Hello, my site is on https://au.thefinder.life/ . I was wondering if there is any way that a flex block articles component filter only from primary categories.
For example, on my site you see the article “Learn What Foods CAUSE Breakouts (And 4 That PREVENT Pimples)
” (https://au.thefinder.life/skin-hair-body/foods-cause-breakouts/) is actually on “Skin, Hair + Body” PRIMARY category, but it also has the “Food Shopping” category (not primary).
In home page, I have a food flexbox. I want this article not to show up there (since the primary is on “Skin, Hair + Body”). I want that box only to filter from PRIMARY category. Is it possible?

So, I understand that you added a custom image size, right?
The image size which you added will not appear in the Image size option for flex block.
In order to be able to add it, several changes must be made in the theme files and require more knowledge (developer skills).

We’re having lots of problems with Newspaper theme.
Particularly after wordpress updates. Actual version of wp brokes the tagdiv editor. It keeps loading without come to work. In console we have some error. Here only some of them:
Uncaught Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: undefined<div class=”tdc-sidebar-separator tdc-sidebar-text-separator”><span>Flex Block 5<
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).live is not a function

Now this problem is getting really frustrating cause this is only the last of a long series of bad behaviors. Another example? Global header can’t be updated or saved no more! Why is this happening?
Another issue? We can’t find widget similiar to a simple message form so we’ve installed contact form 7. So even in this case we have error results after cf7 was activated…
We have disabled all plugins, unistalled and after reinstalled them but with no clue.
In this situation it’s impossible to work. We need to restore theme and tagdiv-composer functionalities, as fast as possible. We really need your help. The situation is a totally mess now.

You can’t achieve that with block 7, but you can use Flex Block 1, where you can hide the date/author/category/comments etc => https://www.screencast.com/t/U1beZjkEsWz set the excerpt to 0 => https://www.screencast.com/t/OY1GEMKrfILv set the limit post and modules per row and set the value for Modules gap to 10 and Modules bottom space to -10 and the Image height (percent) to 80 => https://www.screencast.com/t/rFgLzaLUyzM
Also, please do a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the problem with caption persists, also, please send me some screenshots with the steps done.

Pro templates are made from multiple TagDiv Composer elements. Those elements all compose a template. We recommend using Flex Blocks of all sorts.

I know if I remove the problem section “Big Grid Flex in any version” it will fix itself until I re-apply it.
Do the new templates we add have to be pro? (asking for best performance). So when adding something from Cloud templates, should it be PRO?
For example https://www.cepkolik.com/ would I get better performance if I use a Pro partition instead of Big Grid Flex 10 here?

The latest articles option and related posts come from WordPress not from Newspaper Theme. You can disable it from here as you can see: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH You can disable that and replace it with a Flex block that has more editing options.

1. The thumbs that are use for mobile theme grids are 741×486 or if you want to make the mobile grids bigger in height, it can be done with some custom css.
2. For flex block you can set the thumbs size from layout tab -> https://i.imgur.com/MUp5vuj.jpg also on flex (the thumbs used are 681×0, 300×194, 1024×580) you can change the height and width -> https://i.imgur.com/IWOKeIv.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/A3PsMCY.png

For example, you have 20 posts, for the 1 row you will add a flex block with “Limit post number: 4” and for the 3rd row you can add a flex block with “Offset posts: 4”.

I can’t paste screen shots here, but coffee has an Element option called Big Grid 1, 2, etc., while Newspaper default, default Pro, etc. doesn’t have that option available under Big Grid Flex 10.

I saw you have Block 4, so to disable the date/comments count and author you need to go in Theme Panel -> Block Settings -> Meta info on modules/blocks=> https://www.screencast.com/t/rArCoVUNJNf, the layout tab are for blocks like Flex block and big grid flex.
The settings made here => https://www.screencast.com/t/QUSz5Q07jrar are so as not to display the information in the standard post template.
