can you please help? Is there anyhwere else that I need to add my custom icons? Thanks! https://moosa-daly.com/549163_wordpress/products/
Hi Everyone 🙂
I’d like to know if Newspaper (currently using 8.8.2) is fully compatible with WP-Rocket caching plugin ?
I was facing some error while applying “Critical css generator & Database cleanup” features of WP-Rocket .
So, need compatibility confirmation.
Hi I am not using any CSS code in the theme panel or not usea any child theme.
Also Tried to disable all plugins Include ( theme tagdiv plugins ) the problem remain same
Next tried to active only theme plugins ( which i get bundled with the theme ) clear browser cache, cookies.
Open the web page but still its results the same.
Also Tried purge CDN files, As per my knowladge disableing the Cache plugin ( CDN service get disconnected ) so i dont think its related to CDN cache. by the way i have purged CDN cache on my side.
As per your suggestion added the Custom CSS : https://snag.gy/jzmgxN.jpg

Hello,
I do not have a great experience of WordPress. I bought Newspaper because I love the “Old Fashioned” theme and would like to use it as a basis for my blog.
The problem is that I can’t understand how to customize the block that is under the “featured article” (I mean the one where there are the titles “US SOIL” and “AROUND THE WORLD”: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_old_fashioned/).
I can’t find them on the widget page (I thought they were lists by categories, but “us soil” and “around the world” aren’t categories or tags).
Please could you tell me in which section of the menu I can edit this block without having to edit directly the css? Thanks in advance for the help.
Thx, the 2nd code, to hide the table on desktop, I place it in the advanced css area for desktop or both codes inside mobile?
Hi,
Something is setting that property to the body of your website, I can’t tell exactly what where it is coming from. It also sets a height value for the body.
These are not coming from the theme. The theme does not align the whole body, each element has design of it’s own.
If you are not using any CSS code in the theme panel or use a child theme, then maybe it is a plugin. That would be easy to tell, deactivate theme all (except theme plugins) and check if the issue is fixed. Maybe clear the cache as well, also purge CDN files.
Or maybe use another code to deny this one, but that may lead to other issues. You could give it a try
body {
text-align: initial;
}
Thanks
Because it could be useful for someone else and as a kind of clausure, after reading all your references I want you to know that I choose to work with the child style.css file and Notepadd++, copying styles as needed from my “historic” migueldimase.css file, instead of queueing it (to prevent performance issues, etc.)
What I mainly wanted was to be able to use an external editor AND an insurance against the possibility that an upgrade or some malfunction stepped on my custom styles, using a file that “did not belong” to the theme.
Thanks again for your assistance, Simion.
Hi,
You could try something like this instead
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/post-last-updated/
In the topic the solution is to replace the theme code but you could add it next to it.
In this example I will use post template style 1 -> loop-single-1.php
– https://www.screencast.com/t/KpcPUqFQ5iC
Direct result is this – https://www.screencast.com/t/4avlf8Mws9
With some CSS – https://www.screencast.com/t/aWKxtrKQDA
.the-modified-date {
display:inline-flex;
}
Code link here for convenience – https://pastebin.com/vCsS4CFf
Of course you can style it further or position it differently if needed.
Thanks
Did you try adding some css ?
Like
.tableresp{width:98%}
<table class="tableresp"></table>

Hi,
If you load 10 fonts, then this would be somewhat of a problem. Only three custom fonts can be loaded in the theme panel currently. I will add this on our list and see what can be done about it. We will try to add more custom font spots.
So if you still want to use the same 10 fonts there would be some possibilities. You could multiply the font upload spots in a theme file. Example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/4BhDz9yPWz
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TSmqt1q8ij1W
But the modifications to that file will be lost after a theme update. Maybe make a backup of the modified file and replace it after a theme update.
Or could load fonts with font face, but then the fonts would need to be applied manually for each of the elements, with CSS
– https://wpsites.net/web-design/fonts-wordpress/

Hello
I have problems when i change the pictures of the theme, the new ones look like low resolution, pixilated, i tried with 1000 pixels width, 1600 and 3200 and all of it looks pixilated, what can i do? Maybe some aditional css can help, please suggest me something.
Thanks a lot.
Valeria.
Hello Simion
Till yesterday, the links become blue again.
I check and your CSS code is still in place in the admin.
Any idea why?
Regards
Hi,
That will not work with our theme. You could color the whole article title link with CSS, but not parts of it.
You could try something like this for the module you use, example for module 8 you are using (block 9)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IeVoe9rWDnL
<?php echo str_replace('|','<span>', $this->get_title($title_length)). '</span>';?>
What it does is that you can for example create the post title like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rrbJ6pnjtJB
When you place that “|” character in the post title a span will be created. You can use that and style the text that follows
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AgBQaxJHYc
.td_module_8 .entry-title span {
color:yellow;
}
Module files can be modified in a child theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Custom CSS code can be entered in the Theme panel->Custom CSS code section
This would be a solution if you should consider it.
Thanks
Hello Rohit,
Keep in mind that the Editor Picks is just a simple Block 7 set up by default for Footer template. There is no option that allows you to change it. If you do not like it, you should not choose to use Footer Template which uses that block and create it by yourself, using a page for your Footer section or, for example, Footer Style 5 which allows you to add any elements you want at the Footer section.
Regarding your second request, you should use such a custom CSS code to change the color. Please use the Inspector Browser, according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/
Thanks for your understanding!
On the blog page it seems to no appear – https://www.screencast.com/t/NpsgzVI2L0
I could give you a code to remove it for all the website pages, enter this in Theme panel->Custom code CSS section
.td-footer-page .fb_iframe_widget_fluid {
display: none;
}
Then the Facebook comments section should be removed from below the footer on the whole website.
Hi,
So that title should be displayed through the whole website, in the top bar.
I see you use a multipurpose header style, you could use a multipurpose top bar style as well. This will allow you to display a text in the top bar
– https://www.screencast.com/t/zPPImXDs9di
– https://www.screencast.com/t/wsj3bOz4
– https://www.screencast.com/t/q5klb5845Yj
Or you could enter the text in the top bar style you currently use, style 1. Edit the top bar template file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1Be89AcX
With some additional styling that may work as well.
It could also be added with a simple CSS code
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rN9SUsqnrhb
Or add it as a menu item maybe – https://www.screencast.com/t/9AaIT38iwyY
Thanks
