Hi,
The website seems to be in maintenance at the moment. Without inspecting it, I could not provide a solution. Try inspecting it with the browser inspector and maybe identify what needs to be done. Check the CSS on the image. Maybe that is the natural size of the image, and it is displayed as it is.
Thanks
Hello,
The modified files between 8.1.2 and 8.2 are:
td-config.php
style.css
wp-admin.css (under wp_booster/wp-admin)
td_weather.php (in wp_booster)
The patch for the files up to 8.1.2 was provided in the previous update.
Thank you!
Hi,
The map is not displaying at the moment on the website, at least for me it does not
– http://prntscr.com/hbp0ic
However the map iframe seems to cover the category description and other elements. It could be made to display properly in terms of positioning, like this
– http://prntscr.com/hbp28a
Enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS and check if it fixes the positioning
.category .google-maps iframe {
position: relative;
}
Thanks
Hellow Catalin,
I thought we finally solved this column issue. But the product images in a category are scattered, there are white empty product image space. See pix below
https://www.screencast.com/t/Yrflv7lvBB
https://www.screencast.com/t/CbZwNBCvkua
I will need a css code to further correct this issue.
Thanks
Hi,
I’m having an issue with this particular category page on my site: https://eatsabroad.com/europe/ireland/dublin/
It’s supposed to show the category name (Dublin) at the top, as well as a few sentences of text. However, the embedded Google Map is completely covering all of this text. Previously it was appearing correctly on my laptop, but not on my smartphone. I just updated my Newspaper theme to the latest version, and now it’s appearing incorrectly on both (not sure if that’s the cause or just a weird coincidence).
I had added some custom CSS to make the embedded Google Map responsive on the mobile version. That seems to be working fine (it now fits within the screen, whereas before it didn’t entirely fit), but I’m not sure why it’s covering all of the text that precedes it. Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Hello,
There are a few css issues in the back end like misaligned buttons in the demos section. We found no major bug except styling issue son the back-end exclusively. We will release an update for these fixes of course.
Thank you!
Hi,
It works just fin in my live css extension: https://www.screencast.com/t/jEfrGTVt8lMT
Make sure the code above it is properly closed in your theme panel.
Add it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/AckMKG1rD
Thanks.
Hi,
Try deactivating the speed booster plugin, this plugin moves the loading of the stylesheet to the footer. Clear all caching after disabling it. If you use custom CSS codes, try entering them directly in the theme stylesheet, instead of the theme panel.
The top section that appears on mobile seems to have a transition before each loading. Maybe check the plugin used and see if this is the case. There could be a setting.
Thanks
Hi,
I believe you are referring to the Read more buttons
– https://www.screencast.com/t/WAaI6eZNQ
The rounded corners are a design added by the demo. If you want the buttons to be displayed normally, like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CNIS7DHS
Enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS section
.td-photography .td-read-more a {
border-radius: 0;
}
Thanks
Hi,
We are aware of the issue when setting a background on that particular element. It will be fixed as soon as possible, possibly in the next theme update.
A solution would be to set a background color on the column or the row, depending on the layout you use
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pvb48WyIBEOB
Or maybe wrap the whole code in a div with a custom class, then refer to it with CSS. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused for you.
Thanks
Nano,
Ajax Load More will work out of the box for basic layout if you want it to adapt to Newspaper template you have to do some custom css. Remember to get their add-on Ajax Cache.
I don’t own Jnews or Publisher theme so I don’t know how they work.
Yes, with high traffic site you don’t want to use Newspaper’s infinite loading feature. It will suck the living hell out of your server bandwidth because most of the queries are going thru admin-ajax.php.
Hi,
So you want to align the sub-menu to the left like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/sDlazT7i6
If you want to reduce the padding as well or the width, I have included the code with the original values, you can modify them as you wish. Then enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS
.td-header-main-menu .sf-menu > li.td-normal-menu > ul.sub-menu {
left: 0;
width: 15.5714em!important;
padding: 15px 0;
}
Thanks
Hi,
That line is a border set for the trending now element. In order to remove it you must edit the page with the composer, then click on the trending now and remove the border from the CSS tab
– https://www.screencast.com/t/t1QEc4ve7V2
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AwAALyej4Tkp
To remove the socials from the header and footer, you must remove the links entered in Theme panel->Social networks. If a social has a link entered in it’s field, it will appear in those locations.
Telegram is not an option in the social networks at the moment. It will have to be added manually if it is absolutely required. There is a similar topic here
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-add-xing-as-a-social-network/
Thanks
Hello,
I’m very new to coding and am trying to get the co-authors plus plugin working on my Newspaper 7.7 WP theme. To clarify the information from above, if I input the Custom CSS that @kpwebteam uploaded – https://pastebin.com/AKBQK0UY – into the section on the WP site, Newspaper -> Newspaper Theme -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS, will that fix the problem and allow multiple authors to be listed in posts?
Thankyou!
Hi
i tried to change the css of the “dropcap” class as following directly from the theme custom code section:
.dropcap {
float: left;
display: block;
font-size: 14px;
line-height: 20px;
background-color: #fff;
color: #505050;
text-align: center;
padding: 2px 10px 4px;
font-family: Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif;
border: red;
border-width: thin;
border-style: solid;
}
It’s working fine on the desktop version, on mobile it almost seems as its using a different classes.
Do you know how to understand which are the classes of the mobile version? All the inspection tools seems are not able to properly simulate mobile đ
thanks in advance for the support!
When my site is loading it does strange things, it’s like it loads late the css or something else.
Follow this link to see what’s happening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h4cWmm7VPwY&feature=youtu.be
How can I correct this?
The url of my site is desdelaraiz.com
Thank you.
In the TD editor I added a raw text element which has the option in CSS to set a background colour. When I try to do this, it completely covers the black text and form boxes, all I can see is the solid colour. Is there a workaround? This is my html

Hi,
There are options to filter categories as well. If you want the grid or block to display posts from a particular category, select it in the drop-down
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nRmaHoCSsrH
If you want to display posts from all the categories leave it on default (All categories).
The multiple categories filter will allow more advanced filtering.
It works with category ID’s as well. Enter the desired IDs and the element will display posts from them only.
Of maybe you want to display posts from all the categories, except one or more. Enter the IDs with a “-” before the ID (multiple IDs have to be separated with a comma)

Please let us know if you have further questions, or you need further help.

How would I Increase the main logo size in the header? Do you have some CSS?
Thanks!
Hello,
Yes, each block can have a custom class set and then css added to style it differently.
On each demo you will find different styles as each demo has it;s own custom class on the body tag.
Please provide an example of what and how you want it modified and I will try to help with the css code.
Thanks.
Hey guys, I just went through your “Newspaper Recipes demo” and saw that you created 3 new classes for the top 3 blocks “recipes, deserts and chicken” which gave every block individual color schemes. But I cannot find the actual css in the demo css file to read through all the class behaviors because I’d like to create some extra blocks with more different colors.
Can you give me a hint on which css properties I have to add to my new custom classes to make the blocks look like the 3 example ones? I’m guessing it would be enough to add the css to the “custom css” section of the theme than? Maybe with an “!important” tag?
The demo I was talking about: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_recipes/

Hi,
So you would like to remove the tint, but only for the top part of the featured image when using post template 7. That could be possible if you edit the theme stylesheet, this is where the top tint value is set
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QuWv6chj
If you were to set that 18% value to 0, the top tint will not longer appear.
Or enter this code in Theme panel->Custom CSS to override the default values
– https://pastebin.com/TC6DAchZ
Thanks
This could be a part of another plugin. It does not mean it is a stand alone plugin. It is simply the color picker from a certain software that has a css file.
Try to disable all plugins except the page builder and then reactivate them one by one and check the page source for the color picker code after each one so you can identify where it comes from.
Thanks.
Hi,
That could only be possible by removing the sidebar with a CSS code, something like this
.single .td-main-sidebar,
.category .td-main-sidebar{
display:none;
}
This code entered in Theme panel->Custom code->Advanced CSS in the phones section, should re move the sidebar for mobile devices. Try it if you wish and see if it works properly.
Thanks
Thanks Simion I put that into Advanced CSS but it didn’t work. It shows line 2 and 4 as having an issue?
