Hello !
We are sorry for the inconvenience !
You mean to add spacing like this example: https://www.screencast.com/t/37XGDB34dkBq ?
If so, please re-edit your page in Mobile editor and see if the problem fixes.
The Mobile Theme had no changes within the last update. You can also check to see if the new version conflicts with your plugins.
If you have done all this and the issue is still there. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you !

Hi,
In major cases, this problem happened due to an inappropriate theme installing. First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/ After you have made this, if the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and CPanel access so we can take a closer look at it.
Thank you!
Hi,
It seems to be strange! I have made some tests on my side and the Classic Facebook button work as expected and it is still there -> https://www.screencast.com/t/TpJCviCn19 Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup configuration page.

Hi,
Be sure to update and activate the composer after each update, if it’s deactivated there will be shortcodes displayed inside pages. The most important thing after you update is to update the plugins. There will be update buttons for each of them in the theme plugins panel here – http://prntscr.com/olcffv
Previously the composer would update itself, but this is not allowed anymore. So it will have to be done manually.
If there is still a problem, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also FTP or cPanel. Include a link to this topic in the email. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi Vlad (again):
I followed your instructions, only to be told that folder for the “td-composer” plugin already existed. So I FTP’d in and deleted the folder, cleared my cache and still nothing. It then occurred to me to check the plugins panel and it turned out the “Official AMP” plugin was installed but not activated. I activated it and everything was fine.
Thanks for you help,
Alejandro
Used FTP method.
Had a backup of the old files, but now I can’t even get the site back by reverting to the old files…. sigh..
