As you can see it’s not a theme error. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. If the problem goes away, it means you have a plugin conflict and you need to identify which one is causing the problem.

The video post types use a featured video and that is what gets displayed in the top of the post. That is why it’s a video post format. The featured image in this case is grabbed from the video itself so it can be seen on modules and blocks. You can check different post styles in our demo to see how they display:

We do not recommend the use of other versions besides the one that comes bundled with the theme because we cannot say for sure that this will work well. Every time, please take as reference our demo and compare with your side…if the layout is different, it means that you have a local problem with your side and we recommend trying to disable all the active plugins, clear all cache and instal only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

The point is to find the conflicting plugin. That is why I suggested you to disable all plugins. Not forever…just to test and see which plugin causes the conflict by removing all of them and then activating them one by one until you see the problem again and then simply remove/replace the one that is causing problems.

The top section of the header is meant for the logo and the header advertisment like so: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/
Make sure you have these set-up in the theme panel: http://screencast.com/t/XzZGsQJf and the ad if you want to use a header ad: http://screencast.com/t/R0TLWuPP1clR

This kind of problem should come from your settings upload permissions from your server. Then, if the demo still won’t load, you need to check if you have the correct permissions on your upload folder. If not, you can use the c-panel to change permissions (set them to 777) or if you do not have access to the Cpanel, please contact your hosting provider. Another thing you can check with your host is to unlock the demo if there is some setting which blocks access to it. Unfortunately there is no easy solution for this as our site depends on a fixed width for element positioning. If you change the width, all the elements need to be adjusted to the new width. Your best bet is to implement your ad on a full size row (without sidebar) as you can see here on our demo:

Please understand that the “no coding required” is meant for the default state of the theme. Like you see it here on the demo: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ and the options you can find in the theme panel and that are explained in the documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/wordpress-information/
Our theme has no such option you require. The search icon links to the search page. If you want to change this behavior you will have to either use code or use plugins to create redirects. This is not a feature of the theme.
