This is about Newsmag Default sidebar widget. It worked with demo content. After changing categories and posts, initial content of this widget become empty on first page.
For now I filled it with id posts listing. I also tryed id author – no result. Specific category instead of “All categories” – no result! If click on any article this widget will have filled, if return to first page – emptied.
Why did fail Category filter + Random Posts settings for this widget content on first page?
(Content preloading filter field is unrelevant to this issue, sorry.)

Hello. I am using Newspaper version 10, with the Fast News Demo settings.
I have a contributors page on my site, created with the WP Bakery Authors Box element. Normally, when clicking on an author, the link connects to a page with the author’s Biographical Info from WordPress at the top, followed by their posts.
I recently installed BuddyPress along with the Youzer Plugin on my site. Now, when clicking on an author, the link connects to The author’s Youzer Profile. This works fine. I have the author’s latest posts configured to display on the Youzer profile.
I contacted Youzer support to ask if there was also a way to include the author’s Biographical Info on the Youzer Profile, without the author needing to enter the info in a separate Youzer widget in order to display author info on the Youzer Profile.
Youzer offered to create a custom widget to display the biographical Info, but, after examining my site, said that the biographical info on the Author’s page came from a Newspaper Theme widget, and not WordPress. They asked me to contact TagDiv support and ask for shortcode to display the Biographical information, and they would create a Youzer custom widget to display it on the Youzer profile. So, here, I am asking if there is shortcode available to display the author’s biographical information that I can pass on to Youzer.

I’m testing my newly purchased newspaper theme and installed the iGossip theme. The header and its menus including background appears stretched. When I check the template settings ‘Force Full Width’, each option is set to ‘No stretch’. I have the feeling this is a bug, because I have another live website with Newspaper theme, also started with iGossip and option ‘No strech’ worked well. My other website is working with Newspaper theme V10.1.
The current one with the bug is version 10.2.
Maybe it’s not a bug and I simply forgot to change another setting?
Note: the bug appears also with other Demos

I use the Nature demo and I want to change the image under the CC tab. But whenever I do this, the new image get stretched to unusable. What do I do wrong?
Scenario:
– Standard Pack Deactivated
– Default Pro Demo installed
– All on Child Theme
Have tried repeatedly in all sorts of ways but can’t get an inner column to behave as if it’s Sticky.
Now trying as well on one of my dummy sites with another NewsPaper Install and the same problem. What am I missing here? I thought I understood perfectly how this works, but now it’s just not working for me on multiple installs.
Note: I can almost swear it did work at one point though.
I am using the DEMO La Mode and would like to customize the header from the cloud template. When I install a template like header 32, I get several error messages on my website. Is that due to my server?

My question is where to find/how to edit/change the imported widgets?

Most of the time web display black but when we refresh its work perfectly fine. the worst part is that sometimes it works perfectly fine but sometimes displays a blank page. our site reference is https://demo.indiainteractive.net/thai/

So lets start again, you can use the layout you have not without making any changes only let the standard pack activate ( the blocks from tagDiv Composer were moved in this plugin) however if you want to use a PRO version make first a full backup to your website and databases after that install a pro demo, also we have a pro demo default -> https://i.imgur.com/vkgVLr4.png this will set the cloud templates on categories and posts that have set the style from theme panel, after that all you still need to change is the elements from pages ( the homepage should be replace with the one from default pro but the rest of them will remain the same) in these you should replace the blocks with flex blocks and the Big Grids with Big Grids Flex, these are the the elements that you can use without the standard pack -> https://i.imgur.com/vyf9SdW.png -> https://i.imgur.com/5vP3n0L.png -> https://i.imgur.com/IAfMAAk.png -> https://i.imgur.com/j7JVwsV.png so as long you have only these elements on your pages when you’ll deactivate the standard pack this will look normal if you have some standard elements will be display a shortcode.

I bought the theme today but it seems it doesn’t meet the requirements. The following are the details –
1)Speed
To build a faster site, I have installed LAMP from the Digitalocean.com marketplace and installed your theme with a fresh WordPress installation.
I didn’t import any demo but create a simple homepage using the tagDiv Composer and also installed only these plugins – tagDiv Composer, Akismet, WP rocket and Yoast SEO.
I am only using 4 plugins but there is still getting some speed errors in different speed test tools.
FOR PAGESPEED INSIGHT
a. remove unused CSS
b. serve images in next-gen formats
c. Reduce server response times (TTFB) which is 0.29 sec

a.Leverage browser caching – 52 grade which is taking care by wp rocket.
b. optimize images
However, waterfall just loading 1 css, 2 js internal, 1 font file and 7 images.

I have migrated to 10 and have the “tagdiv standard pack” activated. When I deactivate I get changes to my homepage that don’t look good. So I reactivated it. I can’t understand from the articles what exactly needs to be done to remove “dependencies”.
I’m sorry I’m not very tech savvy. I liked your theme because it made it easy to import the demo and replace images and link posts. Now I need to remove dependences and still have no information on how to do that…what files require to have dependencies removed…is it just the home page or is it every single page and post I have which is a lot of files. I’m sorry for the ignorance however I chose your theme so I didn’t have to do all that tech savvy stuff now I need to do a lot of work and really don’t have a roadmap to do it. What needs to be replaced with what?
I also find it kinda stupid that you don’t have a complete “default demo homepage pro” with all the elements in your cloud templates. I mean it is your default demo theme right. Can you provide me with all the pieces to the Default Pro Demo Puzzle. I know about the footer since that is the only thing named.
I hope to get a little more detailed help to understand what I need to do because the articles don’t really provide much information for me on what files I need to remove “dependencies” from so I can stop using the “tagdiv standard pack” and get the blazing fast speed I have read so much about.

If you’re using a PRO Demo layout that is fully editable using the tagDiv Composer. In order to edit the background color you have to do the following:

Hi,
“Leave the plugin active until all dependencies are removed” is referring to deactivate all non theme and tested plugins until you make the update, after that you can reactivate them.
How to Update the Newspaper Theme for WordPress -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
So in Newspaper theme X you can choose between Pro demos ( made only with cloud ) and standard demos ( make with standard elements from standard pack) also you can combine them.
“removing the dependencies” is referring to start to use only cloud elements ( like PRO demos ) so you’ll need to replace the elements from standard pack with these from cloud.
