As stated above, the amp font cannot be changed. If you activated the amp template on your site, it will display exactly like in our demo video. Here is a live example of a demo where amp is active:

Please check your site as it does not have a stylesheet at the moment.
Your issues could be a faulty theme install or plugin conflicts. Please make sure you install the theme properly: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
And test the theme functionality with just the theme plugins. Disable all other plugins.

If you use an old theme version, I suggest to update to the latest version 9.2.2 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ in near future.

Having a drop-down menu in the sub-footer is not possible by default. In that menu location there should be a simple menu, containing website information, contact page etc. Like in this live theme demo

A drop down menu will appear as a normal menu item, the drop-down will not appear.

maybe you installed a theme demo. This is the default behavior when switching demos as it will set the theme to the demo default settings. You do not have to switch demos after a theme update. If you do decide to make the switch, then these issues will happen each time you make the switch.

The sign up button in the demo you mention is not the same as the one in the top bar. IT is a button pointing to the WP login page, not through the theme login modal. The button can be linked to any url you want as it is a simple button added through the multi-purpose header styles. The buttons are created in the multi-purpose tab at the bottom of the theme panel.

So you want to remove the demo stylesheet? Kind of unusual. Why would you want to do that exactly? Some demos contain a custom stylesheet with design for various elements which is not possible to do by other means. Removing the stylesheet will remove the custom design.

However if that is what you want to do, use a code like this in either main theme or child theme functions file

function dequeue_demo_style() {
wp_dequeue_style( 'td-theme-demo-style' );
wp_deregister_style( 'td-theme-demo-style' );
}
add_action( 'wp_print_styles', 'dequeue_demo_style', 1002 );

The demo stylesheet should not be loaded anymore after you enter the code.

From what I can see you are using the default WordPress blog page, with module 15 to display the posts. Module 15 will show the whole post content.

For example styles 6 and 7 display the ad like this

But there are no ad spots above and below the smart list pagination. The website you are referring to seems to use a plugin slider

Maybe that has options to display ads like that.

The pagination you are referring to is the smart list pagination. Module 15 you use for the blog page displays all the post content in the homepage

So if there are smart lists in the post, they will appear in the homepage, since the whole post content appears. But I see you removed it with CSS at the moment.
