Sorry for my late, plx find my rely as below

Action: re-input magazine_pro for a better mobile version

[Q1] original questions: In pc version only, how to hide/remove the black colour line in the top(with the date and social media icon). I could edit the elements but cannot remove the whole line.

*********************************************************************************

[Q2 – your reply] A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport:
https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

Following your guide, I could see the better version for mobile but I cannot apply in mob live version for my site-starwarsbase.com. The mob of live version is still a simple one.

Could you please advise how to set to mob version? Just like demo magazine_pro

Hello,
I have updated my website from 8.7 to 11 for Newspaper theme. Since i have understood that Tagdiv composer slightly faster than tagdiv standart pack, i have started to use tagdiv composer. However, my question is related to the sidebars. From the Apperance => Components menu, i’m having limited options on the components as stated on the screen shot . I would like to know how i can add blocks of tagdiv where i have seen in the cloud templates without using tagdiv standart pack plugin.

Thanks in advance,
Kind Regards.

Hello.

We want to change the background color of the whole line of thetd-demo-custom-menuto orange as you can see in the screenshot with the places circled in green color.

At the web browser level, we were able to do it simply by changing:

.tdi_41_rand_style {
    background-color: #f4f4f4 !important;
}

to:

.tdi_41_rand_style {
    background-color: orange !important;
}

And that gives the result of the following screenshot: https://ibb.co/mb4d3LV.

But when, we copy our code from the modified “orange” background into the “Live CSS” field, no changes are made. We even cleaned the cache but nothing has changed.

How then, to change the background color or the Background-color of the whole header containing the “td-demo-custom-menu” ???

Thank you for helping us please.
Looking forward to your message.

Hello @Glopium!

Every page should have at least one H1. Multiple H1 tags is affecting the SEO. You can enable/disable it.
This issue has been discussed already here, please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/logo-has-h1-tag-affecting-seo/
We will take in consideration your query for the new demos.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please check some tips in order to pass Google’s Core Web Vitals:

https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/score-100100-pagespeed-with-newspaper-wordpress-theme/
https://www.stanventures.com/blog/cumulative-layout-shift/
https://web.dev/cls/ -> https://web.dev/optimize-cls/
https://www.datadab.com/blog/fix-cumulative-layout-shift/
https://wp-rocket.me/google-core-web-vitals-wordpress/improve-cumulative-layout-shift/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/to-high-cumulative-layout-shift-in-mobile-theme/
https://www.perrill.com/should-i-be-worried-about-core-web-vitals/
https://www.contentkingapp.com/academy/core-web-vitals/

Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one. So, we recommend to use for mobile the responsive version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/issue-with-lcp/

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello @nwnuyhs!

Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update.
However, page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website.

Hello!

1. I can not see any black line at the top on the homepage in your website. Did you mean the sticky header or the top bar menu?
2. This demo uses the responsive version for mobile. A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.

Yes, you can import other templates and use mobile pages which are fully customizable and could be so different than desktop version, so you should build and assign them to each desktop page you need. If you do not build for every page, then for the rest of the pages you’ll have the responsive version of your desktop automatically. For more information about mobile pages, please check our article here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

OR if you do not want to build every page style, but you need different style too, then you can install the Mobile theme plugin. The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates/design for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/

You can use which one is suitable for your needs.

Hello @newsng!

The issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.

Hello,

Unfortunately, in our theme, we do not have dark mode and light mode. Only dark demos which you can find in the Newspaper -> Prebuilt Websites.
For the moment the dark mode switcher can be added only with a plugin, here is a list of plugins that you can try:https://www.wpexplorer.com/dark-mode-plugins/

Thank you for your understanding!

Dear support team,

Thank you for your support all the time , I have questions as below

1. In pc version only, how to hide / reomve the black color line in top(with date and social media icon). I could edit the elements but cannot remove the whole line.

Example: http://www.hk01.com

2. Synchronize in PC and mobile version

Refer to below examle

https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine_pro/#

In my site, It only apply the sample theme, which only have latest news and without the catalog.

I guess that the reason is the selected per-build them is the normal one. Is it possible to apply other theme for mobile version only? I just don’t want to re-set everything.

Many thanks for support

Hi,
I just installed the theme and imported a demo. When I try to update a template (automatically created by tagdiv), I get this error message appearing:

Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

The console shows me that:
Refused to display ‘https://mywebsiteurl.fr/’ in a frame because it set ‘X-Frame-Options’ to ‘deny’.

Hi,

It’s very URGENT!

1) schema markup error:

I have tested many urls of tech news demo for schema markup rich results and found that all posts have errors on schema.

check the report: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=eFqGthwMe2C13kT-ebenuw

Schema markup has missing field “url” for author schema. it is a warning but still, I want to know how to fix it.

check this video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wCylPWWZXIctPPUXmBimEs8LaqumTdo3/view?usp=sharing

2) Ad box bug

With tagDiv composer, edit the ad box element and in the ad content section, I enabled “Hide ads for admins/editors” but it is not working. Ad still visible to admin.

Moreover, Ad title: is not visible to logged-in users but shows to non-logged-in visitors.

check this video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1rZq65SSf6QhDGUdabjGvzozd50x1f4qJ/view?usp=sharing

If it is a bug, please fix it asap.
