I believe that when you say “representative image” image you are referring to thumbs, right?
Unfortunately for this there is no option, you need to use a script to set that class on the image (the theme offers only the possibility to set the class on blocks -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Also, our theme has a class that is used on all thumbs -> https://i.imgur.com/2wnVxmJ.png “entry-thumb” maybe you can set your code on this class.

I’am using FLEX BLOCK 5 and I have added the new user review into my CPT. But my question is, how can i display that rating in the flex block card?

Is this possible? Because that block has a rating functionality to show but it does not show anything at the moment.

Hi,
We are experiencing a problem with the Newspaper theme.
On our homepage, we are using Flex Block 1. When we post a new post it is displayed on desktop right away in that Flex Block element. However, on the mobile version of the website, we don’t see this post appear after publishing for about 6/7 hours.
Can anyone tell me where this delay comes from and how we can fix it?

This option automatically removes duplicate posts from the page.

A workaround there could be to use a Post ID filter from the tab Filter from the element’s settings and the articles will be always the same there.

The images are cropped and the crop is not correctly done, that it is way you need to regenerate them, after that you can remove the plugin.
To do this on pages you can use the flex block -> https://i.imgur.com/ApYXD7M.png then from layout tab you can set the image size -> https://i.imgur.com/l1fZ3K2.png this can be done only on pages where tagDiv Composer is used.

So, you use the Big Grid Flex, so this one is not set to display the posts because that’s how it was built, so if you want to keep what I can advise you is to set a posts loop block and set an offset of 7 on it, after which the posts will be displayed.

I found the “offset” setting in the Flex Block 1 – which seems like it should’ve solved my issue – however, when I put the offset to 0, the Ajax “infinite load” feature breaks – it keeps cycling through the same 4 items over and over.

Actually that block is not “post loop”, it’s “big grid flex10” (imported form technews Pro template)
In that block I see “Offset posts:” option and it’s already empty. Also I can’t see limit post number option.

I’ve got a category page template with the Flexbox-1 component added in, sorting by “latest”. For some reason, it always skips the first 5 most recent items and starts showing the 6th-most-recent post. I’m guessing there’s some offset setting somwhere? I can’t find it. How do I make it show ALL most recent?

I’ve installed Newspaper on a few locally-hosted sites, and every time I have, when I’m logged in and viewing the site, there’s a narrow and handy top-level menu with all sorts of administrative commands, included “edit with TagDiv Composer”….
However, I’ve just launched a site hosted on the official WordPress.com hosting option, and, when using the Newspaper theme, that menu does not appear. Is there some config setting I can make to allow that menu to appear?

If I understand correctly you have some blocks on your homepage and in each of theme you want to display posts from specific categories, for this you can use the filter tab from each block -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Also, if the problem is in the cloud categories too, then lease edit the cloud category template with tagDiv Composer and please check all blocks to be sure that those are set on current category -> https://i.imgur.com/9SKcC4Y.png -> https://i.imgur.com/bHmvQ3v.png, in this way the template will automatically filter only the selected category posts.
