Tried changing through all theme colors but this does not change.

After import a demo installation, I have a footer built by tagdiv composer instead of default footer that usually can setup from Theme Panel.
How to remove it because I prefer to setup footer from Theme panel.

Hi,
Usually this issue is related to a firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also if you are using a pro demo, then the changes from theme panel will not affect the cloud templates, these can be edited only with tagDiv Composer.
If the problem persists, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

How do I get the subtitle / subheadings to appear under the title of posts? Does it need to be created in the composer and added? Can you give me instructions and point me in the right direction!

Hi, I’ve installed the Style PRO demo and would like to change all of the fonts throughout the site, but when I go into the Theme Panel – Font Settings and make changes, nothing changes on the site. Everything is overridden by .tdi_92_555 .tdb-title-text { font-family: Oswald !important;. How do I change this please?

Hello I want to find the title tags and the column tags please tell as my ad codes only work through direct implementation I can find the tags please refer the image and the demo I am using is pulses pro and I want to insert the ads on footer and below and under the post please also specify where in the theme editor I can go and find the tags so that I can place ad codes

WP Bakery wasn’t installed… I tried it after the tagDiv didn’t work
I’ve deactivated it… i still get errors :
1- Content wasn’t created with tagdiv (it’s the demo content)
2- Error at zones: 6(models) : 0(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
3- Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@k2demo.ca to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I uploaded the theme zip on wordpress.com yet i cant see other demos or where i can install plugins

That from what I know is obsolete https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/HTML/Element/marquee and should not be used anymore.
Why exactly would you want to add it in the news ticker? The news ticker is an element created by us to display posts from the website https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/news-ticker/ It already features a scrolling functionality as it can be seen.

It depends on what exactly you are changing in the theme panel. Pro demos are entirely built with the composer, most theme panel settings will have no effect on the elements that are displayed, the customization has to be done in the composer.
Please mention what you would like to change and we will help. Also provide an example of the custom CSS you are using. A link to the website will be helpful as well.

All the rows in the composer have a width setting https://prnt.sc/uavabl Initially they are set to default when adding them in pages/templates but some demos use that setting to allow a wider content.
You can use the setting to set a narrower width, if the header template you are using is initially wider. Edit it with the composer and choose from the available widths https://prnt.sc/uavd2k

I don’t think that’s the problem, the file seems to be on a different IP address from my server 148.251.127.14 (that’s mine)
in my opinion it is a problem during import and a BUG of the demo system.
How can I do it?

I have a fresh install with Gadget Pro demo. No matter what I change in the theme panel, it’s not reflected in the frontend. Also custom css code is not reflected in frontend.Not additional plugins installed.

Please provide a link to your website. If you are using a PRO Demo or Cloud library templates then you will have to fully edit them using tagDiv Composer.

My Question / Issues
1. Home page seems to have missing image, not sure if some plugin went array or the theme is missing images; I’m not sure but it may have to do with social media button images. home page missing images
2. How do I add / remove Social media buttons from post theme? how to add or remove social media buttons from post theme
3. How / where should I go to either add an image or a slideshow for a Posts, see image how to add or remove social media buttons from post theme look for the big-o grey image under the posts header and above the Posts body. I’m suspecting I need a plugin like Revolution Slider slider, but what if I just want an image, how would I?

Hello, there’re social icons: facebook, Instagram, twitter, vemo, and Youtube in the top right corner of the top bar of Magazine Pro demo. How can I remove vemo and Youtube? I can’t find instruction in your documentation.
