Hello,
I ran a few tests with the examples provided and it really seems to be a problem with firefox. The logo loses it’s responsiveness.
@ Everyone who encounters this issue, please add this css code in your theme panel -> custom css box:
.td-header-style-10 .td-header-sp-logo img{
width:100%!important;
}

(this is for header style 10. If you encounter issues on another header style like header 9 for example, change the number form the header style in the code)
This should do the trick.
I will add this issue on our list for further testing and if there is a bug i will be fixed in a future version of the theme
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello,
You will need to provide a link to this button so we can inspect it and create the css code directly.
Or alternatively, you could provide the shortcode to this button so we can recreate it on our side.
Thanks.

Hello Navito,

I have checked your website and saw your inappropriate image slider. If you want to reduce the height slider please try the code below and add it int Theme panel->Custom CSS area, as a quick solution.

The code is ->

.td_block_slide .td-icon-left, .td_block_slide .td-icon-right {
margin-top: -130px;
}
.iosSlider-col-3 .td_module_slide {
height: 450px;
}

Please notice that our theme does not enlarge the image but only crop this. If you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thank you for the message!

Hello bcnjmlopez,

The whats-up button already exists on your theme but it appears only for the mobile version (feature available for 6.6 version or later -> http://screencast.com/t/XiG2Gx6Zeuqn). If you want to display for other devices, please try the code below and add it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

.td-social-whatsapp {
display: inline-block !important;
}

The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/H3lbpNLYNQTV

For adding Linkedin button, please consult this topic and try to implement this for your side -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/social-media-button/

Hope this helps!

Hi

Your css does not generate a white color. In order to achieve that the property should be like this:
color: #fff;

Try this code in theme panel > custom code > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/tgMgvgaXxB

.wpb_revslider_heading {
color: #fff!important;
}

Let me know how it goes and if this not what you mean please provide more details.
Thanks!

Hi,
I always do back-ups before updating but because we have new posts all the time I would preferred not to re-import all the database, is it possible to import only some parts of the database for getting back settings, sidebars, custom css … ?
I had this activating problem again, my item purchase code is accepted but then when I come back to the admin it is lost and all my setting are gone, is it important to have the theme activated ?
Thanks

Hello, I have added a button with the page builder in my page, but besides the size, I would like to change a bit the button’s properties, like the height, making the text vertical alignment: middle.

What is the code I need to add in the custom CSS area in order to achieve this result?

Thanks

I have a style 10 with full logo 1920×287, the same size used but less in height in the “Car demo”.
I did put a copy of the site elsewhere and I loaded the Car demo replacing the Car logo with mine and it works fine.
Although when I install only the car demo without the content, the logo is not responsive.
Could it be that there is some CSS loaed with the full demo which isn’t there when using the theme staight

Hello,
Unfortunately there is no one place to edit to change the color. You will need to search in style.css the default color which is:#4db2ec Then you can use a text editor and do a search and replace. Here is an example in notepad++ as it’s a free text editor and easy to use: http://screencast.com/t/YsOkmi8N3Ud
Now your color will be the default one so you can set the general color to default in the panel.
(The down-side will be that on every theme update you will have to make this modification as style.css will be changed every time.)
Thank you!

Thank you for your answer!
So I have to change ALL colors in style.css or just the accent color (where it is in style.css)?

Hi

I’ve checked your site and the problem seams to be related with the css code which apply only on home over the sub-menu item. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches also disable any minify options for css/js if you’re using, clear all caches and test again.

Let me now how it goes.
Thanks!

Hello,
any kind of pagination in categories doesn’t work. I read similar posts and i downloaded the latest version of the template from themeforest. I check the files, which are modified (td_page_generator.php, tagdiv_theme.js, tagdiv_theme.min.js, style.css) and i didn’t see any change. I compared them with CodeCompare.

I have done modifications in the core files of the theme, so i am not able to unistall and reinstall it.

Please, could you inform me which files have been modified in order to replace them?

Thank you in advance.

Hello,
It is possible with a css trick. Please use this code:
.td-module-thumb .entry-thumb{
border-radius:10px!important;
}

You can change the value in pixels to increase or decrease the amount of “roundness” the image gets

Thanks.

Hello,

The theme wasn’t designed to display the post views on modules but you can achieve that adding this code http://pastebin.com/JdFgK89X in td_module.php like here: http://screencast.com/t/BjVvJT9m Then you need to edit the module you want the views displayed on
<?php echo $this->get_modules_views();?>
And add the code in one of these files replacing the get_comments code: http://screencast.com/t/HdSVmjPFqE0z3
Then you can use this css for better alignment:

.td_module_wrap .td-module-meta-info .td-post-views {
position: relative;
display: inline-block;
top: 2px;
margin-left: 14px;
color: #aaa;
}
.td_module_wrap .td-module-meta-info .td-post-views span {
margin-left: 5px;
}

result: http://screencast.com/t/Zk0KGdzOlo3

I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello,
It seems you are right and the css does not scroll in the chrome search. I will add this to our bug list.
Thank you for pointing this out.

Hi

Try this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css: http://screencast.com/t/jfv6yYNEM

.sf-menu {
display: table;
margin-left: auto!important;
margin-right: auto;
}

That delay appear because the css from theme panel loads after the main css of the theme, loaded from style.css file. To avoid that delay try to insert the css directly in style.css: http://screencast.com/t/kOQTD07V

Thanks!

Hello,
This is because of the css getting rewritten. I suspect you use a child theme or you have some code in your custom css box that affects the theme color. Css works in cascades and it will load every phase of the code before coming to it’s final form. If the code gets rewritten sometimes you can see this cascade loading as you do on your website. Speedbooster also does this as it moves css render blocks to the footer so the modifications you make will be loaded after the style.css. The solution for this is to make the change directly in style.css in the main theme and change the accent color there. This way, that will be the first color to load.
(not a bug, but circumstance)
I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hi,
I’ve got this new problem after updating to 6.6.5.
I lost all my settings (widget, translation, css …) suddenly and I noticed that the theme was not activated, so I re-activated and did my setting again (I found out that I’ve just needed to create sidebars with previous names to get them back) and it was fine, but next time I went to admin I lost the activation again and had to redo my settings.
So I have 2 questions : why is that new activation problem, is it related to version 6.6.5 ? I didn’t get this problem before and I did the update by ftp.
And second, how can we save and copy back our settings ?
I thought it was id 138 from wp_options table but it is not !!

Right now, my theme is not activated but the site is alright
Thanks, regards
Patrick

Hello,
You can control the font family, font size, style, weight and transform from the fonts section. The color of the blockquote is affected by the theme accent color: https://forum.tagdiv.com/theme-colors-introduction/ -http://screencast.com/t/kbdKAg9cIDb
Anything other than this will have to be styled with css.
If you want to change just the quote color, you can use this code:
.td-post-content blockquote p{
color:red!important;
text-align:left;
}

I added a text-align propriety in there so you can change it as well. it can be set to left, right, center or justify.
I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hello,

This is strange as the font should have been loaded if it has been set in the fonts section. You can try to change your header menu for example to oswald from the theme panel and check in the page source to see if the font is loaded.
You can always try the alternative of loading it with css:
Add this in the theme panel -custom css code:
/* latin-ext */
@font-face {
font-family: 'Oswald';
font-style: normal;
font-weight: 400;
src: local('Oswald Regular'), local('Oswald-Regular'), url(http://fonts.gstatic.com/s/oswald/v10/yg0glPPxXUISnKUejCX4qfesZW2xOQ-xsNqO47m55DA.woff2) format('woff2');
unicode-range: U+0100-024F, U+1E00-1EFF, U+20A0-20AB, U+20AD-20CF, U+2C60-2C7F, U+A720-A7FF;
}
/* latin */
@font-face {
font-family: 'Oswald';
font-style: normal;
font-weight: 400;
src: local('Oswald Regular'), local('Oswald-Regular'), url(http://fonts.gstatic.com/s/oswald/v10/pEobIV_lL25TKBpqVI_a2w.woff2) format('woff2');
unicode-range: U+0000-00FF, U+0131, U+0152-0153, U+02C6, U+02DA, U+02DC, U+2000-206F, U+2074, U+20AC, U+2212, U+2215, U+E0FF, U+EFFD, U+F000;
}
/* latin-ext */
@font-face {
font-family: 'Oswald';
font-style: normal;
font-weight: 700;
src: local('Oswald Bold'), local('Oswald-Bold'), url(http://fonts.gstatic.com/s/oswald/v10/dI-qzxlKVQA6TUC5RKSb3xJtnKITppOI_IvcXXDNrsc.woff2) format('woff2');
unicode-range: U+0100-024F, U+1E00-1EFF, U+20A0-20AB, U+20AD-20CF, U+2C60-2C7F, U+A720-A7FF;
}
/* latin */
@font-face {
font-family: 'Oswald';
font-style: normal;
font-weight: 700;
src: local('Oswald Bold'), local('Oswald-Bold'), url(http://fonts.gstatic.com/s/oswald/v10/bH7276GfdCjMjApa_dkG6VtXRa8TVwTICgirnJhmVJw.woff2) format('woff2');
unicode-range: U+0000-00FF, U+0131, U+0152-0153, U+02C6, U+02DA, U+02DC, U+2000-206F, U+2074, U+20AC, U+2212, U+2215, U+E0FF, U+EFFD, U+F000;
}

And then use the previously provided code to change the font-family.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

I don’t use child themes; don’t believe in them unless absolutely necessary as they are a CSS redirect, which I don’t like. Different from an “includes.” So, ideally if using child theme you would add it to the child functions.php if there is one — but I can’t speak as to it working or not working with child theme. Part of optimization process is NOT using child theme, was my point 🙂

Sooooo….. one of the items might conflict with child theme. I put mine in main functions.php at bottom.
